novative approach that can change these dynamics through fun and interactive game elements. This study aims to explore the subjective experiences of students at the Susha Siak Islamic College (STAI) in using Gimkit as a game-based English learning medium. The approach used is interpretive phenomenology based on Heidegger's thinking, which focuses on the meaning of participants' life experiences. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and reflective journals from seven students who actively used Gimkit in their English classes. Data analysis followed Colaizzi's (1978) steps to identify essential themes from the participants' experiences.
The results of the study show three main themes: (1) fun and challenging learning, (2) a more lively and competitive classroom atmosphere, and (3) increased cohesiveness and solidarity among students. The learning experience through Gimkit brings out strong intrinsic motivation, self-confidence, and positive emotional involvement. This study concludes that GBL through Gimkit not only improves the effectiveness of English language learning, but also strengthens the values of togetherness and collaboration in the context of Islamic higher education.

This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. While data validity was strengthened by triangulation of sources, methods, and theories with the help of NVivo 12 software and supplemented with a SWOT analysis. The results showed that the implementation of spiritual quality improvement was carried out by the presence of Islamic values, maintaining cleanliness, reciting prayers, and the therapist's empathetic attitude were important factors in fostering a sense of calm and comfort in customers. Implementing strategies for improving spiritual quality through therapist training, implementing SOPs based on Islamic law, and creating a supportive spiritual environment. However, limited service facilities and infrastructure still need to be addressed for improvement. Therefore, this study as a whole confirms that service quality that connects spiritual and physical aspects holistically contributes significantly to customer satisfaction.

The results of the study indicate that communication patterns in this school run in an open, participatory, and religious atmosphere. Teachers not only act as conveyors of information, but also as guides and motivators who establish positive interpersonal relationships with students. Factors such as teaching style, student motivation, and school environmental support influence the smoothness of communication. Effective communication has been shown to improve students' understanding of the subject matter and strengthen their character and discipline. This study concludes that good communication patterns between teachers and students contribute directly to the achievement of learning outcomes and the formation of students' character holistically.

used by the monotonous classroom atmosphere. To increase learning motivation, an interesting and innovative approach is needed, especially for teenage and early adult participants. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. The research subjects were beginner level participants of the Indonesian for Foreign Speakers Program (BIPA) at Prima University Medan, while the research object was the use of comic media in BIPA learning. The results showed that comic media can be used effectively to support BIPA learning objectives. Comics are able to facilitate the learning of listening, speaking, reading, and grammar, while creating a more pleasant classroom atmosphere. In addition to entertaining and attracting participants’ interest, comics also have various other benefits in BIPA learning. It is recommended for practitioners to continue to develop and integrate comic media into BIPA learning materials.

The method used in this community service activity was lectures and discussions. The activity received a positive response from the TPQ Bustanul Ulum Sejati students and their parents. The program was conducted through material presentations and discussions using a relaxed conversational approach, making the activity feel less formal and more comfortable. This atmosphere allowed all the students to express their opinions without hesitation. This activity left a positive impression on the participants about the importance of literacy and avoiding excessive use of mobile phones to access social media and online games.

Although physical attendance is maintained, the apparent spiritual absence, reflected in passive behavior or the departure of congregants during crucial liturgical moments, reveals a management failure to holistically integrate liturgical, theological, and pastoral aspects. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through participatory observation and in-depth interviews to examine the role of management in designing, implementing, and evaluating worship services that facilitate meaningful spiritual engagement. The analysis confirms that weak liturgical formation, the absence of a structured participatory evaluation system, and a less dialogical pastoral approach are dominant factors contributing to low congregation participation. Worship management that is purely administrative and procedural without reinforcement of the spiritual dimension contributes to a less transformative worship atmosphere. This study recommends reforming worship management through strengthening liturgical education, innovating more participatory and contextual forms of worship, and establishing worship evaluation teams involving leadership and congregants collaboratively and sustainably. The novelty of this research lies in emphasizing worship management not merely as a technical-administrative process but as a means of dynamically and contextually shaping the congregation’s spirituality, thereby providing a conceptual contribution to developing an adaptive and transformative worship management model within the modern church environment.

In this case study, a saturated sampling method is used, which means that each member of the population is used as a sample from a relatively small population. The study involved 47 workers. Validity, reliability, linear multiple regression, and classical assumptions such as normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity are used. The hypothesis was then tested with the F and T tests. Data was collected through questionnaires. The results of the hypothesis test show that stress and the work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The results of multiple regression analysis also show that stress and work environment have a positive and significant effect on productivity. In addition, hypothesis tests show that there is a positive and significant impact on employee work productivity greatly increased. Therefore, companies must always reduce stress in the workplace, even create a more stress-free environment, and build a better working atmosphere to increase employee productivity.

But in the discussion, there is no further knowledge about interior design. SMK Negeri 1 Mempura wants to develop students' knowledge about interior design or interior design properly. From this problem, Interior Design Educators at Lancang Kuning University who are community service partners from SMK Negeri 1 Mempura will add to their students' knowledge about interior design. So that through this program, Mempura 1 State Vocational School can develop interior design knowledge, which not only learns about room size but also about managing the atmosphere of space from designing ceilings, walls, floors, and furniture. The target to be achieved is for partners to understand the basics of Interior Design and its differences from Architecture and other Design Sciences. The outputs to be obtained are learning services for the community, service reports, drafts of teaching materials, and scientific articles in journals.

Abstrak: Desain Interior adalah salah satu cabang ilmu seni rupa yang membahas tentang perancangan ruang dalam pada suatu bangunan. Desain interior juga beririsan dengan ilmu arsitektur yang merupakan ilmu perancangan bangunan secara global. Jurusan arsitektur sudah mulai masuk ke Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan termasuk di SMK Negeri 1 Mempura. SMK Negeri 1 Mempura memiliki jurusan Desain Permodelan dan Informasi Bangunan yang dalam silabusnya memiliki pembelajaran gambar bangunan. Tetapi dalam pembahasannya,belum ada pengetahuan lebih lanjut mengenai perancangan ruang dalam.SMK Negeri 1 Mempura ingin mengembangkan pengetahuan yang dimiliki peserta didik pada perancangan ruang dalam atau desain interior dengan benar. Dari permasalahan ini, Tenaga Pendidik Desain Interior Universitas Lancang Kuning yang merupakan mitra pengabdian masyarakat dari SMK Negeri 1 Mempura akan menambah pengetahuan siswa/i nya tentang merancang ruang dalam. Sehingga melalui program ini, SMK Negeri 1 Mempura dapat mengembangakan pengetahuan desain ruang dalam, yang tidak hanya mempelajari tentang ukuran ruangan, tapi juga pada pengolahan suasana ruang dari perancangan langit-langit, dinding, lantai dan furnitur. Target yang ingin dicapai adalah mitra paham tentang dasar-dasar Desain Interior serta perbedaannya dengan Arsitektur dan Ilmu Desain lainnya. Luaran yang ingin diperoleh adalah jasa pembelajaran untuk masyarakat, laporan pengabdian, draf bahan ajar dan artikel ilmiah di jurnal.
