The development of this inventory system, the author uses a prototype method with a development model using the Unified Model Language (UML). The purpose of this research will be to facilitate facility staff in finding information on goods by means of barcode scanners on QR labels that have been affixed to goods, making it easier to find out the condition of goods that are carried out regularly with the goods control feature, having three actors in using the inventory system which the main actor has full access and the other two actors have limited access in using the system. With the hope that the facilities section will make it easier to control all assets or inventory of goods at Ibn Sina University. So that it can be a solution to existing problems.

Abstrak: Sistem inventarisasi pada Universitas Ibnu Sina pada bagian sarana dan prasarana pada sistem yang lama masih memiliki beberapa kekurangan oleh karena itu penulis tertarik mengembangkan dari sistem yang lama sehingga menghasilkan sistem yang ter-update dan user friendly yang mana lebih memiliki kelebihan diantaranya fitur barcode, fitur kontrol barang, kemudian ketua memiliki akses secara langsung yang sebelumnya tidak dimiliki sistem lama. Pengembangan pada sistem inventaris barang ini penulis menggunakan metode prototype dengan model pengembangan menggunakan Unified Model Language (UML). Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini nantinya dapat mempermudah staff sarana dalam pencarian informasi barang dengan cara scanner barcode pada label QR yang sudah ditempel pada barang, mempermudah mengetahui kondisi barang yang dilakukan secara berkala dengan adanya fitur kontrol barang, mempunyai tiga aktor dalam penggunaan sistem inventaris yang mana aktor utama memiliki akses secara penuh dan dua aktor lainnya memiliki akses terbatas dalam penggunaan sistem. Dengan harapan agar bagian sarana lebih mudah dalam pengkontrolan semua asset ataupun inventaris barang yang ada pada Universitas Ibnu Sina. Sehingga dapat menjadi solusi dalam permasalahan yang ada.

Abstrak: Susenas merupakan salah satu sumber data sosial ekonomi rumah tangga yang penting diindonesia. Susenas telah menjadi rujukan utama untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pemerintah dalam mengimplementasikan pembangunan nasional agar sejalan dengan Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Nasional (RPJMN), sembilan agenda prioritas atau nawacita dan tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan. Survei adalah metode pengumpulan data dengan memberikan pertanyaan – pertanyaan kepada responden. survei merupakan cara terbaik dalam mendapatkan sebuah informasi yang benar dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan hasilnya. Dalam proses pengumpulan data survei PMTB yang dilakukan oleh petugas mitra masih menerapkan sistem manual yang mana petugas mitra datang ke perusahaan/usaha membawah formulir pengisian data pendapatan dan pengeluaran perusahaan, dan selanjutnya mitra kembali menulis ke buku besar untuk dapat di analisa oleh petugas Neraca, penulis bermaksud membuat suatu sistem berbasis web yang dipandang dapat memberikan solusi yang efektif serta dapat dijadikan sebagai alat pendataan PMTB dengan menggunakan metode penelitian wawancara dan observasi langsung ke kantor BPS Kota Medan.

limited, particularly in optimizing the potential of local plants available around students. This community service activity aims to implement the ecoprint pounding technique with students at Alam Leuser Middle School. The approach used included counseling, simulation, training, and evaluation. The counseling provided basic knowledge of the ecoprint method. The results showed that participants successfully implemented the pounding technique using local leaves and plants. The resulting ecoprints have the potential to become superior products. Local plants that produce the sharpest patterns include Centrosema pubescens, Carica papaya leaves, Ricinus communis L., Cosmos sulphureus, and Pinus. However, further training and intensive mentoring are still needed to improve product quality. This activity is expected to increase students' creativity in using environmental resources as learning tools. This activity introduces simple and easily marketable creative economic ideas. In addition, this activity raises students' awareness of the use of natural materials in textile arts, thereby supporting environmental conservation.

Abstrak: Ecoprint merupakan teknik pewarnaan kain ramah lingkungan yang memanfaatkan pigmen alami dari tumbuhan. Namun, pemanfaatan teknik ini sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan di sekolah masih terbatas, khususnya dalam mengoptimalkan potensi tumbuhan lokal yang tersedia di sekitar peserta didik. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan teknik menumbuk ecoprint dengan siswa di SMP Alam Leuser. Pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, simulasi, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Penyuluhan memberikan pengetahuan dasar tentang metode ecoprint. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa peserta berhasil melakukan teknik menumbuk menggunakan daun dan tumbuhan lokal. Ecoprint yang dihasilkan berpotensi menjadi produk unggulan. Tumbuhan lokal yang menghasilkan pola paling tajam antara lain Centrosema pubescens, daun Carica papaya, Ricinus communis L, Cosmos sulphureus dan Pinus. Namun, pelatihan lebih lanjut dan pendampingan intensif masih diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kreativitas siswa dalam menggunakan sumber daya lingkungan sebagai alat pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini memperkenalkan ide-ide ekonomi kreatif yang sederhana dan mudah dipasarkan. Selain itu, kegiatan ini meningkatkan kesadaran siswa tentang penggunaan bahan alami dalam seni tekstil, sehingga mendukung konservasi lingkungan.

The methods used were education and socialization about cyber threats, the importance of maintaining password confidentiality, and personal data privacy. This activity involved the active participation of various levels of the Cempaka Village community. The results of this service showed a significant increase understanding of social media secutty awareness. People became more aware of the risks of crime on social media and had better knowledge of how to protect themselves.

Abstrak: Kesadaran akan keamanan media sosial sangat penting saat ini, terutama karena meningkatnya ancaman keamanan daring yang dapat memengaruhi privasi dan keamanan data pengguna. Apalagi kondisi masyarakat desa yang sangat membutuhkan pengetahuan agar lebih bijaksana dalam menggunakan media sosial. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Cempaka, Kecamatan Cempaka, Kabupaten OKU Timur, dengan tujuan meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai keamanan siber. Metode yang digunakan adalah edukasi dan sosialisasi tentang ancaman siber, pentingnya menjaga kerahasiaan kata sandi, dan privasi data pribadi. Kegiatan ini melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari berbagai lapisan masyarakat Desa Cempaka. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman masyarakat mengenai keamanan media sosial. Masyarakat menjadi lebih sadar akan risiko kejahatan di media sosial dan memiliki pengetahuan yang lebih baik tentang cara melindungi diri mereka.

The implementation method of this activity includes counseling in the form of introducing the Dalu 10 Store application to village officials and residents; and training on the use of the Dalu 10 Store application to MSME owners. The result of this activity is the application of science and technology in the form of implementing the Dalu 10 Store application which is equipped with features that are easy to use by residents new to e-commerce applications to promote their MSME products. In addition, MSME owners have also used the application to promote their processed products. The system has several users, namely buyers who play a role in viewing, ordering products, and providing assessments. Meanwhile, MSME owners can view stock and income, upload product content, and process orders.

Abstrak: PKM ini bertujuan untuk membantu mewujudkan produk UMKM warga Desa Dalu 10 B Tanjung Morawa sebagai mitra untuk dipasarkan secara online melalui platform e-commerce berbasis aplikasi yang bernama Dalu 10 Store. Beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam memasarkan produk UMKM, seperti promosi hanya menerapkan sistem offline dan online yang memanfaatkan media sosial sederhana seperti Instagram, Facebook dan WhatsApp tanpa mengetahui sistem kerjanya secara mendalam. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini diantaranya penyuluhan berupa pengenalan aplikasi Dalu 10 Store kepada perangkat desa dan warga; dan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi Dalu 10 Store kepada para pemilik UMKM. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah penerapan iptek berupa implementasi aplikasi Dalu 10 Store yang dilengkapi dengan fitur yang mudah digunakan oleh warga yang baru mengenal aplikasi e-commerce untuk mempromosikan produk UMKM nya. Selain itu, pemilik UMKM juga sudah menggunakan aplikasi tersebut untuk melakukan promosi produk olahannya. Sistem memiliki beberapa pengguna yaitu pembeli berperan untuk melihat, memesan produk serta memberikan penilaian. Sedangkan, pemilik UMKM dapat melihat stok dan pendapatan, mengunggah konten produk dan memproses pemesanan.

oblems faced include sloppy book layout, an ineffective classification system, and a lack of design initiative from library administrators. The implementation method uses a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, which involves several stages of socializing the layout design to administrators, implementing a new classification system, writing books according to classification, and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for daily, weekly and monthly activities. Familiarization provides an understanding of ergonomic design principles, while a new classification system and book fireplace make it easier to find and return books. Creating SOPs ensures consistent and efficient implementation. The results of this method show significant improvements in library management and user experience, with students finding it easier to access and borrow books and library administrators carrying out their duties in a more structured manner.

Abstrak: Optimalisasi ruang perpustakaan di OPPM Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor bertujuan untuk memperbaiki tata letak buku, sistem klasifikasi, dan inisiatif desain ruang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi peminjaman buku bagi siswa. Permasalahan yang dihadapi antara lain tata letak buku yang tidak rapi, sistem klasifikasi yang tidak efektif, dan kurangnya inisiatif desain dari pengelola perpustakaan. Metode pelaksanaannya menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang meliputi beberapa tahapan yaitu sosialisasi desain tata ruang kepada pengelola, penerapan sistem klasifikasi baru, penulisan buku sesuai klasifikasi, dan pembuatan Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) harian, mingguan dan kegiatan bulanan. Pembiasaan memberikan pemahaman tentang prinsip-prinsip desain ergonomis, sementara sistem klasifikasi baru dan perapian buku memudahkan pencarian dan pengembalian buku. Membuat SOP memastikan implementasi yang konsisten dan efisien. Hasil dari metode ini menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan dan pengalaman pengguna, siswa menjadi lebih mudah mengakses dan meminjam buku serta pengelola perpustakaan menjalankan tugasnya secara lebih terstruktur.

Therefore, this service activity aims to train Swarna Dwipa hotel staff in operating a web-based hotel room reservation application. It is one way for hotel staff to provide optimal service and assist in driving business success in the hospitality sector. Many studies show that operating hotel room reservation applications can increase customer satisfaction and efficiency in the hotel business. However, proper and systematic training is necessary to maintain competitiveness. The stages of this activity include observation, interviews, sharing knowledge, training in application use, and evaluation. The simulation results show that participants can use the reservation application in a structured and systematic manner with a significant level of user acceptance of applications.

The challenges faced include: 1) the drying method for shrimp paste is conducted by sun-drying, which means that during the rainy season, the drying process for shrimp paste takes a long time and hampers the production process; and 2) sales of processed shrimp paste products are currently limited to the local community. To address these issues related to the extended drying process and to expand marketing efforts, this PkM initiative developed a shrimp paste drying tool tailored to the needs of the PKK KB Khinasih women. Additionally, outreach activities were conducted to educate them about design and packaging strategies that could be beneficial for hosting product exhibitions. The dryer has been handed over to the PKK women for suitability testing with regard to its function, quality, and capacity. KB Khinasih has also adopted label and sticker designs for packaging processed rebon shrimp paste products.

In this dedication, we propose the use of mi-croservice architecture in e-learning platforms to optimize scalability and maintain platform viability. We design and implement a microservice-based e-learning platform consisting of independent microservices, such as user management, course management, content management, and grading systems. We implement standardized API mechanisms for interactions between these microservices. We also vertically increase CPU capacity on each microservice instance to address increased workloads. We also observed that the use of microservices architecture makes it easy to maintain, develop, and integrate new features into the platform. In this overall dedication, we show that the implementation of microservices on e-learning platforms is able to provide optimal scalability and maintain the continuity of the platform in the face of increasing user needs

Abstract: Peningkatan penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan telah mendorong perkembangan platform e-learning yang dapat memberikan pengalaman pembelajaran yang efektif dan terjangkau. Namun, skalabilitas dan kelangsungan platform e-learning sering menjadi tantangan dalam menghadapi peningkatan jumlah pengguna dan beban kerja. SMK Swasta As-Syifa Kisaran menggunakan platform E-learning berbasis monolitik yang menyebabkan semakin banyak aktivitas platform digunakan semakin berat. Beberapa tahapan dilakukan dimulai dengan identifikasi masalah, perencanaan dan desain program, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan analisis, serta penyusunan dan publikasi laporan. Arsitektur monolitik sebelumnya yang diterapkan perlu diperbaharui dengan arsitektur microservice bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan skalabilitas dan menjaga kelangsungan platform E-Learning. Permasalahan pada penggunaan traffic yang tinggi dan berfokus pada satu server semakin lama semakin membebani server. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut maka layanan dipecah menjadi beberapa layanan webservice menggunakan arsitektur microservice yang terdiri dari layanan-microservice independen, seperti manajemen pengguna, kursus, konten, dan sistem penilaian. Peningkatan kapasitas CPU secara vertikal diperlukan sehingga microservice dapat mengatasi peningkatan beban kerja server. Hasil implementasi microservice yang diterapkan pada platform e-learning SMK As-Syifa mampu memberikan skalabilitas yang optimal untuk kelangsungan platform dalam menghadapi peningkatan kebutuhan pengguna

Di akhir kegiatan ini, diharapkan seluruh siswa yang mengikuti pelatihan dapat membuat weblog dengan mengisi konten internet yang sehat menjadi lebih baik sehingga akan meningkatkan kemampuan publikasi dan informasi kepada pengguna internet sebagai bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat.
