This research was conducted to test and analyze the effect of shopping lifestyle and in-store displays on impulse buying among female consumers who use and buy branded fashion products at the UNIQLO store in Makassar City. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive method. The data collection method used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis, which was processed using SPSS version 25. The results showed that shopping lifestyle had a significant effect on impulse buying and in-store displays had a significant effect on impulse buying.

n refers to an individual's psychological readiness and commitment to start a business in the future. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method by distributing questionnaires to female students as respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS program to examine the relationships among the research variables. The results indicate that social factors have the most dominant influence on financial financing preferences and entrepreneurial intentions of female students. Cultural and economic factors also show positive effects on entrepreneurial intentions, although their influence is relatively smaller than social factors. In addition, financial financing preferences also contribute to shaping students’ entrepreneurial intentions. The findings of this study are expected to contribute to the development of entrepreneurship education in higher education institutions and encourage female students to pursue entrepreneurial activities.

financial literacy and limited business capital. These conditions can affect the ability of female entrepreneurs to manage and develop their businesses sustainably. This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy and business capital on the sustainability of women-owned MSMEs in Limboto Subdistrict, Gorontalo Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with primary data obtained from questionnaires using a Likert scale. The sample collection process used the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The strata in this study consisted of 14 villages in Limboto Subdistrict, Gorontalo Regency, with a total sample of 175 respondents. The data analysis technique employed Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), operated using the AMOS 24 program. The results of the study indicate that financial literacy does not have a significant effect on business sustainability, while business capital has a positive and significant effect on business sustainability. Furthermore, financial literacy and business capital simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on business sustainability, explained by an R-square value of 94.6%, while the remaining 5.4% is contributed by other variables outside the research model.

of this research is based on the hospital’s unmet performance targets, high nursing workloads, the dominance of female employees, and the emergence of conflicts between work demands and family responsibilities that potentially increase stress and reduce job satisfaction. This research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consists of all female employees (nurses) at Permata Pamulang Hospital, with a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale and analyzed using path analysis to examine both direct and indirect relationships among variables. The results indicate that workload, multiple role conflict, and work stress have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance and acts as an intervening variable in the relationship between workload, multiple role conflict, and work stress on performance. These findings suggest that improving nurses’ performance can be achieved through proportional workload management, reducing multiple role conflicts, and controlling work stress to enhance job satisfaction. This study is expected to provide managerial insights for hospital management in formulating human resource policies that emphasize work-life balance and employee well- being.

n of perioperative pain management in a patient with appendicitis at UPT RSUD Labuang Baji Makassar. A descriptive case study design is employed using a perioperative nursing care approach covering preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases. The subject is a 44-year-old male patient diagnosed with appendicitis who undergoes appendectomy. Data are collected through interviews, observation, physical examination, and documentation, with pain assessed using the Numeric Rating Scale. Nursing interventions focus on non-pharmacological pain management, including deep breathing relaxation in the preoperative phase and Benson relaxation therapy in the postoperative phase. The results show a decrease in pain intensity and anxiety before surgery, effective control of intraoperative bleeding, and gradual reduction of postoperative pain accompanied by improved tissue integrity and patient knowledge. This case study demonstrates that appropriate non-pharmacological nursing interventions effectively support perioperative pain management and enhance patient recovery in appendicitis cases.

Although these symbols may provide women with access and acceptance in political spaces, they often limit the meaning of women’s participation by emphasizing symbolic representation rather than substantive capability and political ideas. This analysis employs a qualitative approach based on a literature review of academic studies on political representation, identity politics, patriarchy, and citizenship. The findings indicate that maternalism and the hijab reflect the persistent dominance of patriarchal culture in Indonesian politics, resulting in gender-biased forms of female citizenship. Therefore, critical awareness and deeper reflection are needed to ensure that women’s representation in politics does not remain merely symbolic but instead fosters substantive participation for a more inclusive democracy.

This study examines the effectiveness of innovative pentahelix-based collaboration as a strategy for accelerating sustainable village development in Serang Regency within the framework of the Village SDGs and the 2025-2045 RPJPD vision. The objectives of this study are (1) to analyze the forms and mechanisms of pentahelix collaboration, (2) to evaluate its impact on improving the Village Development Index and achieving Village SDGs, and (3) to formulate concrete policy recommendations for the Serang Regency Government. The benefits of this study include operational guidelines for regional policy makers, replication of the model in similar areas in Banten, and contribution to the national target of independent villages towards Indonesia Emas 2045. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative with a systematic literature review and secondary document analysis. The results show that pentahelix collaboration has succeeded in increasing the average IDM by 18.71%, reducing village poverty by 4.08%, and strengthening the circular economy. Recommendations include allocating 15% of Village Funds for digital platforms and forming a district pentahelix task force.
