ims to determine the effect of seasonal cycles on fishermen's financial literacy, as well as the effect of fish price fluctuations on fishermen's financial literacy. Simultaneously, this study aims to determine the effect of both variables together on fishermen's financial literacy. This study used a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires from 57 active fishermen. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the partial and simultaneous effects. The results show that partially, seasonal cycles have a negative and significant effect on fishermen's financial literacy, while fish price fluctuations have a positive and significant effect on fishermen's financial literacy. Simultaneously, seasonal cycles and fish price fluctuations have a significant effect on fishermen's financial literacy. Income uncertainty due to these two factors causes fishermen to experience difficulties in financial planning, lack savings or emergency funds, and tend to rely on debt. In addition, low levels of education and minimal financial literacy training also hinder effective financial management

The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research informants consisted of the principal, vice principal, teachers, and administrative staff. The results of the study indicate that the digitalization strategy has begun to be implemented through the use of technology in the learning process, the development of teachers' digital skills, and the integration of technology-based educational platforms. However, in its implementation, the school faces various obstacles, such as limited school internet (Wi-Fi) quota and low digital competence of some teachers. To overcome these obstacles, the school conducts internal training, utilizes offline learning media, and improves digital infrastructure. The conclusion of this study shows that the digitalization of school management contributes significantly to improving the quality of education, especially in terms of learning effectiveness, administrative efficiency, and strengthening teacher and student competence in the digital era

The results of the study indicate that the production process implemented by UD. Alwin is still dominated by the use of manual tools and traditional methods. This has an impact on limited production capacity and high dependence on weather conditions, especially in the drying stage. The main obstacles faced are weather factors, limited labor, and minimal modernization of production equipment. However, the synergy between the owner and employees in identifying problems and formulating solutions is a major strength in maintaining business continuity. Overall, improvements in the production process have been proven to have a positive impact on increasing production capacity, although not optimal. Thus, this study concludes that the increase in red brick capacity at UD. Alwin is greatly influenced by the effectiveness of production process management. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that most employees have adequate technical skills in operating information technology devices, and demonstrate discipline and responsibility in carrying out their duties. The Communication and Information Agency has also exceeded several strategic performance targets, including improving digital services, public participation, and increasing the SPBE index value. This study recommends the importance of increasing regular training, updating digital infrastructure, and strengthening the competency-based performance evaluation system. Overall findings indicate that the development of HR competencies has a significant contribution to achieving effective, efficient, and adaptive institutional performance to the demands of the digital era.

This type of research is quantitative based on obtaining data in the form of numbers obtained by distributing questionnaires. From the results of the hypothesis test (t test) it was found that the accepted hypothesis was ha, where there was an influence of service quality on prepaid electricity customer satisfaction in North Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City, and from the results of the Determination coefficient test obtained a value of 71.1%. This can be interpreted that the satisfaction of Prepaid Electricity customers in North Gunungsitoli District, Gunungsitoli City is influenced by service quality by 71 percent. Based on the results of the T Variable X test of service quality, a calculated value = 7.515 was obtained with a signification level of 0.000. Using a signification limit of 0.05 we get a table t of 1.697. Which signifies that tcount > t table, which means Ho rejected Ha accepted.
