able to arrange the classroom action research (CAR). However, this desire is constrained by the limited opportunities given to them attending CAR training. Most of them do not have enough knowledge about CAR preparation. In addition to being unfamiliar with research methods, they also lack knowledge of how to plan and compile their reports. Seeing this problem, this dedication activity became a concrete effort to help teachers, especially members of the Secang GTT-PTT Honorary Forum at Secang District, to provide training and mentoring for the preparation of CAR increasing the knowledge about CAR development. This community service was carried out within 4 months. This activity was attended by 25 participants. The method of activities carried out to resolve partner problems was through training and mentoring divided into 5 meetings at the SDN 2 Secang hall. Material presented at the first meeting were: (1) PTK concept; (2) preparation of background, problem identification and formulation of topics and problems; (3) looking for sources of reference related to the topic, as well as the design of the CAR implementation; (4) preparation of results and discussion; and (5) finalization of the report.

Abstrak: Permenpan-RB Tahun 2009 tentang Pengembangan Keprofesian Berkelanjutan (PKB) tidak hanya ditujukan kepada guru PNS saja namun guru secara umum. Anggota Forum Tenaga Honorer GTT-PTT Kecamatan Secang memiliki keinginan yang kuat untuk mampu menyusun PTK. Namun, keinginan tersebut terkendala dengan terbatasnya kesempatan yang diberikan kepada mereka untuk mengikuti pelatihan PTK. Sebagian besar dari mereka tidak memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup mengenai penyusunan PTK. Selain awam dengan metode penelitian, mereka juga tidak memiliki pengetahuan tentang bagaimana merencanakan dan menyusun laporannya. Melihat masalah tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian ini menjadi upaya konkret dalam membantu guru terutama anggota Forum Tenaga Honorer GTT-PTT Kecamatan Secang untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan penyusunan PTK dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang penyusunan PTK. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam waktu 4 bulan. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 25 peserta. Metode kegiatan yang dilaksanakan guna menyelesaikan permasalahanmitra adalah dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang dibagi menjadi 5 pertemuan bertempat di aula SDN 2 Secang. Materi yang disampaikan dalam pertemuan pertama adalah: (1) konsep PTK; (2) penyusunan latar belakang, identifikasi masalah serta perumusan topik dan masalah; (3) mencari sumber rujukan terkait topik, serta desain pelaksanaan PTK; (4) penyusunan hasil dan pembahasan; dan (5) finalisasi laporan.

The first activity that was conducted is observation by using interview technique to the teachers. Then it was continued by training activity. This activity is like a workshop that was started from presentation about the theory of arrangement a learning media from a secondhand material, accompaniment to all teachers in designing and developing learning media from a secondhand material. At the end of this activity, there was 70% participant that able to develop a learning media from a secondhand material individually.

Abstrak: Penggunaan media pembelajaran sangat diperlukan dalam kaitannya dengan peningkatan mutu pendidikan seperti pembuatan media bekas yang dilakukan di PAUD Ar Rahman. Pelatihan ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan para guru dalm mengembangkan profsionalisme khususnya dalam pendesainan/ pengembangan media pembelajaran dari barang bekas berupa karton. Kegiatan pertama yang dilakukan adalah observasi dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara terhadap para guru. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan. Kegiatan ini berbentuk workshop dimulai dari presentasi tentang teori penyusunan media pembelajaran dari barang bekas, pendampingan terhadap guru dalam perancangan dan pendampingan bagi guru dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran dari barang bekas. Pada akhir kegiatan sebanyak 70% peserta yang dapat mengembangkan media pembelajaran dari barang bekas secara mandiri.

Kegiatan pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi komputer dalam dunia pendidikan ini disajikan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi dan tanya jawab. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan konsep tentang aplikasi yang digunakan yaitu Microsoft Excell. Metode demonstrasi untuk menunjukkan suatu proses kerja yaitu tahapan-tahapan dari setiap kegiatan dan mempraktikkannya, sementara metode tanya jawab untuk memberi kesempatan para peserta berkonsultasi dalam mengatasi kendala yang terjadi dalam pengolahan nilai secara manual.Manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini antara lain dapatmeningkatkan pengetahuan para guru agar lebih profesional dalam melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar baik didalam atau diluar sekolah, dapat meningkatkan aktifitas pembelajaran siswa melalui penguasan IPTEKS, dapat mempermudah proses perhitungan nilai siswa secara komputerisasi dengan bantuan Microsoft Excell.

in this study aims to build a data structure modeling and facilitate the school MAS Islamiyah Hessa Air Genting in the assessment to determine the best teacher transparently and measurably by using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) algorithm. The TOPSIS method was chosen because it is able to provide ranking results based on the closeness of alternatives to the ideal solution. In this modeling, assessment criteria data such as pedagogical, professional, personality, social competencies, as well as other indicators such as teacher discipline and achievement are modeled structurally in a relational database. The results show that the designed data structure is able to support the decision-making process efficiently and objectively.

Abstrak: Penilaian kinerja guru merupakan aspek yang sangat penting dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan saat ini, namun sering terjadi saat proses penilaian kendala subjektivitas dan kurangnya sistem yang terstruktur, dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun pemodelan struktur data serta mempermudah pihak sekolah MAS Islamiyah Hessa Air Genting dalam penilaian untuk menentukan guru terbaik secara transparan dan terukur dengan menggunakan algoritma Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Metode TOPSIS dipilih karena mampu memberikan hasil perankingan berdasarkan kedekatan alternatif terhadap solusi ideal. Dalam pemodelan ini, data kriteria penilaian seperti kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, kepribadian, sosial, serta indikator lain seperti kedisiplinan dan prestasi guru dimodelkan secara terstruktur dalam basis data relasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur data yang dirancang mampu mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan secara efisien dan objektif.

This study aims to improve students' pronunciation fluency and develop a learning medium based on Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) technology. The method employed involves the development of Progressive Web Apps (PWA) integrated with ASR technology from the app.lumi.education platform, supported by manual labeling for pronunciation validation. The research was conducted at LKP Vijaya Learning Centre, Tanjungbalai City. The results demonstrate that ASR-based media significantly enhances students' pronunciation accuracy and confidence. Thus, the integration of ASR technology into PWA effectively supports innovative and efficient pronunciation learning.

Abstrak: Pengucapan yang baik berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa, mendorong partisipasi aktif dalam pembelajaran, dan mempersiapkan mereka menghadapi peluang akademik maupun profesional, seperti wawancara berbahasa Inggris. saat menghadapi wawancara beasiswa atau pekerjaan berbahasa Inggris, pengucapan yang buruk dapat mengurangi pemahaman pewawancara, sehingga mengurangi peluang diterima. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kelancaran pengucapan siswa dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR). Metode yang digunakan adalah pengembangan Progressive Web Apps (PWA) yang terintegrasi dengan ASR dari aplikasi app.lumi.education, didukung oleh pelabelan manual untuk validasi pengucapan. Penelitian dilakukan di LKP Vijaya Learning Centre, Kota Tanjungbalai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media berbasis ASR secara signifikan meningkatkan akurasi pengucapan dan kepercayaan diri siswa. Dengan demikian, integrasi teknologi ASR dalam PWA terbukti mendukung pembelajaran pengucapan secara inovatif dan efisien.

process and personal development of students. Through the development of an expert system-based counseling model based on backward chaining, this study seeks to discover trends in student behavior. The research process starts with problem analysis, goal setting, literature study, data collection, system design and implementation, and results analysis. It then moves on to counseling model development and implementation in the school setting. To determine the reasons for the unruly behavior of the kids, data were analyzed using a backward chaining methodology. UML Usecase diagrams are used in system design to define the roles of actors and users. The established counseling model, which consists of 14 behaviors, 67 phenomena/symptoms, and 14 rules, focuses on goals and methods to modify student behavior. Three students underwent system testing based on previously achieved goals from therapy. The findings revealed "Smoking," "Emotional Problems," and "Fighting" among the student behaviors. When the Backward Chaining-based counseling model is used, it is simpler for homeroom teachers to gather information about students' conduct from them and to offer remedies based on the transfer of professional knowledge without having to wait for the counselor guidance procedure

r of health services in the city of Kisaran. In determining the performance assessment of doctors and leaders, they still use conventional methods. Doctors' performance evaluation is still done manually and the data processing process does not yet use application programs in making decisions. In the process of assessing the performance of doctors as the main professional staff in hospitals, it must be carried out realistically, objectively and based on evidence and specifically according to specialization and/or specific procedures. For this reason, a tool is needed in the form of designing a decision support system (DSS) in evaluating the performance of doctors which aims to understand the deficiencies of the performance that has been carried out, so that it can open up space for improvement or improvements to quality and efficiency in hospitals, for the purpose of providing incentives and reward programs and value-based purchasing strategies for doctors. The method in this study uses the Weighted Product method, with the concept of weighting the rating of an appraisal variable that will be selected as the best alternative. The system to be created is a decision support system using the Weighted Product (WP) method, which is a method of determining the order (priority) in multi-criteria analysis. The results of this system design are expected to be a tool for Setio Husodo Hospital in analyzing and deciding on the performance of doctors who will be given incentives and reward programs as well as value-based purchasing strategies for doctors.

Evaluasi kinerja dokter masih bersifat manual, dan proses pengolahan data belum menggunakan program aplikasi untuk mengambil keputusan. Proses evaluasi kinerja dokter sebagai anggota staf rumah sakit penuh waktu harus realistis, objektif, berbasis bukti, dan spesifik untuk spesialisasi dan/atau prosedur tertentu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) untuk evaluasi kinerja dokter sebagai alat yang bertujuan untuk memahami kekurangan dalam pelayanan yang diberikan dan memberikan ruang untuk perbaikan dan ruang untuk peningkatan kualitas dan efisiensi. Rumah sakit mendorong dan memberi dokter program penghargaan dan strategi pembelian berbasis nilai. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode weighted product dengan konsep pembobotan evaluasi terhadap satu variabel evaluasi yang dipilih sebagai pilihan terbaik. ach was used to examine how the policy is translated into public service practices, particularly in a local context where the waiting period has reached approximately 18 years, with about 2,500 prospective pilgrims and an annual quota of 135 people. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and document review involving officials responsible for Hajj and Umrah services and relevant community informants. The data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, consisting of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that policy implementation is supported by four interrelated factors: bureaucratic structure, resources, communication, and the disposition of implementing officers. A clear organizational structure and standard operating procedures facilitate coordination and accountability. Competent human resources, adequate facilities, and the use of Siskohat strengthen service accuracy and transparency. Multi-channel communication helps reduce misunderstanding, while professional and empathetic officer attitudes build public trust. The novelty of this study lies in its local-level analysis of Hajj waiting list implementation in an archipelagic regency. The study implies that transparent, responsive, and humanistic public services are essential for maintaining fairness and legitimacy in long-term Hajj queue management.

secara mendalam bagaimana emosi dan belajar sosial memengaruhi proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar melalui perspektif neuropedagogik dan brain‑based learning. A mixed methods approach was used by combining quantitative analysis (meta-analysis of 173 respondents and 47 indicators of NP, EC, OB, MS, BS) and descriptive qualitative analysis using thematic analysis techniques on semi-structured interviews with five elementary school teachers. The meta-analysis results showed a very strong average effect of the latent construct relationship (t(128) = 12.92; p < 0.001; r ≈ 1.00) with almost zero heterogeneity (Qₑ(128) = 1.67; τ² = 0; I² = 0%), and no significant moderating effects were found for all indicators; the partial meta-regression coefficients for all items were very close to zero and the R² value was 0.000. Qualitatively, three main themes emerged: (1) positive emotions as the foundation of learning readiness, (2) social interaction as a reinforcement of meaning formation, and (3) contextual learning that integrates cognitive, emotional, and social dimensions. Although most teachers have not yet mastered the concepts of neuropedagogy and brain-based learning theoretically, they have intuitively implemented its principles through motivation, praise, humor, group work, collaborative projects, and learning experiences relevant to students' real lives. These findings support the latest theory that places emotions and social interactions as the main drivers of brain function in learning (Immordino Yang, 2016; Tyng et al., 2017; Vygotsky, 1978; Jensen, 2008), and emphasizes the importance of strengthening teachers' competence in understanding and designing brain- and emotion-based learning to support the holistic development of elementary school students.
