This research is a quantitative descriptive study, the data used is secondary data in the form of a report on the realization of the Regional Planning Agency's budget for the 2018-2020 fiscal year in Kab. Majene. The analytical techniques used are analysis of spending variance, analysis of spending growth, analysis of spending efficiency, and shopping compatibility. The results of this study indicate that the results of the analysis of the expenditure variance in 2018 - 2020 expenditure performance are considered good even though in 2018 the level of budget realization is very low, which is only 22% compared to the following year. Analysis of spending growth in 2018 – 2019 increased by 362%. Meanwhile, in 2019-2020, it actually decreased by 37% percent from last year. Expenditure efficiency analysis in 2018 the level of budget efficiency is 22%, in 2019 the level of budget efficiency is 98%, and in 2020 the level of budget efficiency is 95%. Although in 2018 the level of budget efficiency is still relatively good because it does not exceed the total budget target or the level of budget efficiency is above 100%. The compatibility analysis, namely the analysis of capital expenditures on total expenditures, shows that in 2018 the level of capital expenditure was only 1%, in 2019 it was only 2% and in 2020 it was only 1%. As for the analysis of operating expenses in 2018 it was 99%, in 2019 it was 98%, and in 2020 it was 99%.

The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents with the sampling method using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data used in this study is primary data from the result of distributing questionnaires. The test method uses the Valadity and Reliability test, Classical Assumption test, and Multiple Regression Analysis with the SPSS for Windows Version 25 program. The results of this study found that the variables of Taxpayes Awareness, Tax Sanctions, Tax Knowledge and Fiscus Services have a positive and significant effect on Motor Vehicle Taxpayer Compliance in District Southeast Aceh. There were several complaints that were felt by users, namely that there was information on the option selection feature in the moving certificate service which was difficult to understand and when resetting an account they were required to come directly to the Kediri Regency Dispendukcapil office. Despite these problems, people still use SAHAJA ONLINE in submitting population documents. With the conditions in the field, it certainly affects the acceptance of SAHAJA ONLINE. The purpose of this study was to find out what factors affect the acceptance of the SAHAJA ONLINE application at the Kediri Regency Civil and Civil Registration Office using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The sample in this study were 365 SAHAJA ONLINE users. Data collected through questionnaires were analyzed using SmartPLS version 3.3.9. Based on the research results of the 10 hypotheses proposed, there are 9 accepted hypotheses. So that Information Quality, Complexity, Perceived Usefulness, Attitude Toward Using, Behavioral Intention to Use, and Actual Usage are acceptance factors of SAHAJA ONLINE.

Abstrak: Salah satu contoh penerapan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam pelayanan publik yaitu penggunaan SAHAJA ONLINE. SAHAJA ONLINE adalah aplikasi berbasis mobile yang fungsinya untuk kebutuhan layanan dokumen kependudukan Kabupaten Kediri dengan tujuan untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengurus dokumen kependudukan dan mengurai antrian di kantor Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Kediri. Ditemukan beberapa keluhan yang dirasakan oleh para pengguna yaitu terdapat informasi pada fitur pemilihan opsi dalam layanan surat keterangan pindah yang sulit dimengerti dan saat melakukan reset akun yang diharuskan datang langsung ke kantor Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Kediri. Meskipun terdapat permasalahan tersebut, masyarakat masih tetap menggunakan SAHAJA ONLINE dalam melakukan pengajuan dokumen kependudukan. Dengan adanya kondisi dilapangan tersebut tentunya berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan SAHAJA ONLINE. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi penerimaan aplikasi SAHAJA ONLINE Dispendukcapil Kabupaten Kediri menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 365 pengguna SAHAJA ONLINE. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan SmartPLS versi 3.3.9. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari 10 hipotesis yang diajukan, terdapat 9 hipotesis diterima. The MPASI heating box is made using a Peltier module with a thermoelectric working concept powered by an electric current or battery so that it can be used anywhere and anytime.

Abstrak: Pentingnya MPASI sebagai asupan pendamping bayi sudah menjadi pengetahuan umum setiap ibu menyusui. Gangguan tumbuh kembang bayi dan anak usia 12-24 bulan disebabkan rendahnya mutu MPASI karena tempat penyimpanan yang kurang bersih dan suhu yang tidak terjaga. Dengan demikian dibuatlah penelitian berupa rancang bangun box penghangat MPASI dengan tujuan agar makanan pendamping ASI dapat terjaga kualitasnya, terutama bagi wanita bekerja yang menghabiskan sebagian besar waktunya diluar rumah tanpa bersama bayi. Box penghangat MPASI menggunakan konsep kerja termoelektrik dalam bentuk modul Peltier dengan sumber tegangan arus listrik atau baterai, sehingga dapat digunakan kapanpun dan dimanapun.

Therefore, a study was made in the form of a portable refrigerator design which aims to make breastfeeding mothers able to store breast milk longer, especially for career women who spend part of their time outside the home and not with babies. The refrigerator is made using a Peltier module with a thermoelectric working concept that is powered by an electric current or a battery so that it can be taken on trips.

Abstrak: Pentingnya ASI sebagai asupan utama bayi telah menjadi pengetahuan umum bagi setiap ibu menyusui. Pemberian ASI ekslusif dianjurkan oleh pemerintah dan WHO kepada ibu menyusui sampai kurun waktu umur bayi dua tahun. Kendala utama terhambatnya pemberian ASI ekslusif kepada bayi umumnya disebabkan oleh daya tahan ASI yang singkat terhadap faktor suhu, dimana ASI hanya mampu bertahan selama kurang dari empat jam pada suhu ruangan. Oleh sebab itu dibuatlah penelitian berupa rancang bangun lemari pendingin portable yang bertujuan agar ibu menyusui dapat menyimpan ASI lebih lama, terutama bagi wanita karir yang sebagian waktunya diluar rumah dan tidak bersama bayi. Lemari pendingin dibuat menggunakan modul Peltier dengan konsep kerja termoelektrik yang ditenagai arus listrik atau baterai sehingga dapat dibawa dalam perjalanan.

However, in the process of managing the process of input, output and reporting of goods that are done manually (still using paper) are not monitored properly, often there are outgoing or incoming goods whose data is not recorded. This, in the long run, will cause large losses. The purpose of this study is to build applications that function to help provide information that makes it easy to control the process of entry and exit of goods. The system development methodology used is object-oriented system development using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The results obtained from this research are the design and construction of Inventory Information System POS (Point of Sales) in the form of Context Diagrams and UML Diagrams (Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams), with the results of black box testing conducted already in operation properly according to the needs of the retail owner.

Abstrak: Data Survei Sosial Ekonomi Nasional Badan Pusat Statistik (Susenas, BPS) 2016 menunjukkan, jumlah rata-rata pengeluaran pulsa secara nasional per bulan pada 2016 mencapai Rp 22.182 per kapita [1]. Tentu saja hal ini menjadi peluang usaha untuk para pengusaha retail counter. Namun, dalam proses pengelolaannya proses input, output dan pelaporan barang yang dilakukan secara manual (masih menggunakan kertas) tidak termonitoring dengan baik, seringkali terjadi adanya barang keluar ataupun barang masuk yang tidak tercatat datanya. Hal ini dalam jangka panjang akan menimbulkan kerugian yang besar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun aplikasi yang berfungsi dalam membantu memberikan informasi yang memudahkan dalam pengontrolan proses keluar masuknya barang. Metodologi pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah pengembangan sistem berorientasi objek menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML). Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah perancangan dan pembangunan Sistem Informasi Inventory P.O.S (Point of Sales) berupa Diagram Konteks dan UML Diagram (Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram, dan Sequence Diagram), dengan hasil pengujian black box yang dilakukan telah beroperasi dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan owner retail.
