Tinjauan Narsistik Subklinis dalam Psiko-Spiritual: Antara Validasi dan Kerinduan akan Kasih Ilahi

Erlyna, Juliana Hindrajat
Abstract: This study originates from the increasing prevalence of subclinical narcissistic traits among church congregants, manifested in religious practices that appear devout yet are latently oriented toward external validation… rather than an intimate relationship with God. This phenomenon generates a distortion of spirituality, as religious identity is constructed upon social recognition, thereby hindering spiritual-psychological well-being and displacing the longing for divine love. The research problem focuses on how subclinical narcissism operates as a psycho-spiritual disorder within the context of worship and how faith community engagement moderates this dynamic. Employing an integrative conceptual analysis and critical engagement with the psychology of religion literature, including the typology of grandiose and vulnerable narcissism, this study finds that performance-based community cultures intensify narcissistic tendencies through symbolic competition and religious self-imaging, whereas inclusive and transformational communities function as corrective spaces that reorient the existential framework of congregants. The study concludes that restoration cannot be achieved merely through behavioral modification or the intensification of religious activities, but through a reorientation of worship that restores the True Self in relationship with Christ as the authentic source of self-worth. The novelty of this research lies in its conceptualization of subclinical narcissism as a form of worship disorder and in its emphasis on the role of faith community as a moderating variable within holistic spiritual therapy, thereby offering both theoretical and pastoral contributions to contemporary churches facing the challenges of performative spirituality.

Etika Terang dalam Matius 5:16; antara Kesaksian Iman dan Bahaya Pencitraan Diri

Abstract: The growing dominance of self-image construction in modern religious practice has diminished the authenticity of faith and shifted moral orientation from God toward public approval, indicating the need for an ethical framework… mework capable of realigning the direction of Christian witness. This study employs Matthew 5:16 as the basis for reinterpreting the ethics of light as a corrective to performance-oriented religiosity and for formulating principles of sincere, theocentric, and contextually relevant faith testimony. The research utilizes literature review and historical-grammatical exegesis of the key Greek terms φῶς (phōs), καλὰ ἔργα (kalā erga), and δοξάσωσιν (doxasōsin), drawing on academic commentaries and recent scholarly findings. The analysis demonstrates that the ethics of light is not merely a moral exhortation but a participatory ethic that positions human beings as reflectors of God’s love rather than autonomous producers of moral virtue. Authentic good works direct glory to the Father, eliminating the pursuit of social recognition and rejecting religious self-presentation. The concept of hidden righteousness emerges as a theological critique of visual culture that prioritizes visible spiritual performance, affirming instead that genuine piety grows through inner integrity and spiritual perseverance. Its relevance to the digital age is expressed through a form of faith witness that promotes justice, solidarity, and consistent spiritual character within public spaces shaped by identity curation. The study concludes that the ethics of light constitutes a spirituality of witness integrating faith, morality, and social responsibility while offering novelty through a theocentric reinterpretation of the ethics of light as a constructive critique of contemporary religious self-imaging and an ethical paradigm for cultivating authentic Christian faith in the digital era.

Abstract: Modern volleyball requires complex physical capacities, particularly explosive power and match-specific endurance that are closely associated with the performance of anaerobic and aerobic energy systems. Increasing performance… rmance demands indicate that training programs alone are insufficient to produce optimal athletic performance; therefore, sports nutrition strategies become a crucial component in supporting athletes’ physiological adaptation processes. The research problem addresses how sports nutrition contributes effectively to improving the power and endurance of volleyball athletes based on recent scientific evidence. This study aims to systematically analyze the contribution of sports nutrition to enhancing the physical capacity of volleyball athletes through a scientific literature review approach. The research method employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA framework to examine articles indexed in Scopus and SINTA published between 2015 and 2024. The identification process yielded 312 articles, followed by a rigorous screening and eligibility assessment that resulted in 22 articles meeting the inclusion criteria, with 10 core studies analyzed in depth to obtain a synthesis of relevant scientific findings. The results indicate that carbohydrate periodization of 6-8 g/kg body weight per day contributes to an improvement in vertical jump performance by approximately 3-6%, while optimal protein intake of 1.6-2.2 g/kg body weight per day increases peak power by about 4-8%. Creatine monohydrate supplementation of 3-5 g per day has been shown to enhance explosive power by 5-12%, whereas beta-alanine supplementation improves anaerobic work capacity by 8-14%. Hydration strategies and carbohydrate regulation also contribute to an increase in VO₂max by 2-5% and reduce the fatigue index by 6-10%. The findings confirm that sports nutrition functions as an essential mediator between training stimuli and the neuromuscular as well as metabolic adaptation responses of athletes. The novelty of this study lies in its conceptual synthesis that positions nutritional periodization as an evidence-based integrative strategy for sustainably optimizing the power and endurance of volleyball athletes.

Abstract: Cooperatives are membership-based economic entities that play a vital role in driving the growth of the microeconomic sector and improving member welfare through the principles of economic democracy. The sustainability of… f cooperative performance heavily depends on effective financial management, particularly in maximizing the utilization of cash, receivables, and assets to enhance profitability. This study aims to examine the influence of cash turnover, receivables turnover, and total asset turnover on the profitability of cooperatives, as measured by Return on Assets (ROA) as a financial performance indicator. The research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis, based on secondary data from cooperative financial statements covering the period from 2019 to 2024. The analysis results show that both simultaneously and partially, the three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Cash turnover and total asset turnover are the primary determinants in improving ROA, reflecting the importance of efficiency in managing liquidity and productive assets. Meanwhile, although receivables turnover is also significant, it requires strict supervision in the implementation of credit policies to avoid an increase in non-performing receivables. These findings contribute empirical evidence to the literature on cooperative financial management and offer practical implications for cooperative managers in designing financial resource management strategies aimed at improving performance and business sustainability. Therefore, optimizing the management of cash, receivables, and assets should be a strategic priority within cooperative financial systems to withstand increasingly complex and competitive economic dynamics.
