Abstrak: Berdasarkan pengamatan yang dilakukan di STMIK ROYAL Kisaran terkait pembuatan Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa, kampus dituntut memiliki sistem yang benar-benar mampu memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal terhadap mahasiswa, karena repotnya dalam melayani mahasiswa untuk proses pembuatan Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa, dengan adanya sistem ini nantinya diharapkan mahasiswa tidak repot lagi dalam membuat permohonan pembuatan Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa, yang mana jika awalnya mahasiswa harus antre untuk mengisi formulir data mahasiswa selanjutnya petugas yang menginput data dan mencetak dan di distribusikan ke mahasiswa, dengan sistem mahasiswa cukup melakukan verifikasi data secara online yang dapat dilakukan kapanpun dan dimanapun lalu operator akan cek melalui website sebagai admin selanjutnya mencetak hasil data mahasiswa untuk di jadikan Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa.

The result of this research is the implementation of a web-based sales system (e-commerce) at CV. team was given the opportunity to build a wireless network using a Mikrotik RB951. This was done to empower the densely populated SMA Negeri 1 Dolok Sanggul environment which has the potential to be used as a hotspot business. The method used was a direct practice method for students by implementing health protocols during the pandemic. In addition, a wireless-based network makes it easier for students to access the internet anywhere. The implementation of the network installation consists of several units of RJ-45 connectors on UTP cables, access point configuration, and Mikrotik hotspot server configuration. With the presence of a wireless network in the SMA Negeri 1 Dolok Sanggul environment, it will make it easier for students and teachers to access the internet. In addition, configuring a wireless network is not that difficult, as long as you follow the rules for creating a network.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana penerapan peraturan K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) pada pekerja jarak jauh (WFA). Karena seluruh data penelitian ini berasal dari wawancara, maka digunakan metode yuridis empiris, dengan fokus pada analisis penalaran deduktif konseptual terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan. Wawancara dengan anggota staf yang mengadopsi sistem WFA di berbagai perusahaan di Indonesia digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian, belum penting untuk mengatur semua jenis pekerja, termasuk mereka yang memanfaatkan WFA, melalui undang-undang yang ditetapkan oleh Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan.
