tners and the farmers they support still lack experience in sorghum farming, especially in profit analysis. This is an obstacle in spreading sorghum as an agricultural potential, because extension workers have difficulty providing farmers with an understanding of the benefits of sorghum farming. Therefore, knowledge is needed in carrying out farming analysis, as well as organizing human resources in farmer groups so that they can produce maximum quality and quantity. Through this knowledge and ability, it is hoped that partners can further optimize the dissemination of sorghum farming to the farmers they support so that they can produce sustainably. The methods used in this service activity are training and mentoring. For training activities, farming business analysis and farmer group management were carried out for one day, where the implementing team facilitated training to partners, namely BPP East Suwawa. After the training activities, students in the implementing team provided regular assistance for two weeks to optimize the results obtained in the training. The results of the activity showed that the activity participants were very enthusiastic during the mentoring activity, and gave positive responses, so that activities like this could be routine, especially in assisting with sorghum farming analysis.

armer association (Gapoktan) to self-governing over sub-terminal agribusiness (STA). Extention and technical assistance were approached to solve their problem. Based on the analysis performed that STA has an important role in solving the weakness in the market. STA is a power to strengthen the Gapoktan in facing market restrictions. The success of the establishment of STA in the production centre depends on the managerial ability of the STA management board. They must push hard to build synergy between production and the market network. After following the extension, member of the farmer association had been increased their knowledge about the requirement of STA establishment and STA management. Technical assistance is delivered separately. Gapoktan Sumber Katon initiated the self-governing STA focussed on horticulture production link with the market. Besides Gapoktan Srikandi established the self-governing STA focussed on rice production. Development activities for pioneering Agribusiness Sub Terminals at Gapoktan in Kab. Pringsewu resulted in the establishment of a self-supporting STA in the centre of farming production.

Permasalah utama produk pertanian adalah fluktuasi harga yang disebabkan oleh dinamika situasi produksi dan permintaan serta sistem rantai nilai produk dari produsen ke konsumen. Lemahnya akses pasar pertanian berdampak pada ketidakpastian harga di tingkat petani. Kegiatan ini bertujuan membangun kapasitas Gapoktan dalam inisiasi pasar alternatif melalui Sub Terminal Agribisnis (STA). Penyuluhan dan bimbingan teknis digunakan untuk metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pendampingan. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan bahwa STA memiliki peran penting dalam mengatasi kelemahan pasar produk pertanian. STA memperkuat Gapoktan dalam menghadapi keterbatasan akses pasar. Keberhasilan pendirian STA di sentra produksi tergantung pada kemampuan manajerial pengurus STA. Pengurus STA harus bekerja keras mendorong sinergi antara pelaku produksi dan jejaring pasar. Setelah mengikuti penyuluhan, anggota Gapoktan bertambah pengetahuannya tentang syarat-syarat pendirian STA dan pengelolaan STA. Bantuan teknis disampaikan secara terpisah. Gapoktan Sumber Katon memprakarsai STA swakelola yang berfokus pada hubungan produksi hortikultura dengan pasar. Gapoktan Srikandi mendirikan STA swakelola yang fokus pada produksi beras. Kegiatan pembinaan perintisan STA pada Gapoktan di Kab. Pringsewu menghasilkan kelembagaan STA swadaya di daerah sentra produksi sayur mayur. Tumbuh kembang STA swadaya di daerah sentra produksi akan tergantung kepada kesungguhan dan kerja keras unsur pengurus dalam memperjuangkan akses pasar bagi hasil produksi pertanian anggotanya.

Abstrak: Penyuluhan Pendidikan Dalam Meningkatkan Minat Santri/wati Untuk Melanjutkan Pendidikan ke Perguruan Tinggi bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada santri-santriwati tentang sistem Pendidikan Tinggi dan pengenalan beberapa kampus serta beasiswa yang disediakan pemerintah demi terdorongnya misi pemerintah santri entrepreneur. Para santri tentu memiliki bakat dan kemampuan yang berbeda-beda. Sehingga perlu adanya pendekatan atau evaluasi diri minat apa yang akan dipilih untuk melanjutkan ke perguruan Tinggi. Kesempatan penyuluhan ini menjadi ajang untuk memotivasi para santri untuk bisa melanjutkan pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Juga menjelaskan bahwa perkuliahan tidak hanya mengejar terkait ilmu tapi menentukan masa depan yang nantinya akan menjadi penentu kehidupan yang lebih baik. Pada kesempatan kali ini tim pengabdian masyarakat memaparkan berbagai infor-masi diantaranya menjabarkan prodi dan fakultas apa saja yang ada. Community Service Activities regarding the culture of healthy living during this pandemic were carried out by a teaching team from the Faculty of Humanities Sciences, Padjadjaran University. The activity method used is education with techniques of extension, consultation, and diffusion of knowledge which are all held virtually. To obtain comprehensive data, the implementation team distributed a questionnaire about the culture of healthy living to the primary target public, namely students of the Faculty, and the secondary target public, namely student families. Activities were carried out in July 2020 in three stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The results of the activity showed that PPM activities regarding healthy cultural behavior to the public of students and their families were well organized and following the protocol for preventing the transmission of Covid-19. Also, it is known that the biggest impact of a pandemic is economic.

Abstrak: Perilaku hidup sehat adalah kebiasaan masyarakat yang menjunjung tinggi aspek-aspek kesehatan, seperti pengelolaan kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan, menjaga kebugaran fisik dan psikis, serta pemberian asupan nutrisi yang cukup sehingga tercapai standar kesehatan yang baik. Kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat tentang budaya hidup sehat di masa pandemi ini dilakukan oleh tim pengajar dari Fakultas Ilmu Budaya Universitas Padjadjaran. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah pendidikan dengan teknik penyuluhan, konsultasi, dan difusi ilmu pengetahuan yang seluruhnya diselenggarakan secara virtual. Untuk mendapatkan data yang komprehensif, tim pelaksana mendistribusikan angket mengenai budaya hidup sehat pada publik sasaran primer, yaitu mahasiswa, dan publik sasaran sekunder, yaitu keluarga mahasiswa. Kegiatan dilakukan pada bulan Juli 2020 dalam tiga tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan PPM mengenai perilaku budaya sehat kepada publik mahasiswa dan keluarganya telah terselenggara dengan baik dan sesuai dengan protokol pencegahan penularan Covid-19. Selain itu diketahui bahwa dampak terbesar dari pandemi adalah ekonomi.

ES algorithms with an AI-based key management module to enhance EMR security while maintaining efficiency. A dataset of 1,000 simulated records was evaluated using five cryptographic configurations: Affine-only, AES-only, RSA-only, Affine–AES, and Affine–AES with AI. Performance was measured through encryption/decryption latency and ciphertext size, while security was assessed under brute-force, SQL injection, and phishing simulations. The AI decision tree for key generation was evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and entropy metrics. Results show that the AI-enhanced hybrid method eliminates brute-force success, introduces only minor latency overhead, and generates high-entropy keys with reliability above 98%. These findings indicate that integrating AI-based dynamic key regeneration into hybrid encryption can improve EMR security while remaining practical for clinical and cloud-based healthcare systems. Future work should involve real clinical datasets and explore post-quantum cryptographic extensions.

Abstrak: Di era meningkatnya sensitivitas data kesehatan dan maraknya serangan siber, perlindungan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) menjadi tantangan penting. Penelitian ini mengusulkan kerangka enkripsi hibrida yang menggabungkan algoritma Affine dan AES dengan modul manajemen kunci berbasis AI untuk meningkatkan keamanan RME tanpa mengorbankan efisiensi. Dataset simulasi berisi 1.000 entri diuji menggunakan lima konfigurasi kriptografi: Affine-only, AES-only, RSA-only, Affine–AES, serta Affine–AES dengan AI. Performa diukur melalui latensi enkripsi/dekripsi dan ukuran ciphertext, sedangkan keamanan dievaluasi melalui simulasi serangan brute force, SQL injection, dan phishing. Model decision tree untuk manajemen kunci dinilai menggunakan metrik akurasi, presisi, recall, F1-score, dan entropi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa metode hibrida dengan AI menghilangkan keberhasilan brute force, menambah overhead latensi yang minimal, serta menghasilkan kunci berentropi tinggi dengan reliabilitas di atas 98%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa regenerasi kunci dinamis berbasis AI dalam skema enkripsi hibrida dapat meningkatkan keamanan RME sekaligus tetap praktis untuk sistem klinis dan layanan kesehatan berbasis cloud. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menggunakan dataset klinis nyata dan mengeksplorasi kriptografi pascakuantum.

On the one hand, the use of application is very helpful in reducing the rate of transmission of Covid-19. But on the other hand, concerns against the use of user data that is secret to be its own obstacles. This study aims to create a tracing system contact Covid-19 using the QR Code. QR Code technology is selected because it can be used as a tracing tool contact without need to take the user's location data confidential. This system developed by applying the waterfall model. The results of the research show that the tracing system contact Covid-19 without using the privacy data of the user is successfully created with the use of QR Code technology is web-based. Abstrak: Dalam upaya mengendalikan laju penyebaran Covid-19, Gubernur Sumatera Utara mengeluarkan instruksi tertulis untuk melakukan perpanjangan PPKM Mikro. Salah satu skenario pengendalian yang digunakan adalah dengan melakukan pelacakan kontak (contact tracing). Beberapa negara telah berhasil mengimplementasikan teknologi berbasis aplikasi sebagai alat untuk melakukan pelacakan kontak terhadap korban yang terpapar. Disatu sisi, penggunaan aplikasi sangat membantu dalam menekan laju penularan Covid-19. Namun disisi lain, kekhawatiran terhadap penggunaan data pengguna yang bersifat rahasia menjadi hambatan tersendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah sistem pelacakan kontak Covid-19 menggunakan QR Code. Teknologi QR Code dipilih karena dapat digunakan sebagai alat pelacakan kontak tanpa perlu mengambil data lokasi pengguna yang bersifat rahasia. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan menerapkan model waterfall. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pelacakan kontak Covid-19 tanpa menggunkan data privasi pengguna berhasil dibuat dengan menggunkan teknologi QR Code yang berbasis web. Dengan mengguna metode blackbox testing, hasil dari uji fungsionalitas sistem berjalan dengan baik.

From the results of this engineering shrinkage simulation, the total engineering shrinkage value in the 1-phase network before the expansion was 6480 kW, after the network expansion, the total engineering shrinkage changed to 2510.4 kW. With the simulation that has been made, it is expected to produce a load sharing plan that will make it easier for PT PLN (Persero) Rayon Boja to share the load on the network after the expansion.

This procession involves a synergy between traditional leaders, village government officials, agricultural extension workers, and the farming community, particularly in preparation for the rice planting season. The primary agenda includes determining planting schedules, selecting seed varieties, and managing irrigation systems to minimize the risk of crop failure. Anthropologically, this tradition serves as a medium for social integration, bridging local wisdom with technical government policies. This study concludes that the sustainability of Tudang Sipulung is a crucial factor in maintaining food security and social harmony within the Marannu Village community.
