ements should ensure decent work conditions. However, in reality, there is insufficient government supervision in ensuring the fulfillment of workers’ rights in accordance with Law No. 13 of 2003. The distribution of rights for female workers is also not optimally implemented. In addition, workforce skills remain a concern, as many workers only possess primary to junior secondary education. Furthermore, freelance work has become increasingly popular due to its flexibility in time and location.
Therefore, solutions are needed to address employment issues in Bengkulu Province. Data collection in this study was conducted through interviews with the Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office. Data analysis employed a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that many workers are engaged in seasonal sectors with unstable income. The Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office has implemented programs such as job fairs, vocational training and education, and occupational health and safety socialization. Generation Z is perceived as less loyal and tends to frequently change jobs, showing a strong preference for freelance work due to its flexibility. Policy development is needed to provide legal protection for workers. Recommended actions include stricter enforcement against companies violating labor rights, particularly those committing violence against female workers, conducting awareness programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection and labor protection institutions, and optimizing integrated reporting systems to accelerate the resolution of such cases.

Analisis data menggunakan uji instrumen (uji validitas, uji reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji linieritas), uji hipotesis (analisis regresi sederhana, uji parsial/uji T, uji korelasi dan uji determinasi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa game online berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMP dan SMA di desa hunuth dusun kate-kate di karenakan hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukan tingkat konsumsi Game Online (X) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Belajar (Y). Berdasarkan hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai thitung < ttabel (0,10602 < 1,70113) dengan Signifikansi (Sig) variabel Game Online (X) adalah sebesar 0,00 < probabilitas 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis diterima, Artinya terdapat pengaruh fositif yang signifikan antara variabel X (Game Online) terhadap variabel Y (Motivasi Belajar), berdasarkan uji determinasi diperoleh nilai R Square atau koefisien determinasi sebesar 617 yang dapat ditafsirkan bahwa variabel Game Online (X) memiliki pengaruh kontribusi sebesar 61,7%.

It was requested that 154 senior high school teachers from 20 different senior high schools reply to a questionnaire containing 12 items. According to the results of an independent sample t-test, male teachers have significantly stronger self-efficacy views than their female colleagues. Again, the results of a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) test reveal that there was no statistically significant difference between the means of the five groups of teacher teaching experience in terms of teacher efficacy. Teachers should take part in ongoing professional development activities to make sure they are still good at their jobs.

The results show that the role of mothers as agents of masculinity enculturation in Nias ethnic boys in Tegal Sari Mandala II Village emphasizes the instilling of masculine values through daily care that is appropriate to the context of urban life. Mothers instill the value of courage by accustoming children to dare to speak, appear, and defend the truth, while building strength through emotional control and assertiveness to be able to face pressure, develop resilience through independence, discipline, and adaptability, and teach leadership through responsibility, decision-making, and the application of traditional leadership values such as si'ulu and si'ila. The main challenges faced by mothers include the stubbornness of children, the limited role without a husband figure for single parents, and the negative influence of social media and diverse urban environments. Mothers make various efforts to overcome these obstacles by implementing a firm but loving parenting style, providing motivation when children experience failure, and involving other male family members such as uncles or church members to provide advice. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan pengawasan, penegakan hukum, serta sosialisasi untuk menjamin terpenuhinya hak-hak tenaga kerja perempuan secara merata dan konsisten.
This research discusses legal protection for female workers in Indonesia by examining aspects of employment law and the principles of gender equality. The main focus is an analysis of women's labor rights, including fair wages, occupational health and safety protection, as well as maternity leave policies, which are guaranteed in labor regulations and international instruments that Indonesia has ratified. The research results show that, although regulations support this protection, implementation in the field is still hampered by gender discrimination and a lack of company compliance with existing regulations. This research recommends increasing supervision, law enforcement and outreach to ensure the fulfillment of women's labor rights evenly and consistently.
