orrelation between students‘ interested in watching Harry Potter and the philosopher’s stone by J.K Rowling movie (X) to listening comprehension (Y). It was carried out to the class XI Science students of SMA Mutiara Palabuhanratu. In this research, a quantitative method is used with the Pearson product moment correlation study to answer the research problem. The population of this research is the students of SMA Mutiara Palabuhanratu class XI IPA for the academic year 2021/2022, totaling 30 students. The sample used is the total population. Tests and questionnaires were used to collect data. After getting the data, the researcher corrected and analyzed the test results. Data analysis using Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The results of the study indicate that the level of significance between the variables X and Y based on the results of the correlation value above rcount = 0.481 rtable (5%) (df = n-2 = 30-2 = 28) rtable = 0.374. So it is clearly stated that rcount is higher than rtable or 0.05 <0.374. The result of the correlation coefficient between the two variables is 0.481. That result indicated that there was a medium correlation between students’ interested s in watching Harry Potter movie and their listening comprehension. This statement was proved based on the result rxy was higher than the rtable (0,481 ≥ 0,374 in significant level 5%) it showed that the null hypothesis (Ho) “There is no relationship between students’ interested in watching Harry Potter movie and their listening comprehension” is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (H1), “There is a positive relationship between students’ interested in watching Harry Potter movie and their listening comprehension” is accepted.

Third, this momentum acts as a unifying medium for the extended family (tongkonan) to reinforce kinship ties. Finally, the ritual embodies sacred reverence for the ancestors. Through an anthropological lens, the continuity of this tradition proves that the Tongkonan remains the cosmic, social, and spiritual center for the people of Akung Village amid modernization.

Empirical conditions in schools indicate that junior high school students’ critical thinking skills remain relatively low because science learning is still predominantly teacher-centered and insufficiently engages students in scientific investigation activities. This study aimed to determine the relationship between science process skills and the critical thinking skills of eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri Tindaret on the topic of the human excretory system. The study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The research sample consisted of 25 students selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected using a critical thinking skills test and an observation sheet assessing science process skills. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and the Pearson Product-Moment correlation test. The findings revealed that students’ critical thinking skills obtained a mean score of 75.80, while science process skills achieved a mean score of 73.00, both categorized as fairly good to high. The correlation analysis produced a coefficient value of 0.732 with a significance level of 0.000, indicating a strong and significant positive relationship between science process skills and students’ critical thinking skills. The findings further demonstrated that students who actively engaged in observation, experimentation, data processing, and scientific communication exhibited better analytical abilities and conclusion-drawing skills. The novelty of this study lies in revealing the empirical relationship between science process skills and critical thinking skills specifically in the topic of the human excretory system at SMP Negeri Tindaret, as well as in providing recommendations for science learning based on scientific investigation to strengthen students’ higher-order thinking skills in the twenty-first century.

Although physical attendance is maintained, the apparent spiritual absence, reflected in passive behavior or the departure of congregants during crucial liturgical moments, reveals a management failure to holistically integrate liturgical, theological, and pastoral aspects. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through participatory observation and in-depth interviews to examine the role of management in designing, implementing, and evaluating worship services that facilitate meaningful spiritual engagement. The analysis confirms that weak liturgical formation, the absence of a structured participatory evaluation system, and a less dialogical pastoral approach are dominant factors contributing to low congregation participation. Worship management that is purely administrative and procedural without reinforcement of the spiritual dimension contributes to a less transformative worship atmosphere. This study recommends reforming worship management through strengthening liturgical education, innovating more participatory and contextual forms of worship, and establishing worship evaluation teams involving leadership and congregants collaboratively and sustainably. The novelty of this research lies in emphasizing worship management not merely as a technical-administrative process but as a means of dynamically and contextually shaping the congregation’s spirituality, thereby providing a conceptual contribution to developing an adaptive and transformative worship management model within the modern church environment.

Tentu saja, teknologi komputer tidak akan sedemikian besar kontribusinya bagi perkembangan manajemen pemerintahan jika peran sumber daya manusia tidak dioptimalkan. Sehubungan dengan perkembangan teknologi komputer, hingga saat ini telah terjadi perkembangan yang signifikan di beberapa daerah dalam kaitan aplikasi TI dalam Manajemen Perkantoran. Kontradiktif dengan kalimat di atas, masih banyak pula daerah perkantoran didesa yang masih belum memiliki keberanian atau itikad baik untuk mengaplikasikan TI dalam manajemen perkantoran ini dengan berbagai alasan. Abstrak : Perkebunan kelapa sawit memiliki peranan yang sangat strategis dalam pembangunan ekonomi Indonesia. Kelapa sawit ini banyak diolah menjadi minyak masak dan bahan bakar. Untuk menghasilkan produk turunan yang berkualitas dari kelapa sawit ini maka membutuhkan penanganan yang tepat dalam pemeliharaannya. Pada perkebunan kelapa sawit banyak ditemukan kasus kelapa sawit yang terserang penyakit, sehingga hal ini akan menghambat produktivitas perkebunan. Penanganan yang tidak tepat terhadap kelapa sawit yang terserang penyakit dapat mengakibatkan kerugian yang tidak sedikit. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dibuatlah sistem pakar yang berbasis android. Sistem pakar dapat mendiagnosis penyakit dengan mendeteksi gejala-gejala yang ditunjukan kelapa sawit saat terserang penyakit, sehingga pengambilan keputusan untuk penanganan selanjutnya akan lebih akurat yang akan berdampak pada hasil panen yang maksimal.

to accumulate if not processed properly. There needs to be a system for estimated drug sales in order to reduce costs in drug supply so that consumer needs are met. This study aims to analyze in order to predict drug sales at Apotek Manjur Marendal so that it can control drug stock supplies so that losses can be minimized. Drug sales data samples were taken from January 2021 to December 2021. The web-based application was successfully applied to predict drug sales. The prediction results are stable in terms of sales of ± 5000 drugs per month in 2022. Based on the calculation results, the lowest accuracy is 64% and the highest accuracy is > 90%. Data mining techniques with the trend moment method can be applied to web-based applications to predict drug sales.

Abstrak: Permintaan konsumen terhadap obat-obatan pada masa pandemi ini sangat tinggi sehingga membuat pihak apotik harus dapat mengestimasi penjualan obat untuk memenuhi permintaan konsumen. Riwayat transaksi penjualan perbulan hanya sebagai laporan yang menimbulkan data menumpuk bila tidak diolah dengan baik. Perlu adanya sebuah sistem untuk penjualan obat diestimasi agar mengurangi biaya dalam penyediaan obat sehingga terpenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa agar dapat memprediksi penjualan obat pada Apotik Manjur Marendal sehingga dapat mengendalikan persediaan stok obat dengan demikian kerugian dapat diminimalisir. Sampel data penjualan obat diambil mulai dari bulan Januari 2021 hingga Desember 2021. Aplikasi yang dibangun berbasis web berhasil diterapkan untuk memprediksi penjualan obat. Hasil prediksi stabil diangka penjualan ±5000 obat perbulan pada tahun 2022. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan mencapai akurasi terendah 64% dan akurasi tertinggi > 90%. Teknik data mining dengan metode trend moment dapat diterapkan pada aplikasi berbasis web untuk melakukan prediksi penjualan obat.
