This study aims to examine the problems and roots of problems that cause risk potential for the risk of postal network components, especially in the manpower component (driver), and know how high the impact of the risk. The research method used in this study is qualitative and semi-quantitative methods by conducting case studies. Data collection was carried out by interview/FGD, and the distribution of questionnaires. The results showed that the risk of manpower is at high and very high levels. The results of the study will provide recommendations to the manpower component (driver) in the form of risk mitigation and can be used by companies in managing operational risk on postal networks, especially in the manpower component (driver).

Abstrak: PT. Pos Logistik Indonesia memiliki kerjasama dalam bidang Jaringan Postal, yaitu kerjasama dalam mengirimkan barang atau kiriman pada waktu tertentu, jumlah tertentu dari satu titik ke titik lain sesuai dengan surat perintah dari mitra. Komponen pada jaringan Postal meliputi: Man Power, Kendaraan, Pengendalian Operasional Postal, dan Biaya Operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji permasalahan dan akar masalah yang menimbulkan potensi kejadian risiko pada komponen Jaringan Postal khususnya pada komponen manpower (driver) dan mengetahui seberapa tinggi dampak risikonya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dan semi kuantitatif dengan melakukan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara/FGD, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa risiko pada manpower berada pada level high dan very high. Hasil penelitian akan memberikan rekomendasi terhadap komponen manpower (driver) berupa mitigasi risiko dan dapat digunakan perusahaan dalam pengelolaan risiko operasional pada jaringan Postal khususnya pada komponen manpower (driver).

Abstrak: Spesifikasi dan variasi harga yang beragam dari sebuah laptop membuat calon pembeli menjadi kebingungan dan ragu dalam memutuskan jenis atau tipe laptop mana yang akan dibeli. Teknologi informasi beserta dengan perkembangan teknologinya dapat menghasilkan suatu system untuk membantu memberikan alternative keputusan untuk suatu permasalahan pengambilan keputusan. Pengembangan sistem yang dapat memilih laptop yang tepat dari beberapa alternatif yang ditawarkan merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Ada 5 parameter yang digunakan dalam menentukan prioritas alternatif laptop, yaitu hard disk drive, RAM, prosesor, sistem operasi dan harga. Laptop yang ditawarkan sebagai alternatif juga sebanyak 5 jenis. Metode yang digunakan padaMulti Attribute Decision Making (MADM) adalah kombinasi dari 2 metode, yaitu metode SAW dan TOPSIS. Metode SAW digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan proses pembobotan parameter dan metode TOPSIS spesifik untuk menyelesaikan proses perangkingan alternatif. Metode hybrid ini dapat menghasilkan suatu proses MADM yang lebih tepat karena menggunakan dua metode yang masing-masing mempunyai karakteristik sesuai dengan proses yang dilakukannya.

Abstrak: Robot merupakan seperangkat alat mekanik atau berbentuk kendaraan yang bisa melakukan tugas fisik, baik dengan pengawasan dan kontrol manusia, berupa program yang telah didefisinikan terlebih dahulu. Mobil robot yang dirancang peneliti, menggunakan dua perintah untuk melakukan tugas fisik. Pertama menggunakan perintah dari google voice, yaitu perintah dengan suara, dan yang kedua menggunakan perintah menggunakan tombol button android, sehingga akses untuk memerinta robot dapat dilakukan oleh siapa saja dan dimana saja. Sistem kerja dari rancangan mobil robot yang dirancang, ketika mobil robot memberi perintah, maka perintah tersebut akan disandingkan atau dibandingkan, dan ketika data yang dibandingkan sesuai dengan data yang dicontroller, maka sistem akan berjalan sesuai dengan data atau perintah tadi. Untuk setiap modul, menggunakan tegangan 5V, sedangkan untuk motor DC, menggunakan tegangan eksternal sebesar 7.4 VDC.

and long-term sustainability challenges. This article presents a systematic literature review examining tourism as an alternative sector for regional economic transformation in Kutai Kartanegara. Drawing on 15 peer-reviewed studies from 2016–2024, the review synthesizes evidence on: (1) the role of tourism-led growth and its multiplier effects on local economies; (2) community-based tourism (CBT) as an inclusive development model; (3) structural transformation theory as a framework for economic diversification; and (4) the specific potentials and constraints facing tourism development in resource-dependent regions. The review finds that tourism exhibits significant forward and backward economic linkages, stimulates SME growth and creative economy, and can meaningfully reduce reliance on extractive industries. Key barriers include infrastructure gaps, limited human resource capacity, and suboptimal governance coordination. The findings provide a theoretical and empirical foundation for the ongoing field research into tourism's transformative role in Kutai Kartanegara's regional economy.

The study uses a quantitative, cross-sectional approach, collecting data from 200 employees in technology-based organizations and analyzing the data with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Results show that APA significantly enhances both procedural fairness and employee trust, with PPF playing a partial mediating role in this relationship. These findings underscore the importance of transparency, procedural legitimacy, and avenues for employee voice in cultivating trust in algorithmic systems. The study’s theoretical contribution lies in its integration of multiple perspectives on trust and fairness within algorithmic HR management. The practical implication calls for the careful design and implementation of APA systems that employees perceive as fair and trustworthy. Future research should investigate these relationships in longitudinal and multi-contextual settings to deepen the understanding of trust dynamics in evolving AI-mediated work environments.

This study aims to analyze the implications of technological development for constitutional law and propose the concept of a digital constitution as an adaptive framework in the AI era. This study employs a normative legal method, using both conceptual and statutory approaches. Legal materials consist of primary, secondary, and tertiary sources, which are analyzed qualitatively and descriptively. The findings reveal that, while digital transformation enhances governmental efficiency and public transparency, it also generates serious risks, including data misuse, digital surveillance, and political disinformation. These dynamics demand a reinterpretation of constitutional norms to protect citizens' digital rights in cyberspace. The concept of a digital constitution is proposed as a normative response that integrates digital rights into constitutional rights and reaffirms the principle of the rule of law within technological governance. To achieve a democratic and just constitutional order, it is crucial to strengthen regulatory frameworks, ensure algorithmic accountability, and foster collaboration among state institutions, civil society, and the private sector. Ultimately, constitutional law must evolve into an adaptive, transparent, and fair system that can address the profound challenges of the digital and AI-driven era.

secara mendalam bagaimana emosi dan belajar sosial memengaruhi proses pembelajaran di sekolah dasar melalui perspektif neuropedagogik dan brain‑based learning. A mixed methods approach was used by combining quantitative analysis (meta-analysis of 173 respondents and 47 indicators of NP, EC, OB, MS, BS) and descriptive qualitative analysis using thematic analysis techniques on semi-structured interviews with five elementary school teachers. The meta-analysis results showed a very strong average effect of the latent construct relationship (t(128) = 12.92; p < 0.001; r ≈ 1.00) with almost zero heterogeneity (Qₑ(128) = 1.67; τ² = 0; I² = 0%), and no significant moderating effects were found for all indicators; the partial meta-regression coefficients for all items were very close to zero and the R² value was 0.000. Qualitatively, three main themes emerged: (1) positive emotions as the foundation of learning readiness, (2) social interaction as a reinforcement of meaning formation, and (3) contextual learning that integrates cognitive, emotional, and social dimensions. Although most teachers have not yet mastered the concepts of neuropedagogy and brain-based learning theoretically, they have intuitively implemented its principles through motivation, praise, humor, group work, collaborative projects, and learning experiences relevant to students' real lives. These findings support the latest theory that places emotions and social interactions as the main drivers of brain function in learning (Immordino Yang, 2016; Tyng et al., 2017; Vygotsky, 1978; Jensen, 2008), and emphasizes the importance of strengthening teachers' competence in understanding and designing brain- and emotion-based learning to support the holistic development of elementary school students.

Grounded in framing theory, narrative theory, and social capital theory, the research explores how volunteers construct persuasive anti-drug messages through culturally rooted storytelling, emotional framing, and symbolic communication. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were gathered through interviews, focus groups, observations, and campaign materials with 18 youth volunteers. The findings reveal that volunteers effectively used personal experiences and local narratives to foster trust and collective identity, transforming individual challenges into shared stories of hope and resistance. Emotional strategies, such as gain-framed and fear-based appeals, were deliberately crafted to trigger empathy and promote behavioral change. Volunteers also capitalized on their deep integration within community networks to enhance message credibility and reach, cultivating both bonding and bridging social capital. The study challenges top-down approaches in health campaigns, illustrating the power of peer-led, culturally resonant communication. It contributes a layered communication model for grassroots health advocacy and underscores the transformative impact of narrative-driven volunteer engagement. The study recommends integrating cultural framing in training programs and exploring digital channels to scale grassroots messaging in future research.

However, the Internal Stakeholder Satisfaction Index for assurance services in the Construction, Generation, and New Renewable Energy Audit Division (AKP) fell short of its targets in 2023 and 2024. This study aims to analyze the impact of audit service quality—comprising tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy—on auditee satisfaction. Using a quantitative approach with PLS-SEM and Importance–Performance Map Analysis (IPMA), data were collected from AKP Division auditees in 2024. The results show that all dimensions of audit service quality positively and significantly influence satisfaction, with responsiveness and empathy being the most dominant factors. The findings offer practical insights for SPI PLN in prioritizing service improvements based on user perceptions and provide theoretical support for the SERVQUAL model as a key psychological mechanism in fostering satisfaction within trust-based professional services
