The obstacles that exist at the time of learning are many such as, the lack of learning hours for Islamic religious education in schools, the lack of discipline from students, environmental factors that cause them to be lazy to learn to read the Qur'an at an early age, and family factors that do not encourage their children to learn to read and write the Qur'an. The efforts of teachers are expected to be able to help overcome the problem of difficulty reading the Qur'an and make it their special purpose to overcome the difficulty of reading the Qur'an in MTs Manbatul Fikri Cururugrendeng. The teacher is an educator after the parents so the teacher has an important role in shaping the character. To find out the efforts of teachers to teach qur'an literacy, difficulty learning to read and write the qur'an, factors of difficulty reading and writing the qur'an, obstacles to the difficulty of reading and writing the Qur'an and the efforts of teachers in overcoming the difficulties of learning to read and write the Qur'an in MTs Manbatul Fikri Cururugrendeng, to find out the problems that exist in MTs Manbatul Fikri Cururugrendeng researchers use descriptive qualitative research methods by making observations, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research, the teacher's efforts in terms of educating and teaching about the literacy of the Qur'an to students when teaching are: The teacher conveys almost the same group of letters as Ta with Tsa, Sin with Syin, Dzal with Za. Then next is the grouping of children who have not been biased to read with those who are already fluent with the aim that those who are already fluent can guide those who are not yet fluent.

A shared vision clearly articulated by the transformational leader provides strong direction for team members, creates meaning in every action, and increases employee engagement. The importance of applying transformational leadership in the context of educational organizations is also recognized in the implications of this research. This study aims to compare two Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) methods, namely Local Interpretable Model-Agnostic Explanations (LIME) and SHapley Additive Explanations (SHAP), in interpreting the prediction results of an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model using the Diabetes Health Indicator dataset. Prior to modeling, the data were preprocessed through cleaning and normalization to ensure quality and consistency. The trained ANN model was then analyzed using LIME and SHAP to evaluate the contribution of each feature to the prediction outcomes. The results show that both methods are capable of providing meaningful and interpretable explanations, although SHAP demonstrates more consistent and stable interpretations across the dataset. These findings highlight the importance of integrating XAI techniques to enhance model transparency, thereby increasing trust and supporting more reliable decision-making in clinical settings, particularly for diabetes diagnosis.

The target of this activity was the staff of the Pharmacy Installation at RSUD Latemmamala, who experienced a decline in overall trust due to leadership perceived as lacking firmness in directing the team. The methods employed included direct observation through workplace interactions, interviews with the head and staff of the Pharmacy Installation, and direct observation of real working conditions within the hospital environment. The proposed activities consisted of obtaining permission to conduct the program, organizing workshops or socialization sessions on the application of visionary leadership to support improvements in pharmaceutical service quality, documenting all stages of the activity, and preparing a comprehensive report containing observations, analysis, constraints, and recommendations for future activities. Overall, the results indicate that visionary leadership is highly effective in a dynamic work environment such as the Pharmacy Installation of RSUD Soppeng. The findings reveal a strong relationship between the implementation of visionary leadership and improvements in staff discipline, responsibility, and professionalism. Thus, the leader’s ability to clearly communicate a shared vision and inspire subordinates is a key factor in building a solid pharmacy team that is adaptive to change and oriented toward improving the quality of patient services at RSUD Soppeng.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui tingkat Beban Kerja Perawat dengan Kepatuhan Pengisian Early Warning System (EWS) di RSUP Surakarta, (2) mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan pengisian Early Warning System (EWS) di RSUP Surakarta dan (3) menganalisis hubungan tingkat Beban Kerja Perawat dengan Kepatuhan Pengisian Early Warning System (EWS) di RSUP Surakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross-sectional.penelitian dilakukan di RSUP Surakarta dengan subjek penelitian adalah perawat pelaksana. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 36 perawat. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari kuesioner untuk mengukur tingkat beban kerja perawat dan lembar observasi untuk menilai kepatuhan pengisian Early Warning System (EWS). Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat, dengan uji statistik korelasi Kendall Tau untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat beban kerja perawat dan kepatuhan pengisian EWS. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara beban kerja dengan kepatuhan pengisian early warning system dimana nilai p-value adalah 0.035 < 0.05 dan nilai r sebesar 0.277. Maka, disimpulkan bahwa hubungan yang terbentuk antara beban kerja dengan kepatuhan pengisian early warning system memiliki kategori yang rendah.
