Simultaneously, this study aims to determine the effect of both variables together on fishermen's financial literacy. This study used a quantitative approach with data collected through questionnaires from 57 active fishermen. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the partial and simultaneous effects. The results show that partially, seasonal cycles have a negative and significant effect on fishermen's financial literacy, while fish price fluctuations have a positive and significant effect on fishermen's financial literacy. Simultaneously, seasonal cycles and fish price fluctuations have a significant effect on fishermen's financial literacy. Income uncertainty due to these two factors causes fishermen to experience difficulties in financial planning, lack savings or emergency funds, and tend to rely on debt. armer association (Gapoktan) to self-governing over sub-terminal agribusiness (STA). Extention and technical assistance were approached to solve their problem. Based on the analysis performed that STA has an important role in solving the weakness in the market. STA is a power to strengthen the Gapoktan in facing market restrictions. The success of the establishment of STA in the production centre depends on the managerial ability of the STA management board. They must push hard to build synergy between production and the market network. After following the extension, member of the farmer association had been increased their knowledge about the requirement of STA establishment and STA management. Technical assistance is delivered separately. Gapoktan Sumber Katon initiated the self-governing STA focussed on horticulture production link with the market. Besides Gapoktan Srikandi established the self-governing STA focussed on rice production. Development activities for pioneering Agribusiness Sub Terminals at Gapoktan in Kab. Pringsewu resulted in the establishment of a self-supporting STA in the centre of farming production.

Permasalah utama produk pertanian adalah fluktuasi harga yang disebabkan oleh dinamika situasi produksi dan permintaan serta sistem rantai nilai produk dari produsen ke konsumen. Lemahnya akses pasar pertanian berdampak pada ketidakpastian harga di tingkat petani. Kegiatan ini bertujuan membangun kapasitas Gapoktan dalam inisiasi pasar alternatif melalui Sub Terminal Agribisnis (STA). Penyuluhan dan bimbingan teknis digunakan untuk metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pendampingan. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan bahwa STA memiliki peran penting dalam mengatasi kelemahan pasar produk pertanian. STA memperkuat Gapoktan dalam menghadapi keterbatasan akses pasar. Keberhasilan pendirian STA di sentra produksi tergantung pada kemampuan manajerial pengurus STA. Pengurus STA harus bekerja keras mendorong sinergi antara pelaku produksi dan jejaring pasar. Setelah mengikuti penyuluhan, anggota Gapoktan bertambah pengetahuannya tentang syarat-syarat pendirian STA dan pengelolaan STA. Bantuan teknis disampaikan secara terpisah. Gapoktan Sumber Katon memprakarsai STA swakelola yang berfokus pada hubungan produksi hortikultura dengan pasar. Gapoktan Srikandi mendirikan STA swakelola yang fokus pada produksi beras. Kegiatan pembinaan perintisan STA pada Gapoktan di Kab. Pringsewu menghasilkan kelembagaan STA swadaya di daerah sentra produksi sayur mayur. Tumbuh kembang STA swadaya di daerah sentra produksi akan tergantung kepada kesungguhan dan kerja keras unsur pengurus dalam memperjuangkan akses pasar bagi hasil produksi pertanian anggotanya.

n be biased and less adaptive to changing conditions. This study aims to develop a Random Forest Regression model to predict tea harvest production at the Bah Butong tea plantation using historical operational and climate-related data. The dataset consists of 60 monthly records (2020–2024) with six predictor variables: rainfall (mm), number of rainy days, pest level, weed level, number of harvested trees and land area. Data were split into 80% training (48 samples) and 20% testing (12 samples). Model hyperparameters were optimized using RandomizedSearchCV with RepeatedKFold cross-validation (5 folds, 3 repeats). The tuned model achieved MSE of 668,980,524.45, RMSE of 25,864.66 kg, MAE of 19,838.69 kg, and MAPE of 7.59% on the test set. The results indicate that the model can provide practical production estimates, with errors averaging about 7–8% of the actual production. Feature importance analysis shows that the number of harvested tea bushes and cultivated area contribute most to predictions. Future work should extend the historical period and incorporate time-based features (seasonality/lag) for improved forecasting.

Abstrak: Perkiraan akurat produksi panen teh sangat penting untuk perencanaan tenaga kerja, operasional pabrik, dan keputusan pemasaran, namun estimasi konvensional di perkebunan seringkali bergantung pada pengalaman lapangan dan dapat bias serta kurang adaptif terhadap perubahan kondisi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model Regresi Random Forest untuk memprediksi produksi panen teh di perkebunan teh Bah Butong menggunakan data operasional dan data terkait iklim historis. Dataset terdiri dari 60 catatan bulanan (2020–2024) dengan enam variabel prediktor: curah hujan (mm), jumlah hari hujan, tingkat hama, tingkat gulma, jumlah pokok panen, dan luas lahan. Data dibagi menjadi 80% data pelatihan (48 sampel) dan 20% data pengujian (12 sampel). Parameter model dioptimalkan menggunakan RandomizedSearchCV dengan validasi silang RepeatedKFold (5 lipatan, 3 pengulangan). Model yang telah disempurnakan mencapai MSE sebesar 668.980.524,45, RMSE sebesar 25.864,66 kg, MAE sebesar 19.838,69 kg, dan MAPE sebesar 7,59% pada set data uji. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa model dapat memberikan estimasi produksi yang praktis, dengan kesalahan rata-rata sekitar 7–8% dari produksi aktual. Analisis kepentingan fitur menunjukkan bahwa jumlah semak teh yang dipanen dan luas lahan budidaya paling berkontribusi pada prediksi. Pekerjaan selanjutnya harus memperpanjang periode historis dan menggabungkan fitur berbasis waktu (musiman/lag) untuk peramalan yang lebih baik.

ements should ensure decent work conditions. However, in reality, there is insufficient government supervision in ensuring the fulfillment of workers’ rights in accordance with Law No. 13 of 2003. The distribution of rights for female workers is also not optimally implemented. In addition, workforce skills remain a concern, as many workers only possess primary to junior secondary education. Furthermore, freelance work has become increasingly popular due to its flexibility in time and location.
Therefore, solutions are needed to address employment issues in Bengkulu Province. Data collection in this study was conducted through interviews with the Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office. Data analysis employed a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that many workers are engaged in seasonal sectors with unstable income. The Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office has implemented programs such as job fairs, vocational training and education, and occupational health and safety socialization. Generation Z is perceived as less loyal and tends to frequently change jobs, showing a strong preference for freelance work due to its flexibility. Policy development is needed to provide legal protection for workers. Recommended actions include stricter enforcement against companies violating labor rights, particularly those committing violence against female workers, conducting awareness programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection and labor protection institutions, and optimizing integrated reporting systems to accelerate the resolution of such cases.

Tahapan yang dilakukan pra-pemrosesan data, implementasi K-Means Clustering, dan evaluasi model menggunakan metrik Sum of Squared Errors (SSE) dan Silhouette Score. Hasil analisis menggunakan metode Elbow menunjukkan tiga cluster optimal dengan nilai SSE final 51.69, menandakan kohesi internal yang baik. Evaluasi menggunakan Silhouette Score menghasilkan nilai 0.498, mengindikasikan keseimbangan yang baik antara kohesi dan separasi cluster. Hasil clustering mengidentifikasi tiga pola distinct dalam persediaan stok: Cluster 0 mendominasi periode akhir tahun dengan rentang stok 780-840 unit, Cluster 1 terkonsentrasi pada awal tahun dengan rentang 840-920 unit, dan Cluster 2 sebagai cluster transisi pada pertengahan tahun dengan rentang 840- 880 unit. Visualisasi temporal menunjukkan pola seasonal yang jelas dalam pengelolaan persediaan sepanjang tahun. Implementasi K-Means Clustering berhasil menghasilkan pengelompokan yang bermakna dan dapat diinterpretasikan dalam konteks manajemen inventori.
