hybrid systems that combine manual and digital record-keeping without proper integration, resulting in inefficient patient data management. This study aims to develop an integrated hybrid Electronic Medical Record system at Damai Clinic to improve healthcare services and patient data management. A descriptive research method with a system development approach was employed through system analysis, problem identification, and system design. The results indicate that the proposed system successfully integrates patient registration, medical examination, pharmacy services, payment, and reporting into a single system. The hybrid implementation allows paper-based records to remain as supporting archives while electronic records become the primary source of patient information. The developed system is expected to improve service efficiency, reduce documentation errors, enhance data security, and support digital transformation in healthcare facilities.

Through a historical approach and analysis of manuscripts, colonial archives, and customary manuscripts, this research explains that the Sultanate of Jambi developed as a Malay-Muslim kingdom that made the principle of Adat Bersendi Syarak, Syarak Bersendi Kitabullah (ABS-SBK) as the basis of political and social legitimacy. The results of the research show that the relationship between customs and Islam in the Sultanate of Jambi is integrative and dynamic, especially in the field of siyasah and jinayat. Islam not only functioned as a religious identity, but also as a source of legitimacy for power and a socio-political instrument in the face of Dutch colonialism. The Sultanate of Jambi also played an important role in defending the Malay-Islamic identity and forming a customary government system that influenced the development of the Jambi society until the contemporary period.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of quality-based democratic leadership by Public Junior High School principals in Merauke Regency and identify supporting and inhibiting factors. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with primary data sources in the form of in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation in five Public Junior High Schools in Merauke, as well as secondary data in the form of archives and educational regulations. The results show that a quality-based democratic leadership style can create a collaborative work climate that improves teacher performance and the quality of educational services, if balanced with effective coordination, continuous motivation, and transparency in decision-making. However, obstacles were also found in the form of a lack of firmness of leaders in enforcing discipline, weak consistency in providing examples, and the influence of local culture that gives rise to personal sentiments. Supporting factors include active teacher involvement in school program planning, support from local government policies, and school accreditation that encourages quality improvement. The conclusion of this study is that democratic leadership of quality-oriented school principals is effectively implemented if accompanied by increased managerial competence, strengthening the role of the school principal as a motivator, and a commitment to transparency and professionalism.

In this research, the simple and effective Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method was used. This method will produce a SPK that explains the decision-making process graphically and considers various assessment criteria. By using the developed SPK, it is hoped that companies can increase efficiency in assessing credit worthiness, speed up data processing, and simplify information searches. An important implication of this research is the increased effectiveness and accuracy of credit worthiness assessments as well as the ease of decision making for PT. Interyasa Mitra Mandiri Kisaran Branch. With an integrated SPK, companies can optimize their processes and obtain relevant and timely information to support credit-related decisions. Abstrak : Saat ini, perusahaan menghadapi masalah dalam metode penilaian kredit yang masih manual dan memakan waktu lama dalam pengolahan data. Penyimpanan dan pencarian arsip juga menjadi tantangan, terutama dalam mencocokkan dengan informasi terbaru. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) untuk membantu PT. Interyasa Mitra Mandiri Cabang Kisaran dalam menilai kelayakan kredit dengan lebih efisien. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang sederhana dan efektif. Metode ini akan menghasilkan SPK yang menjelaskan proses pengambilan keputusan secara grafis dan mempertimbangkan berbagai kriteria penilaian. Dengan menggunakan SPK yang dikembangkan, diharapkan perusahaan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam penilaian kelayakan kredit, mempercepat pengolahan data, dan menyederhanakan pencarian informasi. Implikasi penting dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatnya efektivitas dan akurasi penilaian kelayakan kredit serta kemudahan dalam pengambilan keputusan bagi PT. Interyasa Mitra Mandiri Cabang Kisaran. Dengan adanya SPK yang terintegrasi, perusahaan dapat mengoptimalkan prosesnya dan mendapatkan informasi relevan dan tepat waktu untuk mendukung keputusan terkait kredit. Abstrak: Sistem informasi akademik pada SMP Santa Veronika masih dilakukan secara manual. Dalam pengolahan data akademik masih secara konvensional dengan sistem pendataan yang sekarang dirasakan masih banyak kekurangan yang terjadi dikarenakan sistem yang ada masih menggunakan lembaran kertas dan arsip sehingga dapat menyebabkan data-data yang ada mudah hilang ataupun rusak. Pengembangan sistem berupa pembuatan sistem informasi akademik berbasis web pada SMP Santa Veronika merupakan sistem yang memberikan informasi laporan siswa secara online yang berupa laporan nilai siswa yang bersangkutan dengan berbasis web, sehingga membantu kecepatan dan kualitas dalam penyampaian informasi. Selain itu dengan berbasis web maka informasi data dapat diakses dengan waktu dan tempat yang tidak ditentukan. Pada sistem ini, menu hanya dapat diakses oleh user tertentu yaitu admin, guru, walikelas, siswa, kepala sekolah. Dalam penelitian ini selain memaparkan kajian teori yang digunakan sebagai dasar penyusunan, juga akan dibahas mengenai perancangan sistem dan pembuatan sistem informasi. Hasil dari yang dibuat dapat membantu akademik dalam pendataan laporan dan memperbaiki segala kekurangan yang ada pada sistem yang lama.

The implementation method of this community service consisted of training activities using approaches such as socialization, technical training, and direct field assistance. Silau Bonto Village, located in Asahan Regency, has a significant number of MSME practitioners, many of whom have never used digital data archiving systems. To address this issue, an archive management application that utilizes a database system was introduced, specifically using a Macro VBA-based application aimed at helping MSMEs manage their archives more quickly and neatly.

Abstrak: Di Desa Silo Bonto, UMKM yang paling terdampak adalah sektor kuliner dan kerajinan tangan, yang memiliki intensitas transaksi harian cukup tinggi namun masih dilakukan tanpa sistem digital yang memadai. Melalui kegiatan ini, tim pengabdian memperkenalkan dan melatih pelaku UMKM menggunakan aplikasi manajemen arsip berbasis digital yang mudah dioperasikan. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan pelaku UMKM untuk meyimpan, dan mengelola arsip secara sistematis, aman, dan efisien. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendekatan yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, dan pendampingan langsung di lapangan. Desa Silau Bonto adalah desa yang ada di Kabupaten Asahan yang saat ini masyarakatnya sudah banyak sebagai pelaku UMKM, namun tidak sedikit masyarakat pelaku UMKM yang sama sekali belum menggunakan arsip data secara digital. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diperlukan aplikasi manajemen arsip data yang proses penyimpanannya menggunakan database yaitu dengan menggunakan aplikasi macro VBA dengan tujuan dapat membantu para pelaku UMKM dalam pengelolaan arsip menjadi lebih cepat dan rapi.

This community service initiative aims to enhance the technological skills of human resources at PPK-PPTJT Jambi-Betung II, particularly in electronic archive management. The methods employed involve socialization and technical training on using e-archive applications for four PPK-PPTJT employees. Evaluation was conducted through questionnaires and interviews to assess the participants' improvement in understanding and skills. The results demonstrated a significant increase in participants' capabilities: 25% reported a better understanding of the benefits of e-archives, 75% enhanced their operational application skills, and 25% felt more confident in managing electronic archives. The implementation of e-archives has successfully reduced reliance on physical documents and expedited the toll road land procurement administration process, ultimately increasing the operational efficiency of PPK-PPTJT Jambi-Betung II.

Abstrak: Pengelolaan arsip secara konvensional dengan menggunakan berkas fisik di instansi Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen Pelaksana Pengadaan Tanah Jalan Tol (PPK-PPTJT) Jambi-Betung II menyebabkan lambatnya pencarian dokumen, rentan kehilangan data, dan terbatasnya aksesibilitas terhadap informasi penting. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas sumber daya manusia di PPK-PPTJT Jambi-Betung II dalam hal digitalisasi dan pengelolaan arsip elektronik. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis penggunaan aplikasi e-arsip bagi empat pegawai PPK-PPTJT. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan angket dan wawancara untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan empat peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: 19% peserta lebih memahami manfaat e-arsip, 31% peningkatan kemampuan operasional aplikasi, dan 25% peningkatan kepercayaan diri dalam pengelolaan arsip elektronik. Penerapan e-arsip berhasil mengurangi ketergantungan pada arsip fisik, mempercepat proses administrasi pengadaan tanah jalan tol, efisiensi ruang penyimpan, dan kemudahan monitoring dan evaluasi proses operasional PPK-PPTJT Jambi-Betung II.

The stages/methods of carrying out activities include starting with pre-assignment, assignment to post-assignment. Based on the results of the implementation of activities aimed at increasing students' literacy and numeracy that have been carried out for approximately 5 months, this third campus teaching program received a positive response from the principal, school committee, teacher council, students and guardians of SD Negeri 016406 Gonting Malaha. This is evidenced from the initial acceptance of the campus teaching team which was greeted with pleasure by school stakeholders and the enthusiasm of students in participating in each lesson. Class teachers are also greatly helped by having campus students teach in managing classes and assisting in the use of learning technology. Not only in the learning sector, schools are also greatly helped by the existence of campus students teaching in organizing and managing school administration in the form of reactivating previously abandoned school libraries, compiling correspondence archives and implementing routine gymnastics programs every morning which has not been done before. The results obtained in the technology adaptation of the students also introduced teachers and students directly to the use of information technology and learning resources that are useful in the development and improvement of student literacy and numeracy, for example the use of YouTube and other learning resources.

Abstrak: Kegiatan kampus mengajar salah satunya adalah untuk menyiapkan kompetensi mahasiswa indonesia menghadapi perubahan sosial, budaya, dunia kerja dan kemajuan teknologi / zaman yang pesat, serta guna untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan menjadi lebih baik (Khotimah et al., 2021). Permasalahan yang ditemukan pada mitra dititikberatkan pada kurangnya adaptasi teknologi dalam manajemen maupun proses pembelajaran di kelas. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi dan numerasi siswa yang telah dilakukan selama kurang lebih 5 bulan, program kampus mengajar angkatan 3 ini mendapatkan respon positif baik dari kepala sekolah, komite sekolah, dewan guru, siswa serta wali murid SD Negeri 016406 Gonting Malaha. Hal ini dibuktikan dari awal penerimaan tim kampus mengajar yang disambut dengan rasa senang oleh stakeholder sekolah dan antusiasme siswa dalam mengikuti setiap pembelajaran. Tahapan/metode pelaksanaan kegiatan diantaranya diawali dengan pra-penugasan, penugasan sampai dengan pasca penugasan. Guru kelas juga sangat terbantu dengan adanya mahasiswa kampus mengajar dalam mengelola kelas dan membantu pendampingan dalam penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran. Tidak hanya pada sektor pembelajaran, sekolah juga sangat terbantu dengan adanya mahasiswa kampus mengajar dalam menata dan mengelola administrasi sekolah berupa pengaktifan kembali perpustakaan sekolah yang terbengkalai sebelumnya, penyusunan arsip surat menyurat dan program pelaksanaan senam rutin setiap pagi yang belum ada dilakukan sebelumnya. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam adaptasi teknologi para mahasiswa juga memperkenalkan kepada guru maupun siswa secara langsung mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi informasi maupun sumber-sumber pembelajaran yang berguna dalam pengembangan dan peningkatan literasi serta numerasi siswa misalnya penggunaan youtube maupun sumber belajar lainnya.

This study aims to optimize the digitalization of faculty performance documents based on cloud computing using the Agile Unified Process (AUP) approach, which is implemented in the development of a cloud-based system by utilizing Google Drive as the storage medium for digital faculty performance documents. The AUP methodology was chosen for its ability to combine flexible iterative and incremental principles, allowing the system to adapt quickly and continuously to user needs. Testing using Equivalence Partitioning, based on the functional and non-functional requirements of the system, has shown results in accordance with expectations.
