bution of students from the Independent Student Exchange Program (PMM) in supporting the process. The research method employed is a literature review using the Publish or Perish application.The findings indicate that teachers play a crucial role in planning, implementing, and managing classrooms through contextual strategies that connect learning materials with the local environment and students’ real-life experiences. The application of CTL has been proven to enhance students’ motivation, active participation, and learning outcomes. In addition, PMM students provide practical suggestions such as the use of interactive methods including small group discussions, collective reflection, and projects based on everyday experiences.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi guru dalam menerapkan pendekatan Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) guna meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di Papua Barat Daya, serta meninjau kontribusi mahasiswa Program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka (PMM) dalam mendukung proses tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan kajian literatur (literature review) dengan menggunakan Publish or Perish. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru berperan penting dalam merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengelola kelas dengan strategi kontekstual yang mengaitkan materi ajar dengan lingkungan lokal dan pengalaman nyata siswa. Penerapan CTL terbukti meningkatkan motivasi, partisipasi aktif, serta hasil belajar siswa. Selain itu, mahasiswa PMM memberikan saran praktis berupa penggunaan metode interaktif seperti diskusi kelompok kecil, refleksi bersama, dan proyek berbasis pengalaman sehari-hari.

s, and documentation, this study identified three main problems that hinder the success of group learning: gender differences affecting group formation, difficulty ensuring the active participation of each member, and relatively long time for group management. The results of the study indicate that these problems cause group learning to be less effective and have an impact on the decline in students' English skills. Therefore, strategies such as forming inclusive groups, clear division of tasks, the use of participatory observation instruments, the utilization of technology, and the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning approach are recommended to improve the effectiveness of group learning and students' English skills. This study provides an important contribution to developing English teaching methods at the elementary school level by considering social aspects and more effective classroom management.

ts. The absence of a racking system and clear classification of goods has caused the storage, retrieval, and work safety processes to not run efficiently. The research approach uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through field observations, interviews, and documentation. The tata letak design was carried out by implementing the Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) and Activity Relationship Diagram (ARD) methods, then tested through simulations using FlexSim software with two operator scenarios. The simulation results showed that the proposed alternative tata letak design was able to improve the workflow by grouping goods into seven categories and arranging shelves based on the level of proximity of activities. However, the utilization rate of operators is still relatively low, namely 17.65% and 19.78%, due to the periodic pattern of goods arrival and efficient search times due to a more structured storage system. These findings indicate opportunities for human resource optimization through reducing the number of operators or adjusting workloads. The resulting tata letak design makes a practical contribution to improving warehouse space efficiency and operations, and can be used as a reference for applications for companies with similar characteristics.

are still many teachers who have difficulties in understanding and compiling teaching modules that are in accordance with the principles of the Independent Curriculum. This community service aims to increase the capacity of teachers at SMK Pelayaran Permata Ilmu Maros in developing teaching modules that are contextual, adaptive, and oriented towards differentiated learning. The activity was carried out through intensive training and mentoring, including material on learning outcomes (CP), learning objectives (TP), learning objectives (ATP), and the integration of the Pancasila Student Profile. The implementation method consists of interactive lectures, group discussions, hands-on practice, and evaluation of participants' work. The results of the activity showed that there was an increase in teachers' knowledge and skills in compiling teaching modules that are relevant to the conditions of students and the shipping skills program. This activity makes a real contribution to supporting the implementation of the Independent Curriculum and improving the quality of learning in the vocational school environment.

Similarly, lifestyle also demonstrated a distinct, positive, and significant contribution. When examined simultaneously (Uji F), these two factors were collectively proven to be significant. The model exhibited strong explanatory power, indicating that the majority of the variation in student purchasing decisions can be effectively attributed to their lifestyle trends and high consumption levels. Yet, amid such exclusions, marginalized communities deploy diverse tactics of resistance, including visual reengineering, the use of alternative locations, and digital irony that disrupt dominant narratives. These findings suggest that digital identity is not passively consumed but actively negotiated through concrete and often unexpected spatial relations. Drawing on Lefebvre’s theory of the production of space, Urry’s concept of digital mobilities, and Gandy’s politics of infrastructure, the study shows how cities and digital spaces co-constitute a contested symbolic terrain.
The article’s main contribution lies in advancing a Global South perspective, where digital technologies and aesthetics are practiced contextually and do not always conform to the logics of global capitalism. tion, thus higher education institutions need to optimize entrepreneurship education to foster students' entrepreneurial interest. This research employs a quantitative approach with descriptive and correlational design. The population consists of students who have taken entrepreneurship courses, with a sample of 300 respondents selected using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The research instrument is a structured questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique uses simple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25 software. The results show that entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on students' entrepreneurial interest with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.721 and coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.520. This means that 52% of the variation in entrepreneurial interest can be explained by entrepreneurship education. Descriptively, entrepreneurship education received a "Good" rating (mean = 3.78) and students' entrepreneurial interest was in the "High" category (mean = 3.92). This research provides an important contribution to developing more effective entrepreneurship education strategies in higher education institutions.

Using qualitative and quantitative methodological approaches, this study collected data through in-depth interviews and descriptive surveys during the period January 2021 to December 2022. Thematic analysis and descriptive statistics reveal the dynamics of power structures and their impact on gender relations in the workplace. The results of the study show that the role of Alpha Women not only brings leadership innovation but also creates tension in established gender relations. The resulting theoretical implications contribute to the development of gender theory and managerial practice, thus opening up new spaces for dialogue on gender equality in the professional environment.

ese changes require efforts to reactualize Islamic educational values to remain relevant and operational in creating an effective and character-based learning climate. This study aims to analyze the process of reactualization of Islamic educational values in the transformation of the learning climate in the digital era at Madrasah Ibidaiyah Al Umm. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study. Data collection techniques included participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Data were then analyzed interactively through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that value reactualization occurs through three main patterns: the integration of values into digital learning planning, the establishment of an etiquette-based classroom culture in online interactions, and teacher role models in digital communication ethics. Technological transformation is interpreted as a medium for strengthening character, not simply an innovation in learning tools. The resulting learning climate demonstrates consistency between madrasah policies, pedagogical practices, and classroom culture. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of values-based digital learning design as a foundation for character building in madrasahs, while also providing a conceptual contribution to the development of contextual Islamic education in the digital era.
