lah satu merek lokal dengan jaringan lebih dari seratus empat puluh gerai di berbagai wilayah Indonesia, menghadapi tantangan dalam menjaga konsistensi mutu produk dan pelayanan, sebagaimana tercermin dari sejumlah keluhan pelanggan terkait cita rasa yang tidak stabil serta proses pelayanan yang berlangsung lambat, khususnya pada gerai Sukamaju, Depok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, pada objek tersebut. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan desain survei, sedangkan data primer dihimpun melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada sembilan puluh delapan responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data yang terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis dengan bantuan perangkat lunak statistik SPSS versi dua puluh lima, meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, serta uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, demikian pula kualitas pelayanan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel tersebut terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dengan kontribusi gabungan sebesar 62,6 persen terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian ini.

The results of the study show that this approach can enhance motivation, creativity, and critical thinking skills in students through interactive learning methods such as discussions, debates, and practical work. Furthermore, the humanistic approach also has a positive impact on students' mental well-being by creating an emotionally safe classroom atmosphere, reducing stress, and anxiety. Students feel more valued and supported in their personal development. However, challenges arise when educators fail to provide clear explanations or adequate guidance before assigning tasks or homework, which can increase pressure on students. In conclusion, this study emphasizes that the humanistic approach is essential in creating a meaningful learning experience, which not only focuses on academic achievement but also on character development and psychological well-being. Therefore, the application of humanistic principles in higher education is key to creating a more relevant, holistic education that supports the balance between academic achievement and personal development.

This phenomenon generates a distortion of spirituality, as religious identity is constructed upon social recognition, thereby hindering spiritual-psychological well-being and displacing the longing for divine love. The research problem focuses on how subclinical narcissism operates as a psycho-spiritual disorder within the context of worship and how faith community engagement moderates this dynamic. Employing an integrative conceptual analysis and critical engagement with the psychology of religion literature, including the typology of grandiose and vulnerable narcissism, this study finds that performance-based community cultures intensify narcissistic tendencies through symbolic competition and religious self-imaging, whereas inclusive and transformational communities function as corrective spaces that reorient the existential framework of congregants. The study concludes that restoration cannot be achieved merely through behavioral modification or the intensification of religious activities, but through a reorientation of worship that restores the True Self in relationship with Christ as the authentic source of self-worth. The novelty of this research lies in its conceptualization of subclinical narcissism as a form of worship disorder and in its emphasis on the role of faith community as a moderating variable within holistic spiritual therapy, thereby offering both theoretical and pastoral contributions to contemporary churches facing the challenges of performative spirituality.

Hasil penelitian menemukan enam morfotipe jamur, yaitu Leucocoprinus sp., Clavulina sp., Marasmius sp. (dua morfotipe), Mycena sp., dan Coltricia sp. Variasi morfologi meliputi bentuk, warna, tekstur tudung, karakteristik stipe, dan tipe himenofor sebagai bentuk adaptasi terhadap mikrohabitat serasah daun. Penelitian ini menyediakan data dasar keanekaragaman jamur lokal serta menunjukkan potensi biodiversitas jamur di kawasan hutan kampus.
Macroscopic fungi play an important role as decomposers in forest ecosystems, yet information on their morphology in campus forests remains limited. This study aimed to identify and describe the morphological characteristics of macroscopic fungi growing on leaf litter in the forest area of UIN Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. A descriptive exploratory method with a qualitative approach and purposive sampling was employed. Six fungal morphotypes were identified: Leucocoprinus sp., Clavulina sp., Marasmius sp. (two morphotypes), Mycena sp., and Coltricia sp. Morphological variations included cap shape, color, texture, stipe characteristics, and hymenophore type, reflecting adaptation to leaf litter microhabitats. The findings provide baseline data on local fungal biodiversity and demonstrate the biodiversity potential of the campus forest.

gn direct investment (FDI) and political stability (PS) on economic growth in member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). The study utilizes panel data from 30 OIC member countries over the period 2005–2023, sourced from the World Bank’s World Development Indicators (WDI). The analytical method employed is panel data regression using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) to control for individual heterogeneity across countries, as well as Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) to test the moderating role of PS in the relationship between FDI and economic growth. The estimation results show that both TO and FDI have a positive and significant impact on economic growth. However, the interaction between FDI and PS exhibits a negative and significant effect, which contradicts conventional theoretical expectations that political stability should enhance the positive impact of FDI. These findings suggest that in several OIC countries, despite relatively low political stability, FDI continues to flow in response to economic opportunities, strategic interests, or domestic market appeal. In other words, political instability does not always serve as a major barrier to foreign investment, especially when the economic potential remains high. Moreover, FDI under such conditions may serve as an important instrument to strengthen international economic cooperation, expand production capacity, and drive long-term economic growth. These findings provide strategic implications for the formulation of investment and institutional stability policies in OIC countries.

The validity test of the instrument is used to assess whether the instrument can accurately disclose the data of the variable being studied. The validity of the content and construct was assessed through expert assessment by three validators, consisting of two IT lecturers and one Informatics teacher, to evaluate the suitability of the questionnaire about learning interests and learning disciplines. The data from this research includes information about students of SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak class XA, XB, XC, XD, XE, XF, XG, XH, XI which amounted to 322 students who had previously been observed, this was done to find out the problems at SMA Negeri 8 Pontianak before a study was conducted. The research carried out included one bound variable, namely Learning Outcome (Y), and two independent variables, namely Learning Interest (X1) and Learning Discipline (X2) Variable Data for X1 and X2 was obtained from a questionnaire with a likert scale answer model of 4 (four) alternative answers that were distributed according to the sample needs to 167 students who were the research sample.

harvest season, causing difficulties for farmers in processing ripe fruit. Therefore, technology is needed to enhance shelf life and create innovative products using Mango Gadung Clonal 21 (Mangifera indica L.) as the base ingredient, with the addition of antioxidants from red dragon fruit peel. The aim of this research is to assess the physicochemical and organoleptic characteristics and identify the best combination of adding dextrin and red dragon fruit peel to Mango Gadung Clonal 21 (Mangifera indica L.) powder. This study employed a randomized block design with two main factors: the addition of red dragon fruit peel extract (M) with 2 levels (15 grams and 20 grams) and the addition of dextrin (D) with 3 levels (15 grams, 20 grams, and 25 grams). The study was repeated three times, resulting in a total of 18 treatments. Analysis encompassed antioxidant activity, water content, solubility, as well as organoleptic evaluations of color, aroma, taste, and texture. The best results were observed in the M1D3 treatment (15 grams of red dragon fruit peel and 25 grams of dextrin), with an antioxidant activity of 58.96 mg/ml, water content of 9.15%, solubility of 79.31%, color rating of 3.56 (liked), taste rating of 3.8 (liked), aroma rating of 3.04 (somewhat liked), and texture rating of 3.76 (liked).
