ash. One of the increasingly popular digital payment methods in Indonesia is QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard). QRIS is a QR code standard for digital payments that makes it easier for consumers and business actors to make transactions. However, there are still many Al Ma'shum High School teachers who do not fully understand and utilize this technology. Therefore, counseling is needed to improve the knowledge and skills of Al Ma'shum High School Teachers in using QRIS. The methods used in this activity are socialization, education and Q&A. Counseling on digital payment methods using QRIS is expected to increase the understanding and adoption of this technology for Al Ma'shum High School teachers. With this activity, it is hoped that Al Ma'shum High School teachers who have businesses can utilize QRIS optimally, so that financial transactions become more efficient and secure. Support from various parties is highly expected for the success of this activity.

Abstrak: Dalam era digital saat ini, teknologi informasi telah mempengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk metode transaksi keuangan. Pembayaran digital menjadi salah satu solusi praktis untuk mempermudah transaksi dan mengurangi penggunaan uang tunai. Salah satu metode pembayaran digital yang semakin populer di Indonesia adalah QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard). QRIS merupakan standar QR code untuk pembayaran digital yang memudahkan konsumen dan pelaku usaha dalam melakukan transaksi. Namun, masih banyak guru-guru SMA Al Ma’shum yang belum sepenuhnya memahami dan memanfaatkan teknologi ini. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penyuluhan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan Guru-Guru SMA Al Ma’shum dalam menggunakan QRIS. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu sosialisasi, edukasi dan tanya jawab. Penyuluhan tentang metode pembayaran digital menggunakan QRIS diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan adopsi teknologi ini bagi guru-guru SMA Al Ma’shum. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, diharapkan guru-guru SMA Al Ma’shum yang memiliki usaha dapat memanfaatkan QRIS secara maksimal, sehingga transaksi keuangan menjadi lebih efisien dan aman. Dukungan dari berbagai pihak sangat diharapkan untuk kesuksesan kegiatan ini.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk sektor usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Di Kecamatan Sekupang, pemanfaatan teknologi digital oleh pelaku UMKM masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama dalam hal pemahaman dan akses terhadap teknologi tersebut. Sosialisasi teknologi digital bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam mengadopsi teknologi, sehingga mampu bersaing di era digital. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini mencakup pemahaman dasar tentang penggunaan perangkat lunak bisnis, strategi pemasaran digital, serta pemanfaatan media sosial untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar. Metode yang digunakan meliputi seminar, pelatihan langsung, dan sesi tanya jawab. Hasil dari sosialisasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM mengenai pentingnya digitalisasi, serta kesiapan untuk mengimplementasikan teknologi dalam operasional bisnis sehari-hari. The process of registering business legality and halal certification is considered complicated and requires adequate knowledge and assistance. The method used in this community service activity is direct training and assistance to cassava chip entrepreneurs in Sei Bluru Village. The training includes socialization regarding the importance of business legality and halal certification, a guide to registration procedures and a simulation of the process of managing business permits and halal certification. Assistance is provided to assist participants in filling out forms, completing documents, and carrying out the application process independently. The purpose of this activity is to increase the understanding of entrepreneurs regarding the importance of business legality and halal certification and to assist them in the process of managing both aspects. After this activity is carried out, it is hoped that cassava chip entrepreneurs in Sei Bluru Village can increase the competitiveness of their products in the market, especially markets that prioritize product halalness and clear business legality.

Abstrak : Di Desa Sei Beluru Kecamatan Meranti masih mengalami masalah pemahaman mengenai legalitas izin usaha dan pentingnya sertifikasi halal. Banyak usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) di desa tersebut yang belum memiliki legalitas usaha resmi dan sertifikasi halal sehingga menjadi salah satu faktor penghambat dalam memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen. Proses pendaftaran legalitas usaha dan sertifikasi halal dianggap rumit dan memerlukan pengetahuan serta pendampingan yang memadai. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan secara langsung kepada para pelaku usaha keripik ubi di Desa Sei Bluru. Pelatihan meliputi sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya legalitas usaha dan sertifikasi halal, panduan tata cara pendaftaran serta simulasi proses pengurusan izin usaha dan sertifikasi halal. Pendampingan dilakukan untuk membantu peserta dalam mengisi formulir, melengkapi dokumen, dan melakukan proses pengajuan secara mandiri. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman para pelaku usaha mengenai pentingnya legalitas usaha dan sertifikasi halal serta membantu mereka dalam proses pengurusan kedua aspek tersebut.

If allowed to continue, this can harm marine ecosystems and jeopardize the sustainability of the local economy. To address this problem, training and implementing coral reef conservation using the Coral Adoption method is crucial. This initiative, which involves the Simeulue Regency government, Simeulue Police, and TNI, focuses on the community, especially fishermen. The Coral Adoption method is a marine environmental rehabilitation technique that aims to conserve marine biota, accelerate coral reef growth, and restore threatened ecosystems. The training provides participants with knowledge about the negative impacts of fish bombing and the importance of marine environmental rehabilitation. It also empowers them to stop such destructive practices. Furthermore, participants recognize the long-term impacts of fish bombing on their socio-economic aspects, which ultimately increases their commitment to preserving the marine environment for a better future.

Abstrak: Sebagian besar penduduk Simeulue bergantung pada hasil laut untuk mata pencaharian mereka. Namun, penggunaan bom dalam penangkapan ikan telah menimbulkan ancaman serius terhadap kelestarian sumber daya ikan yang menjadi aset penting bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat. Praktik penangkapan ikan dengan bom tidak hanya merusak habitat laut, termasuk terumbu karang, tetapi juga mengancam keberlanjutan sumber daya ikan di masa depan. Jika dibiarkan berlanjut, hal ini dapat berdampak buruk pada ekosistem laut dan mengancam keberlanjutan ekonomi lokal. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, pelatihan dan penerapan konservasi terumbu karang dengan metode Rock Pile menjadi sangat penting. Pelatihan ini, yang melibatkan pihak pemerintah Kabupaten Simeulue, Polres Simeulue, dan TNI, difokuskan pada masyarakat, terutama nelayan. Rock Pile adalah teknik rehabilitasi lingkungan laut yang bertujuan untuk melestarikan biota laut, mempercepat pertumbuhan terumbu karang, dan memulihkan ekosistem yang terancam. Manfaat dari pelatihan ini, peserta tidak hanya memperoleh pengetahuan tentang dampak buruk pengeboman ikan dan pentingnya rehabilitasi lingkungan laut, tetapi juga menjadi lebih percaya diri dalam menghentikan praktik destruktif tersebut. Selain itu, mereka menyadari dampak jangka panjang pengeboman ikan terhadap aspek sosial ekonomi mereka, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan komitmen mereka untuk melestarikan lingkungan laut demi masa depan yang lebih baik.

The main goal of digitalization is to overcome these challenges by utilizing technology that can increase the effectiveness of employee performance and optimize various business processes, so that companies can operate more efficiently and accurately. The results of this research are that the effect of the effectiveness of digitalization implementation on employee performance has a very positive influence on employee performance, where the implementation of digitalization is obtained through training carried out by management. Likewise, with the role of administrative digitization in warehouse reception management, managers create barcodes on each product to make it easier to record incoming and outgoing goods at the warehouse.

Tujuan utama dari digitalisasi adalah untuk mengatasi tantangan-tantangan ini dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja karyawan serta mengoptimalkan berbagai proses bisnis, sehingga perusahaan dapat beroperasi dengan lebih efisien dan akurat. e theme “Scaling the Future of Business: Sustainable and Responsible Innovation.†The aim of this activity is to provide in-depth understanding and practical skills in key aspects of entrepreneurship, including product development, digital marketing, and financial reporting. The bootcamp employed three main stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The preparation stage involved scheduling, selecting speakers, and arranging facilities. The implementation stage comprised lectures, discussions, exercises, and case studies delivered by competent experts in their respective fields. The evaluation stage was conducted through questionnaires to assess the success of the event and its impact on participants. The evaluation results showed that the majority of participants were satisfied with the content delivered and the relevance of the activities to their needs. The methods used were effective in enhancing participants' understanding and practical skills in entrepreneurship. Overall, this bootcamp successfully achieved its objectives and made a positive contribution to the development of entrepreneurial capacity among students at Universitas Trilogi.

Abstrak: Pengembangan kewirausahaan mahasiswa menjadi prioritas pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia untuk mengatasi pengangguran, mendorong Universitas Trilogi mengadakan Bootcamp Trilogi Got Business Founder dengan tema “Scaling the Future of Business: Sustainable and Responsible Innovationâ€. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam dan keterampilan praktis dalam aspek-aspek penting kewirausahaan, termasuk pengembangan produk, pemasaran digital, dan pembuatan laporan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam bootcamp ini mencakup tiga tahap utama: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Tahap persiapan melibatkan perencanaan jadwal, pemilihan narasumber, dan penyediaan fasilitas. Tahap pelaksanaan terdiri dari ceramah, diskusi, latihan, dan studi kasus yang dilakukan oleh narasumber berkompeten di bidangnya. Tahap evaluasi dilakukan melalui kuesioner untuk menilai keberhasilan kegiatan dan dampaknya terhadap peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta merasa puas dengan materi yang disampaikan dan relevansi kegiatan dengan kebutuhan mereka. Metode yang digunakan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis peserta dalam kewirausahaan. Secara keseluruhan, bootcamp ini berhasil mencapai tujuannya dan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan kapasitas kewirausahaan di kalangan mahasiswa Universitas Trilogi.

nd to mimic their parents' attitudes and behaviours. Positive attitudes, empathy and tolerance from parents can encourage children to adopt these values. Parents who are actively involved and open to effective communication help children develop empathy and feel supported, making them more likely to report or seek help in bullying situations. Parents need to understand the psychological and legal aspects of bullying and school violence prevention to protect their children's well-being. Psychological knowledge helps recognise early signs of trauma and provide emotional support, as well as establishing the values of empathy, tolerance and respect in children. Legal knowledge enables parents to take appropriate action if their child is victimised, liaise with schools and authorities, and ensure anti-bullying policies are implemented. This regulation creates a safe and supportive environment for children to grow. Strengthening parents' understanding and knowledge of bullying prevention and its psychological and legal impacts was done through counselling activities. This counselling presented material on the psychological impact of bullying on children and the legal consequences for perpetrators and omission of bullying activities for both children and schools and parents. The counselling sessions were attended by parents, teachers, and school committees. The counselling participants said that after attending the training, their knowledge about bullying, its impact, and preventive measures improved. The results of the questionnaire before and after attending the counselling showed increased participants' understanding.

Abstrak: Perundungan dan kekerasan di sekolah berdampak parah pada perkembangan mental dan emosional anak serta mengganggu proses belajar mengajar. Data FSGI, pada periode Januari-Juli 2023 terdapat 16 kasus perundungan dengan 43 korban. Jumlah ini meningkat menjadi 23 kasus pada periode Januari-September 2023, dengan tingkat perundungan tertinggi terjadi di sekolah menengah pertama (SMP) yang mencapai 50%, bahkan 2 orang meninggal dunia selama periode tersebut SMP Muhammadiyah Kembaran juga menghadapi masalah ini. Untuk mencegah bullying dan kekerasan, diadakan penyuluhan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi guna memberikan pemahaman komprehensif dan praktis. Kegiatan ini melibatkan guru dan orang tua untuk menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang aman. Hasil penyuluhan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kesadaran peserta tentang dampak negatif bullying dan kekerasan serta pentingnya peran setiap orang dalam pencegahannya, yang terbukti dari hasil kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah sesi penyuluhan.

The one-day computer-based learning media development training was carried out in a structured, patient and comprehensive manner. In general, all participants were involved in activities with strong and consistent motivation. Training as teachers and principals of certain schools to strengthen learning capacity. The research involved students as test subjects who were assessed through an evaluation questionnaire on various aspects of the characteristics of independent learning. The results of the analysis show that the Fingermathic method can increase students' learning initiative and self-confidence, although more attention is still needed on the aspects of setting targets, overcoming difficulties, and evaluating learning outcomes. The conclusions of this research provide a basis for further development in designing learning strategies that support the formation of students' independent learning character at the elementary school level.
