This research report investigates the strategic implementation of human resource development programs at NJS Alumunium, focusing on the dual-pathway integration of technical competence (hard skills) and interpersonal proficiencies (soft skills). Utilizing the SERVQUAL framework as a primary evaluative tool, the analysis explores how specific technical abilities, such as CNC machining, precision welding, and CAD design, intersect with soft skills like emotional intelligence, communication, and proactive problem-solving to drive customer satisfaction. The study synthesizes data from contemporary Indonesian industrial policies, including "Making Indonesia 4.0," and academic frameworks such as Workplace Learning (WPL) and Total Quality Management (TQM). Findings indicate that while technical mastery is a prerequisite for entry into the high-end aluminum market, soft skills serve as the critical differentiator in fostering customer loyalty and bridging the gap between expectation and perception. The report further details the role of management information systems, the impact of local cultural paternalism in leadership, and the emergence of green capabilities as essential components of a modern competency strategy. The proposed developmental model advocates for a continuous, mentored, and digitally-enabled training ecosystem that aligns organizational capabilities with the sophisticated demands of both domestic and international consumers.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual, menggunakan bahan hukum primer dan sekunder yang dianalisis secara kualitatif melalui penalaran deduktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Terms and Conditions tersebut secara fungsional memenuhi asas proporsionalitas pada fase pra-kontraktual, pembentukan, dan pelaksanaan kontrak karena terdapat korelasi rasional antara pembatasan dan manfaat ekonomi yang diterima mitra. Namun, dominasi struktural platform dan belum optimalnya mekanisme keberatan menunjukkan perlunya penguatan jaminan fairness prosedural. Secara teoritis, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa asas proporsionalitas berfungsi sebagai instrumen korektif terhadap kebebasan berkontrak dalam relasi platform digital.

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan anggota PKK dalam mengelola data digital melalui pelatihan pembuatan bank data berbasis Google Drive. Kegiatan melibatkan 20 anggota PKK RW 01 Cibubur denga metode pendidikan masyarakat, pelatihan, konsultasi, dan pendampingan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, penyampaian materi, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, serta evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi peserta pada seluruh indikator yang diukur. Pemahaman tentang manajemen data digital meningkat dari 34% menjadi 93%, kemampuan membuat struktur folder dan bank data digital meningkat dari 21% menjadi 93%, kemampuan mengunggah dan mengelola dokumen meningkat dari 21% menjadi 93%, serta kemampuan mengatur hak akses dan berbagi dokumen meningkat dari 18% menjadi 90%. Selain itu, kegiatan ini berhasil menghasilkan satu sistem bank data digital terpusat yang terdiri atas enam kategori arsip utama. Tingkat kepuasan peserta mencapai 93%, menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan sesuai dengan kebutuhan mitra dan efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi digital serta kualitas tata kelola organisasi.

Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap 30 artikel jurnal internasional terindeks Scopus, IEEE Xplore, dan ScienceDirect dalam rentang tahun 2020–2025. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa Machine Learning banyak diterapkan pada empat domain utama: predictive maintenance, process optimization, quality control, serta intelligent automation. Algoritma yang dominan digunakan meliputi supervised learning dan deep reinforcement learning, yang terbukti mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional hingga 35%. Namun demikian, isu terkait interpretabilitas model, keterbatasan data industri, serta integrasi manusia–AI masih menjadi tantangan utama. Studi ini mengusulkan kerangka konseptual AI–Driven Manufacturing Framework sebagai panduan pengembangan sistem manufaktur cerdas yang adaptif, transparan, dan berkelanjutan menuju era Industry 5.0.

This study aims to analyze the primary factors influencing consumer protection in live commerce settings by examining five core variables: product transparency, platform accountability, perceived risk, consumer trust, and digital literacy. Utilizing a qualitative exploratory approach, this research conducted a comprehensive literature review of 77 international journal articles published between 2020 and 2024. The findings indicate that product transparency and platform accountability are fundamental to enhancing consumer trust and reducing perceived risks, whereas digital literacy acts as a moderating factor that empowers consumers to make informed decisions. The study proposes a conceptual framework that integrates behavioral and regulatory dimensions, offering both theoretical insights and practical implications for improving consumer protection in fast paced, interactive digital marketplaces.
