Denpasar City reached 32,476 MSMEs and the sample used was 100 MSMEs in Denpasar city. This study uses data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. Validity and reliability tests were carried out on respondents who owned MSMEs in Denpasar City. The results of the t test can be obtained t-count of the Intrapreneurship variable of 1.231 with a significance value of 0.221. This significance value is greater than the significance limit value, which is equal to 0.05. Means that Intrapreneurship has a positive and insignificant effect on Financial Performance. The results of the t test can be obtained by the t-count value of the Organizational variable of 5.052 with a significance value of 0.000. This significance value is smaller than the significance limit value, which is equal to 0.05. Means the organization has a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Based on the results of the F test, the F value is 20.324 with a significance level of 0.000, so simultaneously the Intrapreneurship and Organization variables have a significant effect on the Financial Performance variable. As well as from the test results of the coefficient of determination, the R Square value shows a value of 0.295 or 29.5% indicating that the ability of the independent variable to explain the effect on the dependent variable and the remaining 70.5% can be explained by other variables outside of the research variable.

rampilan seseorang secara aktif untuk terlibat dalam proses perubahan kognitif, afektif, maupun perilaku. Pertumbuhan pribadi salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh latar belakang kehidupan individu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah individu dengan latar belakang yang sama melalui proses pertumbuhan diri yang sama. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan grounded theory. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap individu memiliki karakteristik masing-masing dalam bertumbuh namun dapat ditinjau dari aspek yang sama. Hal ini dikarenakan perbedaan latar belakang budaya dan rentang kehidupan (usia) masing-masing individu. Aspek pertumbuhan personal antara lain: 1) pengenalan terhadap diri sendiri (intrapersonal); 2) sosialisasi dengan orang lain (interpersonal); dan 3) pembentukan prioritas. Ketiga aspek ini memiliki indikator masing-masing yang dapat meninjau proses pertumbuhan pribadi seorang individu. Individu yang bertumbuh dengan baik dan positif akan memfasilitasi pencapaian kesejahteraan psikologis.

radiographic examinations further complicates efforts to improve oral health. This community service program aims to enhance knowledge and skills related to oral health through counseling, proper tooth-brushing training, and intra-oral radiographic examinations. The program was conducted in two phases: the first phase involved counseling and training, while the second phase focused on evaluation. The evaluation results indicated a significant increase in knowledge. In the pre-test, 28% of students had good knowledge, 56.67% had sufficient knowledge, and 15.33% had poor knowledge; following the intervention, 60% had good knowledge, 30.67% had sufficient knowledge, and 9.33% had poor knowledge. For teachers, the pre-test showed 52.94% with good knowledge, 47.06% with sufficient knowledge, and 0% with poor knowledge, which increased to 100% with good knowledge in the post-test. This program was effective in raising awareness and knowledge about oral hygiene, cavity prevention, and the importance of dental check-ups, which ultimately contributed to reducing the prevalence of dental problems among students and teachers, thereby improving overall oral health.

Abstrak: SMP Taman Siswa Belawan Medan, Sumatera Utara, menghadapi masalah kesehatan gigi dan mulut, terutama di kalangan siswa, yang banyak menderita gigi berlubang dan gangguan jaringan periodontal. Selain itu, kecemasan terhadap kunjungan ke dokter gigi dan pemeriksaan radiografi juga menjadi hambatan dalam upaya perbaikan kesehatan gigi. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kesehatan gigi melalui penyuluhan, pelatihan cara menyikat gigi yang benar, serta pemeriksaan radiografi intra-oral. Program ini dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap, yaitu tahap pertama berupa penyuluhan dan pelatihan, sedangkan tahap kedua adalah evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan. Pada pretest, 28% siswa memiliki pengetahuan yang baik, 56.67% cukup, dan 15.33% kurang; sedangkan pada post-test, 60% memiliki pengetahuan baik, 30.67% cukup, dan 9.33% kurang. Pada guru, hasil pretest menunjukkan 52.94% memiliki pengetahuan baik, 47.06% cukup, dan 0% kurang, yang meningkat menjadi 100% pada post-test. Program ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang kebersihan gigi dan mulut, pencegahan gigi berlubang, serta pentingnya pemeriksaan gigi, yang pada akhirnya dapat menurunkan prevalensi masalah gigi di kalangan siswa dan guru serta meningkatkan kesehatan gigi dan mulut secara keseluruhan.

The team complemented the idea of public communication on intrapersonal strength, namely managing nervousness with an emphasis on practice, preparation, and the ability to overcome nervousness constructively. The team believes that knowledge of managing nervousness from an early age can help children in orphanages get used to facing various kinds of audiences in the future. This service method is tests, lectures and practice which include assignments and simulations. The result of this activity is that children can overcome nervousness by means of positive self-motivation, regular breathing, good script preparation and analyzing the audience.

The purpose of this study was to design an infusion control device by detecting the volume of infusion water based on the weight of the infusion using a Wireless Sensor Network. The Wireless Sensor Network used by the load cell sensor functions to detect the weight value of the infusion water in the infusion bag. The buzzer becomes an indicator indicating that the infusion bag is ready to be replaced and also through the Stuffing Machine the Internet of Things will inform the nurse via the Telegram application to inform that the infusion bag is worth replacing. n based on SLiMS 9 bulian at MAN 1 Bukittinggi library, especially in terms of content with the addition of e-book features, and changing the character of its applications into mobile version, which were previously local (intranet). The methods used were research and development, while system development used the Waterfall model. This study succeeded to develop a digital library application based on SLiMS 9 at MAN 1 Bukittinggi library. The development of the digital library in this study has been carried out through testing, including three types of product tests, namely validity test, practicality test, and effectiveness test, each of which was tested using a questionnaire instrument. The product validity test obtained an average value of 0.88 in the valid category; the product practicality test obtained an average value of 0.90 in the very practical category; and the product effectiveness test obtained an average value of 0.94 in the high effectiveness category. Based on the product test results that have been described, the digital library development product in this study was declared feasible and applicable as a digital library, and can be accessed via mobile by users, such as students, teachers, and library members of MAN 1 Bukittinggi.

Abstrak: Perpustakaan digital merupakan sebuah sistem yang memiliki layanan yang mendukung akses objek informasi secara otomasi menggunakan teknologi komputer. Dalam studi ini, peneliti bermaksud mengembangkan aplikasi perpustakaan digital berbasis SLiMS 9 bulian pada perpustakaan MAN 1 Bukittinggi, khususnya dari sisi content-nya dengan penambahan fitur e-book, serta mengubah sifat aplikasinya menjadi bersifat mobile, yang mana sebelumnya bersifat lokal (intranet). Metode dalam studi ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan, sedangkan pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan model Waterfall. Penelitian ini berhasil mengembangkan aplikasi perpustakaan digital berbasis SLiMS 9 pada perpustakaan MAN 1 Bukittinggi. Pengembangan perpustakaan digital dalam penelitian ini telah dilakukan melalui pengujian, meliputi tiga jenis uji produk, yaitu uji validitas, uji praktikalitas, dan uji efektivitas, yang setiap pengujiannya dilakukan menggunakan instrumen angket. Uji validitas produk memperoleh nilai rerata 0,88 dengan kategori Valid; uji praktikalitas produk memperoleh nilai rerata 0,90 dengan kategori Sangat Praktis; dan uji efektivitas produk memperoleh nilai rerata 0,94 dengan kategori Efektivitas Tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil uji produk yang telah diuraikan, produk pengembangan perpustakaan digital dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan layak dan dapat diterapkan sebagai perpustakaan digital, serta dapat diakses secara mobile oleh para pengguna, yaitu siswa, guru, dan anggota perpustakaan MAN 1 Bukittinggi.

Transfer pricing allows companies to shift profits across jurisdictions by manipulating the prices of intra-company transactions, while thin capitalization—the practice of using excessive debt relative to equity—enables companies to maximize interest deductions and lower taxable income. Capital intensity, defined as the ratio of capital assets to sales, also plays a crucial role, as firms with significant physical assets can benefit from tax deductions through depreciation, further reducing taxable obligations. The sample used in this study was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 23 companies that have complete financial reports and meet the specified criteria. By analyzing financial data and company reports, this research provides insights into sector-specific tax strategies and discusses the ethical implications, sustainability, and regulatory challenges associated with these practices in the consumer goods sector. The analysis shows that transfer pricing negatively and significantly affects tax avoidance, indicating that more aggressive transfer pricing practices may actually reduce tax avoidance activities. In contrast, thin capitalization and capital intensity do not show a significant impact on tax avoidance.

Dimana sumber pustaka berasal dari pencarian di google schooler, dan PubMed yang diterbitkan dalam bahasa inggris atau indonesia. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kecelakaan kerja yang dialami nelayan adalah terpeleset/jatuh, terpotong/tertusuk, tertimpa benda jatuh, dan kejadian lain seperti luka bakar/luka akibat ledakan atau tertimpa mesin kapal. dan kecelakaan tersebut menyebabkan cedera fatal dan nonfatal. Sebagian besar nelayan hanya menderita satu luka. Sementara yang lain mengalami banyak luka dalam kecelakaan tersebut. Jenis luka yang sering dialami nelayan adalah patah tulang, luka ringan, luka ekstremitas atas, keseleo, luka bakar, amputasi bahkan luka intrakranial.
