Abstract:The increasing complexity and dynamics of the business environment at local, regional, and global levels have driven PT PLN (Persero)’s Internal Audit Unit (SPI) to adopt a Purpose-Driven Internal Audit approach, positioning…
ioning the audit function as a strategic partner for long-term organizational success. However, the Internal Stakeholder Satisfaction Index for assurance services in the Construction, Generation, and New Renewable Energy Audit Division (AKP) fell short of its targets in 2023 and 2024. This study aims to analyze the impact of audit service quality—comprising tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy—on auditee satisfaction. Using a quantitative approach with PLS-SEM and Importance–Performance Map Analysis (IPMA), data were collected from AKP Division auditees in 2024. The results show that all dimensions of audit service quality positively and significantly influence satisfaction, with responsiveness and empathy being the most dominant factors. The findings offer practical insights for SPI PLN in prioritizing service improvements based on user perceptions and provide theoretical support for the SERVQUAL model as a key psychological mechanism in fostering satisfaction within trust-based professional services

Abstract:This research is designed to examine how students use both denotative and connotative meanings in their everyday utterances within the campus environment. In daily communication, students do not rely solely on literal meanings;…
anings; instead, their language often conveys implied messages shaped by context, cultural background, and patterns of social interaction. To explore this phenomenon, the study applies a qualitative descriptive approach, focusing on naturally occurring conversations among students in various campus settings. Data were collected through careful observation and documentation of students’ spoken interactions, allowing for an in-depth understanding of how meaning is constructed in real-life situations. The results indicate that students actively employ both denotative and connotative meanings in their speech. However, connotative meanings appear more dominant, particularly in informal contexts such as casual conversations with peers. This tendency highlights the role of language as a flexible and dynamic tool for expression. Furthermore, the frequent use of connotative language demonstrates students’ creativity in conveying ideas, emotions, and attitudes. It also reflects how language functions as a marker of social identity, helping students build relationships and express group belonging within the academic community.

The results of the study in measuring validity where the outer loading results of all indicators were > 0.7, this indicates that all indicators of variables X and Y can represent the latern variable (construct). Likewise, reliability where CA, RO, CR, > 0.7 and AVE > 0.5, shows that all indicators are reliable, so this result can be continued with hypothesis testing which shows that there is a relationship between Christian Religious Education and the Formation of Student Spirituality with T. statistic > T. table, namely 2.109 > 1.96 and p. value 0.035 > 0.05. The conclusion of this study shows that there is a relationship between Christian Religious Education and the Formation of Student Spirituality. (X) with Spiritual Formation (Y) but not significant.
Abstract:Implementation of Internet of Things (IoT) technology and microcontrollers as an automatic temperature control system on tools for proofing bread dough at the Oei Oei Pizza and Patisserie Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise…
ise (MSMEs). The primary issue faced by partners was temperature instability during the dough fermentation process, leading to inconsistent product quality. The implementation method included problem identification, tool design and construction, implementation at partner locations, and mentoring and evaluation. The results of the activity showed that the tool can help IoT-based systems maintain stable fermentation temperatures, improve dough quality consistency, and increase production efficiency. This initiative also has a positive impact on increasing partners' capacity to utilize appropriate technology.
Abstract:This study discusses the design and construction of a corn sheller with a capacity of 80 kg/hour using an internal combustion engine . A corn sheller is a machine that functions to shell corn to separate the corn kernels…
from the corn cobs. In Indonesia, corn is available in abundance in rural areas, especially during the harvest season. In the production process, generally, during the shelling process, many farmers still use the shelling method by hand or using simple tools, which takes quite a long time. The reason people still use the shelling method by hand or using tools is because the price of the machine is too expensive and they are not even aware of the existence of a corn shelling machine. This corn shelling machine with a 5.5 HP internal combustion engine is a tool designed to speed up and simplify the corn shelling process efficiently and produce a fairly large production capacity of 80 kg / hour. To extend the service life of this corn shelling machine, maintenance and cleanliness should be carried out so that the machine can operate optimally without problems. Safety also needs to be considered to avoid unexpected work accidents.

Abstract:Humans as social beings have 3 (three) basic needs which are often also called primary needs, namely clothing, food and shelter. The efforts made by the government cannot be separated from the state's goal of creating livable…
vable homes for its people as mandated by the 1945 Constitution, especially Article 28 H paragraph (1) which states that everyone has the right to live in physical and spiritual prosperity. The implementation of the Self-Help Housing Stimulus Assistance Program (BSPS) has not been optimal due to the lack of socialization, which has an impact on the lack of understanding of procedures/requirements, both administrative and technical. The driving factors in the implementation of the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (BSPS) consist of Strengths ( There is a legal umbrella for BSPS , Availability of funds from the APBN , Establishment of Central-Regional Coordination and Opportunities (The existence of a Technical Team from the Ministry, Availability of Companion Personnel, Companion Funds for field operations). Meanwhile, the Inhibiting Factors are the Existence of Weaknesses (Limited Socialization of the BSPS Program; Distribution of materials and materials, Minimal knowledge of recipients regarding accountability) and Threats or Obstacles (High rainfall during construction, Changes in policies regarding BSPS, Continuity of the BSPS program). The implementation of the Self-Help Housing Stimulus Assistance Program (BSPS) in the future will be carried out with an Aggressive Strategy , namely the Strategy of Using STRENGTHS by taking advantage of OPPORTUNITIES. Using Strengths, namely: There is a legal umbrella for BSPS , Availability of funds from the APBN , Establishment of Central-Regional Coordination by Utilizing Opportunities, namely: The existence of a Technical Team from the Ministry, Availability of Companion Personnel. Field operational Companion Funds. The government needs to improve public awareness of the Self-Help Housing Stimulus Assistance (BSPS) program to make it easier for potential recipients to understand. Likewise, local community conditions need to be adjusted to the technical requirements so that prospective BSPS recipients who do not yet have land titles in accordance with applicable regulations can simply obtain a Certificate of Land Title. The government can then facilitate the acquisition of land titles in accordance with statutory provisions.
