to analyze how Islamic law and positive law interact in regulating marriage and to what extent their convergence occurs in the practice of religious courts and within the Muslim community in Indonesia. The research employs a normative approach by analyzing sources of Islamic law, statutory regulations, and religious court rulings related to marriage. The findings indicate that although Indonesia’s marriage law is based on Sharia principles, several adjustments have been made to align with positive law to ensure justice and protection for all parties, particularly in aspects such as marriage registration, minimum marriage age, and women's rights. The convergence between Islamic law and positive law reflects efforts to harmonize religious values with national legal interests. However, challenges remain in its implementation, particularly concerning child marriage, polygamy, and divorce, which often spark debates in society. Therefore, further studies are needed to evaluate the effectiveness of Indonesia’s marriage regulations and how Islamic law can continue to adapt within the framework of a modern legal state.

In analysis, Superman is proved to practice overconfidence in underestimating other people, being superior to others, and being arrogant all the time. In conclusion, it is clear that Superman’s God Complex is in matter of overconfidence, especially in his superior behavior towards other people.

Through a methodological approach combining descriptive analysis, literature studies, and field research involving 100 English major students, this research investigates various aspects of relative pronoun usage, including grammatical functions, contexts of use, common error patterns, and effective learning strategies. Research findings reveal that 75% of learner difficulties are related to misunderstandings in distinguishing between the use of who and whom, as well as confusion in the placement of that and which. Further analysis shows a significant correlation between mastery of relative pronouns and academic writing ability. This research also identifies and proposes a series of innovative learning strategies, including contextual approaches and corpus-based learning, which have proven effective in improving the understanding and use of relative pronouns. These findings provide substantial contributions to the development of English language learning materials and offer practical implications for teachers in designing more effective teaching strategies for the topic of relative pronouns.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa aspek pada Shopee Pay Later yang berpotensi tidak sesuai dengan prinsip syariah, terutama terkait dengan adanya unsur riba dalam bentuk bunga cicilan. Selain itu, ditemukan pula potensi gharar karena kurangnya transparansi informasi mengenai biaya tambahan. Namun, layanan ini memiliki sisi positif dalam mempermudah akses pembiayaan bagi masyarakat, yang dapat menciptakan maslahah jika dikelola sesuai prinsip syariah.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa Shopee Pay Later belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan modifikasi pada mekanisme operasionalnya, seperti penghapusan bunga dan penerapan skema pembiayaan berbasis akad syariah, agar dapat memenuhi standar keuangan Islam dan memberikan manfaat yang lebih luas kepada masyarakat.

A qualitative research method employing in-depth interviews was used to explore students' and teachers' perceptions regarding these issues.
The findings reveal that many students feel insecure and embarrassed when using English, mainly due to their different accents and negative perceptions of their surroundings. However, teacher support and an inclusive classroom atmosphere can alleviate these barriers and enhance students' motivation to learn English. These findings underscore the importance of teaching approaches that accommodate student diversity and build their confidence in using a foreign language.

Dinding geser berfungsi meningkatkan kekakuan dan menerima gaya geser akibat gempa, struktur dinding geser biasanya dipasang pada bagian terluar bangunan atau di sekitar area tangga atau lift. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau pengaruh variasi penempatan dinding geser terhadap respons seismik bangunan berdasarkan SNI 1726:2019. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis dinamis respon spektrum dengan membandingkan tiga layout dinding geser. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa semua variasi tata letak dinding geser memenuhi syarat periode struktur rencana, prinsip dual sistem, dan simpangan bangunan. Namun, hanya layout 1 yang tidak memenuhi syarat bentuk dan jumlah ragam karena didominasi rotasi pada mode pertama. Tata letak dinding geser dengan layout 2 dan 3 menunjukkan performa yang lebih baik dalam memenuhi syarat kegempaan dengan nilai periode getar tidak melebihi periode izin (1,260 detik), bentuk ragam didominasi translasi pada mode pertama dan kedua, prinsip dual sistem tercapai karena rangka menerima >25% gaya gempa rencana, serta nilai simpangan tidak melebihi nilai simpangan izin (Δmax = 61.54mm).
