ularly appealing to Generation Z. Despite operating independently and with high levels of flexibility, these freelance workers remain subject to complex psychosocial work dynamics, including job stress, rewards, motivation, and job satisfaction. This study aims to empirically investigate the influence of job stress and rewards on job satisfaction, while examining the mediating role of motivation within the context of digital freelancers. Employing a quantitative research design, data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 220 Gen Z freelance content creators in Indonesia. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique, facilitated by the SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that job stress exerts a significantly negative effect on both motivation and job satisfaction, whereas rewards have a significantly positive effect on these variables. Furthermore, motivation was found to partially and significantly mediate the relationship between job stress, rewards, and job satisfaction. These findings underscore the critical importance of affective dimensions in shaping the occupational well-being of freelancers in the digital era. The main contribution of this study lies in its extension of the theoretical framework surrounding non-traditional work dynamics, as well as its practical implications for the development of career management and well-being strategies tailored to platform-based freelance workers.

This study uses a qualitative approach that describes the object of study through the process of extracting facts and object data in the field. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of the study indicate that the work commitment of the Madrasah principal in improving the effectiveness of private MTs in the Riau Islands is not optimal, because there are still many aspects that have not been achieved in terms of realization, budget constraints for the procurement of Madrasah facilities and infrastructure, increasing the professionalism of human resources, and other facilities that are still very limited. For this reason, the head of private MTs in the Riau Islands Province tries to improve the effectiveness of madrasas by implementing strategic educational development concepts. The roles played by the head of the Madrasah are; 1) focusing on common interests, 2) improving communication and understanding, 3) increasing involvement and participation, and 4) avoiding win-lose solutions. These roles are very helpful in realizing increased effectiveness of education in madrasas.

Through the utilization of research and development (R&D), the primary focus of investigation can be directed towards the creation, advancement, and assessment of learning media in terms of design and viability. The end result is an Android game that serves as a learning tool for computer system topics. The assessment findings indicate that the storyboard design has achieved a validity score of 4.91 out of 5, placing it in the “Very Good” category. The score was derived from the evaluation of two design professionals. The initial design expert assigned a validity score of 4.88, while the second design expert assigned a validity score of 4.94 on a 5-point scale. These scores indicate that the research results fall into the “Very Good” category. According to the assessment conducted by linguists, the language employed in creating the tale has been given a validity score of 4.73 out of 5, placing it in the “Very Good” category. The score was derived from two linguists. The initial linguist assigned a validity score of 4.5, while the second linguist assigned a validity score of 4.7 on a 5-point scale. These scores placed the results of the study in the “Very Good” category. The study has reached its conclusion. The development step use the RPG Maker MV program. The findings indicated that the job satisfaction of coffee shop workers in Semarang City was impacted by factors such as motivation, salary, work environment, and career growth. Enhanced work drive and remuneration will lead to heightened job contentment. Similarly, an improved work environment and opportunities for professional growth would enhance employee job satisfaction. One thing that affects loyalty is job satisfaction. This suggests that when job satisfaction grows, employee loyalty also increases. Job satisfaction acts as a mediator between salary and loyalty, work environment and loyalty, and career development and loyalty. This study evaluates student satisfaction with teacher performance at MAS Alwashliyah Petatal using the COmplex PRoportional ASsessment (COPRAS) method, which effectively handles multi-criteria comparisons objectively. Data were collected through questionnaires completed by 66 out of 209 students (31.58% response rate), assessing 16 teachers based on four competency aspects: pedagogical, personality, social, and professional, with 12 sub-criteria. Despite the low participation rate, the data remained representative based on response distribution analysis. The results indicate that the COPRAS method accurately ranks teacher performance, with teacher Lia Novia, S.Pd achieving the highest satisfaction score (100%). These findings can be integrated into school policies, such as annual teacher evaluations and teacher development programs. The implementation of this evaluation system can also serve as a basis for designing teacher training that better aligns with student needs. Thus, the COPRAS method not only helps schools assess teacher performance more objectively but also supports more effective decision-making to enhance teaching quality and overall student satisfaction.

Abstrak: Kepuasan siswa terhadap kinerja guru berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Evaluasi kinerja guru diperlukan untuk memahami sejauh mana pengajaran memenuhi harapan siswa. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi tingkat kepuasan siswa terhadap kinerja guru di MAS Alwashliyah Petatal menggunakan metode COmplex PRoportional ASsessment (COPRAS), yang mampu menangani perbandingan multi-kriteria secara objektif. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang diisi oleh 66 dari 209 siswa (tingkat respons 31,58%), menilai 16 guru berdasarkan empat aspek kompetensi, yaitu pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan profesional, dengan 12 sub-kriteria. Meskipun partisipasi rendah, data tetap representatif berdasarkan analisis distribusi jawaban. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode COPRAS memberikan pemeringkatan kinerja guru secara akurat, di mana guru Lia Novia, S.Pd memperoleh nilai kepuasan tertinggi (100%). Hasil ini dapat diintegrasikan dalam kebijakan sekolah, seperti evaluasi tahunan guru dan program pengembangan tenaga pendidik. Implementasi sistem evaluasi ini juga dapat digunakan sebagai dasar penyusunan pelatihan guru yang lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Dengan demikian, metode COPRAS tidak hanya membantu sekolah dalam menilai kinerja guru secara lebih objektif tetapi juga mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat untuk meningkatkan mutu pengajaran dan kepuasan siswa.

K-Means is a distance-based clustering method that divides data into a number of clusters and this algorithm only works on numeric attributes. The data processed in this research is a sample taken from the Jaka Wijaya Pharmacy data in 2022. The Jaka Wijaya Pharmacy dataset consists of the attributes No, Drug Item, Type, Packaging, Initial Stock, Cost Price, Unit Conversion, Selling Price, Number of Transactions, Ending Stock, Shelf, Warehouse-Office Codes. With the K-Means Clustering method, it is possible to group drug sales data with stock that is not selling well as cluster 0, stock that is selling well as cluster 1, and stock that is selling very well as cluster 2. The sample data to be tested consists of 170 data from the Jaka Wijaya Pharmacy. Where the cluster results show that there are several results, namely cluster 0 totaling 102, cluster 1 totaling 34, and cluster 2 totaling 34 decisions, where the decisions include very in demand, in demand, not in demand.

Abstrak: Apotek merupakan sarana pelayanan kesehatan untuk membantu meningkatkan kesehatan bagi masyarakat, apotek juga sebagai tempat praktik tenaga profesi apoteker dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Untuk menentukan jumlah persediaan stok, Apotek Jaka Wijaya membutuhkan suatu clusterisasi data stok penjualan. Metode yang dapat digunakan yaitu algoritma K-Means. Algoritma ini didasarkan pada ide sederhana. K-Means adalah metode Clustering berbasis jarak yang membagi data ke dalam sejumlah cluster dan algoritma ini hanya bekerja pada atribut numeric. Data yang diolah dalam penelitian ini merupakan sampel yang diambil dari data Apotek Jaka Wijaya pada tahun 2022. Dataset Apotek Jaka Wijaya terdiri dari atribut No, Item Obat, Jenis, Kemasan, Stok Awal, Harga Pokok, Konversi Satuan, Harga Jual, Jumlah Transaksi, Stok Akhir, Rak, Kode Gudang-Kantor. Dengan metode K-Means Clustering maka dapat mengelompokkan data penjualan obat dengan stok kurang laris sebagai cluster 0, stok laris sebagai cluster 1, dan stok sangat laris sebagai cluster 2. Data sampel yang akan diuji terdiri dari 170 data dari Apotek Jaka Wijaya. Yang dimana hasil cluster menunjukkan terdapat beberapa hasil yaitu cluster 0 berjumlah 102, cluster 1 berjumlah 34, dan cluster 2 berjumlah 34 keputusan yang dimana keputusan itu meliputi sangat laris, laris, kurang laris.

However, not all students are able to take these courses and the level of understanding of students is quite diverse, so clustering or grouping is needed based on the level of understanding of students in understanding the course. This study uses data mining techniques with the K-Means Clustering method to determine the distribution of student understanding levels of professional ethics courses. The purpose of this study was to see how far the success rate of the professional ethics course was proclaimed through the results of one semester's learning and to use the clustering results as a benchmark for developing the course and as evaluation material for students who did not understand the course.

Abstrak: Etika merupakan karakter dasar yang dimiliki seseorang dalam mencerminkan kehidupannya sehari – hari. Etika menjadi gambaran tingkah dan perilaku seseorang dalam berkegiatan di lingkungan sosial. Seperti hal nya dalam dunia pekerjaan etika profesi sangat di junjung tinggi karena menjadi ciri khas profesionalisme seseorang dalam dunia pekerjaan. Sehingga untuk menanamkan karakter etika yang baik dalam dunia pekerjaan, kampus STMIK Royal telah mengajarkan mata kuliah pendukung yakni mata kuliah etika profesi untuk menunjang sikap dan karakter yang baik dalam dunia profesi atau pekerjaan. Namun, tidak semua mahasiswa mampu mengikuti mata kuliah tersebut dan tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa yang tergolong beragam sehingga diperlukan clustering atau pengelompokan berdasarkan tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa dalam memahami mata kuliah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik data mining dengan metode K-Means Clustering untuk mengetahui persebaran tingkat pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap mata kuliah etika profesi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat sejauh mana tingkat keberhasilan mata kuliah etika profesi yang dicanangkan lewat hasil pembelajaran satu semester dan menjadikan hasil clustering tersebut sebagai tolak ukur untuk mengembangkan mata kuliah tersebut dan menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi mahasiswa yang tidak memahami mata kuliah tersebut. Hasil dari clustering dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas 3 yaitu mahasiswa dengan tingkat pemahaman Baik, Cukup Baik dan Tidak Baik.

In its implementation, participants were guided directly using Microsoft Office Word software as the main tool in making official letters. The training method was carried out through material presentation, case studies, and direct practice. The evaluation results showed an increase in students' understanding of the structure of official letters and technical skills in designing letters using Microsoft Word features. This workshop is expected to be a practical provision for students in facing formal administrative needs both in the world of education and the world of work. In addition, this activity also encourages students to be more accustomed to using word processing applications professionally.

Abstrak: Kegiatan workshop ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam menyusun serta mendesain surat resmi sesuai dengan kaidah penulisan yang berlaku. Workshop dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 1 Setia Janji dengan melibatkan peserta dari berbagai jurusan. Materi yang disampaikan meliputi format surat resmi, penggunaan bahasa yang tepat, serta tata letak yang baik dan benar. Dalam pelaksanaannya, peserta dibimbing secara langsung menggunakan perangkat lunak Microsoft Office Word sebagai alat utama dalam pembuatan surat resmi. Metode pelatihan dilakukan melalui penyampaian materi, studi kasus, dan praktik langsung. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap struktur surat resmi serta keterampilan teknis dalam mendesain surat menggunakan fitur-fitur Microsoft Word. Workshop ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bekal praktis bagi siswa dalam menghadapi kebutuhan administrasi formal baik di dunia pendidikan maupun dunia kerja. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mendorong siswa untuk lebih terbiasa menggunakan aplikasi pengolah kata secara profesional.
