The data collection technique uses a performance test in writing a book review. Based on the research results, at the pretest the average score obtained was 66.1 and at the posttest 90.31. The significant value obtained is greater than ttable, namely tcount > ttable, namely 80.7>1.68 and 80.7>2.41. This proves that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, namely that there is a significant influence from the use of the Group Investigation model on the ability to write book reviews in class.

Serbangan. This research is an experimental study using a posttest-only design. The population consists of three 10th-grade classes, with two classes selected as samples: X IPA 1 and X Agama, chosen randomly using simple random sampling. The X Agama class was taught using the three-step interview method, while the X IPA 1 class served as the control group with conventional teaching methods. After the completion of the instruction, the post-test results showed an average score of 87.5 for the experimental class and 61.29 for the control class. The t-test results revealed a Thitung value of 79.15, exceeding the Ttabel value of 2.00, which means the null hypothesis (H0) can be rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) accepted. This indicates that the three-step interview method has a significant effect on the ability to write observation report texts among 10th-grade students at Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Al-Washliyah Binjai Serbangan.

This research employs a true experimental design with a posttest-only control group design, involving 124 students randomly selected to be placed in two classes: the control class and the experimental class. The results indicate that the experimental class, which implemented the mind mapping method with Canva media, had an average score of 81.84, higher than the control class, which only used Canva media without the mind mapping method, with an average score of 74.39. Statistical tests revealed that the mind mapping method had a significant impact on improving procedural text writing skills, with a to value of 106.42, far exceeding the critical t-value at the 5% significance level (2.01) and the 1% significance level (2.68). Therefore, the alternative hypothesis is accepted, demonstrating that the use of the mind mapping method along with Canva media is proven to be effective in enhancing students' ability to write procedural texts.

The population of this research is first semester Civil Engineering students T.A. 2021/2022 totaling 30 people. The methods used to understand the impact of online learning on the interests and learning outcomes of Basic Mathematics for Civil Engineering students are qualitative and quantitative methods. The r test results show that rcount > rtable or 0.9998 > 0.306. This means that online learning influences students' interest in learning Basic Mathematics in the Civil Engineering Study Program. The results of the t test show that tcount ≥ ttable is 4.01 ≥ 2.045 so that online learning also influences the Basic Mathematics learning outcomes of Civil Engineering Study Program students. Students' ability to answer test questions during online learning was 76.67%.
