Peningkatan Partisipasi Politik Perempuan Bagi Kelompok PKK Dalam Pembangunan Desa di Desa Ledug Banyumas

Abstract: Abstract: Women's political participation is an important aspect in sustainable village development. However, the involvement of women including the PKK group in Ledug village, Kembaran sub-district, Banyumas faces obstacles… cles ranging from a lack of understanding of political participation, village development, low education levels, time constraints, and traditional mindsets. This community service activity aims to increase the understanding, capacity, and political participation of women in the PKK group in Ledug village, Kembaran sub-district, especially in the village development process. The methods used include FGD, direct observation, counseling, and village forum simulations. The results of the activity show that the PKK Ledug group has a high motivation to be involved in village development but still faces obstacles such as limited information regarding village political mechanisms and lack of self-confidence. After the community service was implemented, the PKK Ledug group was able to convey aspirations in a more structured manner. The village forum simulation showed an increase in the activeness of the PKK Ledug group in discussions and submitting program proposals. This community service proves that political awareness can be an effective strategy to increase the contribution of the PKK Ledug group in village development. Metode yang digunakan meliputi FGD,observasi langsung,penyuluhan, simulasi forum desa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan kelompok PKK Ledug memiliki motivasi tinggi untuk terlibat dalam pembangunan desa tapi masih menghadapi kendala seperti keterbatasan informasi terkait mekanisme politik desa, minimnya kepercayaan diri.Setelah pengabdian dilaksanakan, kelompok PKK Ledug dapat menyampaikan aspirasi secara lebuh terstruktur.Simulasi forum desa memperlihatkan peningkatan keaktifan kelompok PKK Ledug dalam berdiskusi, mengajukan usulan program. Pengabdian ini membuktikan bahwa penyadaran politik dapat menjadi strategi efektif dapat meningkatkan konstribusi kelompok PKK Ledug dalam Pembangunan desa. Pengembangan Startup Digital Mahasiswa Melalui Program Inkubasi Bisnis Digital Pada Universitas Sumatera Utara

Abstract: Abstract: Digitalization 5.0 has opened wide opportunities for students to build digital-based startups. However, many student startups face challenges in financial management, developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP),… and ensuring business sustainability. This program aims to implement Digital Business Incubation as a strategy for developing student digital startups. The methods used include observation, tenant selection, interviews, and intensive mentoring for incubation program participants. As a result of the selection process, 14 businesses were chosen to be incubated, consisting of service-based and product-based ventures. The program is designed to provide entrepreneurship training, financial management workshops, business legality assistance, investor networking opportunities, and technological support. The outcomes of the program indicate that through digital incubation, average 77,91% of the participating students were able to enhance their digital entrepreneurship skills, strengthen their business models, and optimize the potential for business sustainability. Therefore, Digital Business Incubation has proven to be an effective mechanism for fostering the growth of student digital startups that are adaptive, innovative, and competitive in the digital economy era. Namun, banyak startup mahasiswa menghadapi tantangan dalam hal pengelolaan keuangan, Minimum Viable Product, dan keberlanjutan usaha. Program ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan program Digital Business Incubation sebagai strategi pengembangan startup digital mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, seleksi tenant, wawancara, serta pendampingan intensif terhadap peserta program inkubasi. Dari hasil seleksi terpilih 14 usaha yang akan diinkubasi yang terdiri dari usaha yang bergerak dibidang jasa dan produk. Program ini dirancang untuk memberikan pembinaan kewirausahaan, pelatihan keuangan, pendampingan legalitas usaha, akses bersama investor, serta dukungan teknologi. Hasil program ini menunjukkan bahwa melalui inkubasi digital, rata rata 77,91% mahasiswa mampu meningkatkan keterampilan wirausaha digital, memperkuat model bisnis, serta mengoptimalkan potensi keberlanjutan usaha. Dengan demikian, Inkubasi bisnis digital terbukti menjadi mekanisme efektif dalam mendorong lahirnya startup digital mahasiswa yang adaptif, inovatif, dan berdaya saing di era ekonomi digital. Optimalisasi E-Learning Melalui Implementasi Microservice Untuk Peningkatan Skalabilitas Dan Efisiensi Pembelajaran Online

Abstract: The increased use of technology in education has encouraged the development of e-learning platforms that can provide effective and affordable learning experiences. However, the scalability and viability of e-learning platforms… tforms is often a challenge in the face of an increasing number of users and workloads. In this dedication, we propose the use of mi-croservice architecture in e-learning platforms to optimize scalability and maintain platform viability. We design and implement a microservice-based e-learning platform consisting of independent microservices, such as user management, course management, content management, and grading systems. We implement standardized API mechanisms for interactions between these microservices. We also vertically increase CPU capacity on each microservice instance to address increased workloads. We also observed that the use of microservices architecture makes it easy to maintain, develop, and integrate new features into the platform. In this overall dedication, we show that the implementation of microservices on e-learning platforms is able to provide optimal scalability and maintain the continuity of the platform in the face of increasing user needs Keywords: e-learning; microservice; skalabilitas; kinerja; monolitik    Abstract: Peningkatan penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan telah mendorong perkembangan platform e-learning yang dapat memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran yang efektif dan terjangkau. Namun, skalabilitas dan kelangsungan platform e-learning sering menjadi tantangan dalam menghadapi peningkatan jumlah pengguna dan beban kerja. SMK Swasta As-Syifa Kisaran menggunakan platform E-learning berbasis monolitik yang menyebabkan semakin banyak aktivitas platform digunakan semakin berat. Beberapa tahapan dilakukan dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, perencanaan dan desain program, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan analisis, serta penyusunan dan publikasi laporan. Arsitektur monolitik sebelumnya yang diterapkan perlu diperbaharui dengan arsitektur microservice bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan skalabilitas dan menjaga kelangsungan platform E-Learning. Permasalahan pada penggunaan traffic yang tinggi dan berfokus pada satu server semakin lama semakin membebani server. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka layanan dipecah menjadi beberapa layanan webservice menggunakan arsitektur microservice yang terdiri dari layanan-microservice independen, seperti manajemen pengguna, kursus, konten, dan sistem penilaian. Peningkatan kapasitas CPU secara vertikal diperlukan sehingga microservice dapat mengatasi peningkatan beban kerja server. Workshop And Training Of The Drug-Drug Interaction Database Using Indonesian Drug Brand Names

Abstract: Indonesia International Institute for Life Sciences (i3L) and Lira Medika Hospital have developed a customized drug-drug interaction database, named as DDIBase. It has a comprehensive library for providing annotation-specific… cific information toward the drug targets, mechanism, and interaction with other drugs. Hence, DDIBase is a new database with a brand-new user interface as well. In this regard, as DDIBase has currently reached beta stage of development, it is required to provide more comprehensive user feedback to improve its features. Thus, a workshop has been devised to explain the user guidelines, while a training has been conducted to provide system demo and user hand-on. The workshop and training attendees are faculty members of the i3L and Lira Medika Hospital Staffs. A survey has been developed to cater the user satisfaction toward the DDIBase. In this end, the survey has elicited good user satisfaction toward the developed user interface.

Pemanfaatan Konseling Online Pada Guru SD Di Kalimantan Tengah

Abstract: Abstract.: The current covid-19 pandemic season pays special attention to students who study at home through online methods. The thing of concern is the frequent occurrence of violence in elementary school age children while… hile studying due to the limitation of parents as substitute teachers during online learning. Parents of students with all their activities are required to help and assist their children in making school work. So the phenomenon that occurs in the field is the uncontrolled control of parental emotions towards children, so that online learning seems to be a frightening specter for elementary students. The purpose of implementing this Online Counseling Guidance is to provide insight to elementary school teachers who are members of the Indonesian Teachers Association (PGRI) Central Kalimantan regarding the mechanism for utilizing counseling which can be done online through the Competency Assessment and Career Development Service Center (PPAKPK) web. The method of implementing this service is carried out online through Conference Via Zoom and tutorials on using the web on a YouTube account which are distributed to Bimtek participants. The results obtained at this Bimtek show that all Bimtek participants are interested in the use of Online Counseling to serve as a means of consulting both students to teachers or guardians of students to teachers or teachers to psychiatrists who can be contacted when the teacher needs student problem solving. Hal yang menjadi perhatian adalah sering terjadinya kekerasan pada anak usia SD saat belajar dikarenakan faktor keterbatasan orang tua sebagai guru pengganti selama pembelajaran daring. Orang tua siswa dengan segala kesibukannya dituntut untuk membantu dan mendampingi anak-anak mereka membuat Pekerjaan Sekolah. Maka fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan adalah pengendalian emosi orang tua yang tidak terkendali kepada anak, sehingga pembelajaran daring terkesan menjadi momok yang menakutkan bagi para siswa SD. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan Bimtek Konseling Online ini adalah untuk memberikan wawasan kepada para Guru SD yang tergabung di dalam Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia (PGRI) Kalimantan Tengah terkait mekanisme pemanfaatan konseling yang dapat dilakukan secara daring melalui web Pusat Pelayanan Asesmen Kompetensi dan Pengembangan Karir (PPAKPK). Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan cara daring melalui Conference Via Zoom dan tutorial penggunaan web pada akun youtube yang dibagikan kepada para peserta Bimtek. Hasil yang diperoleh pada Bimtek ini menunjukan bahwa seluruh peserta Bimtek tertarik dengan pemanfaatan Konseling Online untuk dijadikan sebagai sarana konsultasi baik siswa kepada guru ataupun wali murid kepada guru ataupun Guru kepada ahli Psikiater yang dapat dihubungi saat Guru membutuhkan pemecahan masalah siswa. FPR-CONSTRAINED HYBRID DEEP LEARNING FOR IOT ANOMALY DETECTION

Abstract: Abstract: Existing IoT anomaly detection studies have achieved high classification performance, but most focus on accuracy and F1-score without explicitly controlling the false positive rate (FPR). In addition, many approaches… oaches rely on a single detection perspective, limiting their operational reliability. To address this gap, this study proposes a hybrid anomaly detection framework integrating Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), Shannon entropy, and autoencoder reconstruction error. Shannon entropy is incorporated as an additional feature, while LSTM and the autoencoder capture temporal and reconstruction characteristics. The resulting hybrid representation is processed by a constraint-based threshold selection mechanism that enforces FPR . Experiments on the TON-IoT and Edge-IIoTset datasets achieved average F1-scores of 0.9250 and 0.9934, while maintaining average FPR values of 0.0091 and 0.0714, respectively. Analysis of entropy distributions showed consistent differences between normal and anomalous traffic across both datasets, indicating that Shannon entropy provides discriminative information for anomaly detection. These results demonstrate strong detection performance with controlled false alarms, while ablation studies confirm the significant contribution of Shannon entropy to overall model performance. Selain itu, banyak pendekatan hanya memanfaatkan satu perspektif deteksi sehingga reliabilitas operasionalnya masih terbatas. Untuk mengatasi kesenjangan tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan kerangka deteksi anomali hybrid yang mengintegrasikan Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), Shannon entropy, dan autoencoder reconstruction error. Shannon entropy digunakan sebagai fitur tambahan, sedangkan LSTM dan autoencoder menangkap karakteristik temporal dan deviasi rekonstruksi. Representasi hybrid yang dihasilkan kemudian diproses melalui mekanisme constraint-based threshold selection dengan batas FPR . Hasil pengujian pada dataset TON-IoT dan Edge-IIoTset menghasilkan F1-score rata-rata sebesar 0,9250 dan 0,9934, dengan FPR rata-rata sebesar 0,0091 dan 0,0714. Perbedaan nilai entropy yang konsisten antara trafik normal dan anomali pada kedua dataset menunjukkan bahwa Shannon entropy menyediakan informasi diskriminatif untuk deteksi anomali. DATABASE OPTIMIZATION FOR THE ROYAL MENGAJAR APPLICATION SUPPORTING CROWDSOURCED ACADEMIC CONTENT

Abstract: Abstract: The development of digital learning systems requires not only effective content delivery but also database consistency and performance, particularly when used at scale by lecturers and students. Weaknesses in database… atabase design can lead to data duplication, relational violations, and transaction failures that compromise system reliability. This study designed the Royal Mengajar application using PHP and MySQL, supported by JavaScript, HTML, and Bootstrap 5. The Crowdsourced Academic Content model enables lecturers to contribute learning materials openly, while students evaluate them through a user rating system. The objective of this research is to design and optimize the database architecture of the Royal Mengajar application by implementing multiple control mechanisms—namely views, triggers, transactions, and constraints—to enhance data efficiency, consistency, and integrity in digital learning environments. Database optimization focuses on the use of views to improve query efficiency, triggers to maintain automatic consistency, transactions to ensure atomicity in multi-table operations, and constraints to preserve data integrity. The results show that views reduced the average query execution time to 0.12 seconds, triggers maintained consistency without manual intervention, and constraints achieved 100% referential integrity. The application of these mechanisms significantly improved system speed, reduced data redundancy, and enhanced information reliability, thus reinforcing the sustainability of Royal Mengajar as a community-driven learning platform Keywords: crowdsourced academic content; constraint; database optimization; trigger.   Abstrak: Pengembangan sistem pembelajaran digital tidak hanya menuntut penyajian materi, tetapi juga konsistensi serta kinerja basis data ketika sistem digunakan secara masif oleh dosen dan mahasiswa. Kelemahan rancangan database dapat menimbulkan duplikasi data, pelanggaran relasi, dan kegagalan transaksi yang memengaruhi keandalan sistem. Penelitian ini merancang aplikasi Royal Mengajar berbasis PHP dan MySQL dengan dukungan JavaScript, HTML, dan Bootstrap 5. Model Crowdsourced Academic Content memungkinkan dosen berkontribusi secara terbuka, sedangkan mahasiswa melakukan evaluasi melalui user rating system. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang dan mengoptimalkan basis data aplikasi Royal Mengajar melalui penerapan berbagai mekanisme pengendali, seperti view, trigger, transaction, dan constraint, guna meningkatkan efisiensi, konsistensi, dan integritas data dalam sistem pembelajaran digital. Optimalisasi database difokuskan pada penerapan view untuk efisiensi query, trigger untuk menjaga konsistensi otomatis, transaction untuk memastikan atomicity pada operasi multi-tabel, serta constraint guna menjamin integritas data. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan view menurunkan rata-rata waktu eksekusi query menjadi 0,12 detik, trigger menjaga konsistensi tanpa intervensi manual, dan constraint memastikan integritas referensial tercapai 100%. Penerapan mekanisme ini berdampak pada peningkatan kecepatan sistem, berkurangnya redundansi, serta keandalan informasi yang lebih tinggi, sehingga mendukung keberlanjutan Royal Mengajar sebagai platform pembelajaran berbasis kontribusi komunitas. VEGECHAIN: SMART CONTRACT MARKETPLACE FOR VEGETARIAN SUPPLY CHAIN OPTIMIZATION

Abstract: Abstract: The global transition towards sustainable food systems faces significant challenges in vegetarian food supply chains, including transparency issues, distribution inefficiencies, and quality verification problems.&#8230; s. This research proposes VegeChain development, a decentralized marketplace ecosystem based on smart contracts designed to transform vegetarian food supply chains and accelerate Meatless, Balanced, Green (MBG) program adoption. Using mixed-method methodology integrating blockchain system design, stakeholder analysis, and economic simulation, this research develops a comprehensive technology framework combining blockchain transparency, smart contract automation, and sustainable tokenomics with novel mathematical models. The system implements dynamic pricing algorithms based on Automated Market Maker (AMM) mechanisms, multi-objective optimization for supply chain efficiency, and reputation-based consensus protocols. Simulation results demonstrate that VegeChain implementation can improve supply chain efficiency by 35%, reduce food waste by 28%, and increase consumer trust by 42% measured through validated stakeholder satisfaction surveys (n=456) using 5-point Likert scales with statistical significance p<0.001. Technical innovations include Byzantine Fault Tolerant consensus with 99.9% reliability, gas optimization achieving 67% cost reduction, and real-time quality verification algorithms with 98.7% accuracy.             Keywords: smart contracts; supply chain optimization; automated market makers; blockchain technology; sustainable tokenomics

OPTIMIZATION OF INCENTIVE GIVING THROUGH MULTI-CRITERIA DECISION ANALYSIS APPROACH

Abstract: Abstract: This research aims to optimize the provision of incentives to employees (sales team) in a company using a multi-criteria approach. Many companies face challenges in determining criteria and mechanisms for providing&#8230; ding incentives that are effective and fair to improve work performance and motivation. The multi-criteria approach used is Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) which can assess various aspects of employee performance comprehensively and objectively. Factors considered include productivity, quality of work, attendance, innovation and overall turnover. The research results show that the multi-criteria approach provides a more comprehensive and accurate assessment, so that companies can develop a more transparent and effective incentive system. Implementation of this approach is expected to increase employee motivation and productivity, help companies achieve their business goals more efficiently, and provide long-term benefits in the form of increased employee loyalty and competitiveness in the field. Banyak perusahaan menghadapi tantangan dalam menentukan kriteria dan mekanisme pemberian insentif yang efektif dan adil untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan motivasi kerja. Pendekatan multikriteria yang digunakan adalah  Multi-Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) dapat mengevaluasi berbagai aspek kinerja karyawan secara menyeluruh dan objektif. Faktor-faktor yang dipertimbangkan meliputi produktivitas, kualitas kerja, kehadiran, inovasi dan omset keseluruhan. MICROCONTROLLER IMPLEMENTATION ON ULTRASONIC SENSOR BASED AUTOMATIC TRASH CAN SYSTEM

This research aims to design and implement an automatic waste bin system based on microcontroller using&#8230; sing Arduino Uno. The research uses experimental method with hardware and software development stages including system design, component integration, and testing. The developed system integrates HCSR-04 sensors for waste volume detection, infrared sensors for object presence detection, and servo motors for automatic opening-closing mechanism. Test results show that the system successfully detects waste levels with high accuracy and operates the opening-closing mechanism effectively.
