Evaluation is a necessity for companies to move forward and develop in facing business competition. One method of evaluating that can be used objectively is extracting information through a stored database. This study intends to analyze the factors that affect profit outcomes based on profit-based data. The data will be analyzed using method Bayes. Through this method will get a pattern that affects profits. However, it is not easy to analyze data with this method because of the large amount of data that will cost a lot of time and time. So to simplify the analysis, researchers use tools in analyzing the data the results of the benefits of rapidminer software. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, rapidminer software can help and make it easier to produce probabilities to be predicted. The results of this study are from the set test conducted, the prediction of profit results can be ascertained to be achieved and the possibility of certainty is reached 0.59% and the possibility of not reaching 0.41%.

Abstrak: Penerapan teknologi informasi saat ini berkembang begitu pesat. Salah satunya penerapan teknologi yang dapat diterapkan didunia industri yaitu untuk evaluasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Evaluasi merupakan suatu keharusan bagi perusahaan untuk terus maju dan berkembang menghadapi persaingan usaha. Salah satu cara mengevaluasi yang dapat dugunakan secara objektif yaitu penggalian informasi melalui database yang tersimpan.Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisa faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil keuntungan berdasarkan data hasil keuntungan. Data tersebut akan dianalisis menggunakan metodeneive bayes. Melalui metode ini akan mendapatkan pola yang mempengaruhi keuntungan.Namun tidaklah mudah dalam menganalisis data dengan metode ini dikarenanakan banyaknya data yang akan menghabiskan biaya dan waktu yang cukup lama. Maka untuk mempermudah analisis tersebut, peneliti menggunakan alat bantu dalam menganalisis data hasil keuntungan yaitusoftware rapidminer.Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan, software rapidminer dapat membantu dan mempermudah menghasilkan probabilitas untuk dijadikan prediksi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dari uji set yang dilakukan, prediksi hasil keuntungan dapat dipastikan tercapai dan kemungkinan kepastian tercapai 0,59% serta kemungkinan tidak tercapai 0,41%.

Abstrak: Perpustakaan merupakan salah satu sarana yang sangat penting untuk menambah wawasan dan keilmuan setiap orang. Pada umumnya data transaksi peminjaman buku yang ada pada sebuah perpustakaan hanya dibiarkan saja menumpuk oleh pihak perpustakaan di dalam database tanpa ada pemanfaatan atau pengolahan lebih lanjut dari data-data yang telah lama tersimpan tersebut. Dengan melakukan pemanfaatan menggunakan Teknik Data Mining metode association rules dengan FP-Growth, data-data tersebut akan jadi sangat bermanfaat. ceptual findings published between 2017 and 2026 concerning the determinants, measurement, and consequences of regional financial independence, particularly the role of local own-source revenue (PAD), intergovernmental transfers, and capital expenditure. Using a systematic search of Scopus, Google Scholar, and Garuda databases, 30 relevant articles were screened, selected, and analyzed following defined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The review finds that fiscal decentralization consistently strengthens local revenue mobilization and administrative accountability when accompanied by adequate institutional capacity, transparent governance, and effective management of natural and economic resources. However, the effectiveness of decentralization varies considerably across regions due to disparities in economic potential, human resources, and political commitment. The synthesis further shows that financial independence positively affects the quality of public services and regional economic growth, although the relationship is moderated by expenditure efficiency and governance quality. The novelty of this review lies in its integrative framework linking revenue-side determinants, expenditure behavior, and governance mechanisms within a single analytical narrative, an integration rarely addressed jointly in prior single-country studies. The findings offer practical implications for policymakers designing fiscal transfer formulas and for future researchers seeking to test moderating variables such as digitalization and institutional quality in the fiscal decentralization–financial independence nexus.

In response to these challenges, neuroscience provides a theoretical and empirical foundation for designing learning media that align with how the brain processes, stores, and retrieves information. This study aims to systematically examine the integration of neuroscience principles into science learning media and their effects on elementary students' scientific literacy. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted using the PICO framework (Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome). Relevant peer-reviewed studies published between 2019 and 2024 were retrieved from Scopus, Google Scholar, ERIC, and DOAJ databases. The review followed four stages: identification, selection, quality appraisal, and thematic synthesis. The results indicate that neuroscience-based interventions—such as Augmented Reality (AR), Brain-Based Learning (BBL), interactive multimedia, and multisensory instructional strategies—consistently improve students' motivation, attention, conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and scientific literacy compared to conventional instructional approaches. The novelty of this study lies in its systematic synthesis of neuroscience-based science learning media through a PICO-oriented framework, highlighting the interaction between cognitive, affective, and technological dimensions of learning. The findings provide important implications for science education, particularly in guiding the development of neuroscience-informed learning media and instructional designs to enhance scientific literacy in elementary schools.

Findings- This study found many articles on Islamic entrepreneurship, Islamic finance and the SDGs. According to this study, Malaysia is the country that publishes the most publications of this research compared to other countries. Then the University of Brunei Darussalam was the most prolific affiliate to publish articles on this. The history of article production growth that started from 2010-2024, continues to increase and peaks in 2024, with 55 documents and the lowest number of documents in 2010 with 10 published documents. This is increasing because there may be a need for sharia synergy to increase Islamic entrepreneurship in Islamic finance and sustainable development (SDGs). Illness (IMCI) by WHO and UNICEF is a strategy that combines prevention, treatment and health promotion, including impact counseling to provide education to parents about the importance of disease management and access to health facilities. This research uses a systematic literature review to assess the influence of impact counseling in IMCI on parents' attitudes in bringing children to health facilities. Data was collected from databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar using relevant keywords. Articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively to measure the effect of counseling on parental attitudes and behavior. The results of the analysis show that impact counseling significantly increases parents' understanding and involvement in children's health care. Counseling reduces anxiety and increases parents' confidence in caring for their child. The use of information technology in counseling makes it easier to access information and support. Counseling also improves access and utilization of health facilities by providing important information about available services. In conclusion, counseling in IMCI has a significant influence on parents' attitudes and behavior in bringing children to health facilities. Counseling helps increase understanding of a child's health, reduces anxiety, and promotes better health practices at home. Ongoing counseling programs are expected to improve child health outcomes and support the overall well-being of the family.

Inclusion criteria included studies that addressed the impact of teenage pregnancy on maternal mental health, with analysis of factors influencing this relationship as well as variations in findings based on geographic and cultural context. This SLR analysis identified that teenage pregnancy consistently has a negative impact on maternal mental health, including increasing the risk of stress, anxiety and depression. Factors such as social support, social stigma, and economic conditions play an important role in influencing the mental health of teenage mothers. The variety of findings suggests that cultural norms, family structure, and global crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic may significantly influence the experience and impact of teen pregnancy. These findings highlight the need for a holistic approach in supporting the mental health of teenage mothers, including increasing access to affordable mental health services, strong social supports, and educational programs that strengthen community awareness. Evidence-based policy implications can help reduce the negative impact of teenage pregnancy on maternal mental health, by integrating cultural and contextual perspectives in interventions aimed at improving the well-being of teenage mothers worldwide.
