l and social transformation. Etiquette is a reflection of a deep understanding of the purpose of worship and a servant's closeness to his Lord. It balances the physical and spiritual dimensions, as well as the formal and substantial aspects of every religious practice. This article aims to examine in depth the role of etiquette in perfecting the performance of the five main acts of worship in Islam, namely thaharah, prayer, zakat, fasting, and hajj. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method based on literature review. Data sources include the Qur'an and Hadith of the Prophet SAW, classical literature such as Riyadhus Shalihin and Ihya Ulumuddin, as well as contemporary references such as Tafsir Al-Azhar and scientific studies published in 2020 and beyond. The findings reveal that etiquette plays a crucial role in all forms of worship: purity reinforces both physical and spiritual cleanliness, prayer cultivates spiritual devotion and discipline, zakat instills social awareness and empathy, fasting trains patience and self-control, while the pilgrimage teaches orderliness, humility, and tolerance within the framework of global Islamic interaction. Adab is not merely etiquette but the essence that gives worship meaning and broad impact. Adab also serves as a tool for self-transformation toward becoming an outstanding Muslim in moral, spiritual, and social aspects in the modern era.

Data analysis was conducted using a descriptive-qualitative technique by examining and interpreting various sources to uncover the meanings, practices, and dynamics of the pilgrimage tradition. The results of the study indicate that the tradition of visiting the tomb of Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin possesses a strong spiritual dimension as a means of drawing closer to Allah, a medium for self-reflection, and the formation of individual and collective spirituality. Furthermore, the pilgrimage tradition also functions as an intangible cultural heritage that plays a role in preserving history, transmitting cultural values, and strengthening the identity of the Banten community. Amid the development of religious tourism and modernization, the pilgrimage tradition faces dynamics that require sustainable management to ensure that religious and cultural values remain preserved. This study concludes that the tradition of pilgrimage to the tomb of Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin of Banten is an important and relevant cultural-religious practice in maintaining the sustainability of the community’s spirituality and cultural identity.

used to find new knowledge as a marketing strategy using Data Mining techniques. Data Mining is one of the KDD processes that has the function for grouping. K-Means Clustering is a data mining technique that aims to group data into a data subset. The grouping of data on Umroh pilgrims is conducted to find out the interest groups of pilgrims based on age. This study categorizes pilgrim data into three clusters, which are very popular, in high demand and less desirable. Attributes used in processing data include gender, age, and congregation package. Before the data calculation process is carried out, the data transformation process is carried out before data calculation process. Based on data calculations that have been done through the RapidMiner software, the members of the group were very interested, ranging in age from 56 to 83 years, interested groups ranging in age from 29 to 55 years and the group was less interested with an age range 2 to 22 years from 170 records.

ach was used to examine how the policy is translated into public service practices, particularly in a local context where the waiting period has reached approximately 18 years, with about 2,500 prospective pilgrims and an annual quota of 135 people. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and document review involving officials responsible for Hajj and Umrah services and relevant community informants. The data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, consisting of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that policy implementation is supported by four interrelated factors: bureaucratic structure, resources, communication, and the disposition of implementing officers. A clear organizational structure and standard operating procedures facilitate coordination and accountability. Competent human resources, adequate facilities, and the use of Siskohat strengthen service accuracy and transparency. Multi-channel communication helps reduce misunderstanding, while professional and empathetic officer attitudes build public trust. The novelty of this study lies in its local-level analysis of Hajj waiting list implementation in an archipelagic regency. The study implies that transparent, responsive, and humanistic public services are essential for maintaining fairness and legitimacy in long-term Hajj queue management.
