al and unstructured production processes. The proposed solutions included the digitalization of transaction and stock recording through a web-based system, the preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for production, and digital literacy training. The implementation method consisted of planning, training, mentoring, and evaluation, involving lecturers and students. The results showed that the program targets were achieved: 100% of transactions and stock were recorded digitally, production capacity increased by at least 50%, production cycle time was reduced by 30%, and there were indications of increased revenue and partner satisfaction. This program not only improved business efficiency and product quality consistency but also created a social impact by enhancing the digital literacy of the partner. Furthermore, the program contributes to the achievement of the SDGs (Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth) and university performance indicators. In the future, the developed system is recommended to be integrated with e-commerce platforms to expand market access.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan untuk memberdayakan UMKM parfum laundry Dazry Harapan di Kota Jambi. Mitra menghadapi dua permasalahan utama, yaitu manajemen usaha yang masih manual dan proses produksi yang belum terstruktur. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah digitalisasi pencatatan transaksi dan stok berbasis web, penyusunan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) produksi, serta pelatihan literasi digital. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi perencanaan, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi dengan melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan tercapainya target program, yakni 100% pencatatan transaksi dan stok dilakukan secara digital, peningkatan kapasitas produksi minimal 50%, penurunan waktu siklus produksi sebesar 30%, serta adanya indikasi peningkatan omzet dan kepuasan mitra. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi usaha dan konsistensi kualitas produk, tetapi juga memberikan dampak sosial berupa peningkatan literasi digital mitra. Selain itu, program ini berkontribusi pada pencapaian SDGs (Tujuan 8: Pekerjaan Layak dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi) dan IKU perguruan tinggi. Ke depan, sistem digital ini direkomendasikan untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut melalui integrasi dengan e-commerce guna memperluas akses pasar.

on of the Business Intelligence (BI) concept to improve the effectiveness of business management. The program is implemented in the form of training and technical assistance, which includes a basic understanding of BI, the use of simple accounting applications, digital marketing strategies, and data analysis and visualization techniques. This activity involves MSME actors directly in practice and simulations based on case studies of their respective businesses. Through a participatory and application approach, participants are equipped with the skills to record transactions digitally, monitor business performance, and make data-based decisions. Evaluation is carried out through pre-tests and post-tests, interviews, and observations, where the results show an increase in participants' digital literacy of up to 70% and technical skills of up to 60%. As many as 65% of participants have also implemented BI in daily business processes. This program is expected to be an effective collaborative model in encouraging the sustainable digital transformation of village MSMEs towards increasing competitiveness in the digital economy era.

Abstrak: UMKM memiliki kontribusi besar terhadap perekonomian nasional, namun pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di sektor ini masih rendah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan UMKM di Desa Silo Baru melalui penerapan konsep Business Intelligence (BI) guna meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen usaha. Program dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan teknis, yang mencakup pemahaman dasar BI, penggunaan aplikasi akuntansi sederhana, strategi pemasaran digital, serta teknik analisis dan visualisasi data. Kegiatan ini melibatkan pelaku UMKM secara langsung dalam praktik dan simulasi berbasis studi kasus usaha masing-masing. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan aplikatif, peserta dibekali keterampilan untuk mencatat transaksi secara digital, memantau kinerja usaha, serta mengambil keputusan berbasis data. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test, wawancara, serta observasi, dimana hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan literasi digital peserta hingga 70% dan keterampilan teknis hingga 60%. Sebanyak 65% peserta juga telah mengimplementasikan BI dalam proses bisnis sehari-hari. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model kolaboratif yang efektif dalam mendorong transformasi digital UMKM desa secara berkelanjutan menuju peningkatan daya saing di era ekonomi digital.

To overcome this problem, it is necessary to implement Internet of Things (IoT) technology integrated with an Android application. This technology allows monitoring of pond conditions such as water temperature and pH automatically, as well as periodic fish feeding settings. This community service aims to build IoT-based automatic monitoring tools and systems, as well as provide training and mentoring to members of the Jabal Farm Taruna Tani Group in using IoT technology for fish pond management. The implementation method in this activity uses a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach that emphasizes active community participation in all stages of the activity, from problem identification to evaluation and follow-up. With IoT technology, it is expected that fish pond management patterns will become more modern and efficient. This technology can help improve fish farming performance, reduce risks, and facilitate management, thus having a positive impact on the productivity and welfare of farmers.

Abstrak: Kelompok Taruna Tani Jabal Farm Milenial berada di Kota Kefamenanu, dengan fokus pada budidaya ikan air tawar dan pertanian. Sistem budidaya ikan yang masih konvensional menghadapi tantangan dalam hal pemantauan kondisi kolam dan pemberian pakan yang efisien. Salah satu masalah utama yang dihadapi kelompok ini adalah kesulitan dalam menjaga suhu dan kualitas air yang optimal serta pengelolaan pemberian pakan secara manual. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diperlukan implementasi teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) yang terintegrasi dengan aplikasi Android. Teknologi ini memungkinkan pemantauan kondisi kolam seperti suhu dan pH air secara otomatis, serta pengaturan pemberian pakan ikan secara berkala. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membangun alat dan sistem pemantauan otomatis berbasis IoT, serta memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada anggota Kelompok Taruna Tani Jabal Farm dalam menggunakan teknologi IoT untuk manajemen kolam ikan. Metode pelaksanaan dalam kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) yang menekankan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam seluruh tahapan kegiatan, mulai dari identifikasi masalah hingga evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Dengan adanya teknologi IoT, diharapkan pola pengelolaan kolam ikan akan menjadi lebih modern dan efisien. Teknologi ini dapat membantu meningkatkan performa budidaya ikan, mengurangi risiko, dan memudahkan manajemen, sehingga memberikan dampak positif terhadap produktivitas dan kesejahteraan petani.

The results of this research are that the effect of the effectiveness of digitalization implementation on employee performance has a very positive influence on employee performance, where the implementation of digitalization is obtained through training carried out by management. Likewise, with the role of administrative digitization in warehouse reception management, managers create barcodes on each product to make it easier to record incoming and outgoing goods at the warehouse.

Tujuan utama dari digitalisasi adalah untuk mengatasi tantangan-tantangan ini dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja karyawan serta mengoptimalkan berbagai proses bisnis, sehingga perusahaan dapat beroperasi dengan lebih efisien dan akurat. The expected result in this service is the creation of effective madrasah self-evaluation management in the process of implementing madrasah self-evaluation which is carried out annually so that it can provide relevant information to madrasah residents and policymakers about the achievement of madrasah quality according to national education standards. Therefore, the faculty of economics and business, Pekalongan University carries out scientific writing and publication training as well as utilizing the SINTA account to improve lecturer performance. The training was carried out in four stages, namely the initial survey stage, the training material socialization stage, the writing practice stage and utilizing the SINTA account, and the activity evaluation stage. The survey results showed that there was an increase in the percentage of participants who understood the systematics of writing in the SINTA journal from 57% before the training to 91% of the total. Meanwhile, the percentage of participants who were able to utilize the SINTA account also increased from 44% before the training was carried out to 82% after the training was carried out.

To overcome this problem, it is necessary to implement Internet of Things (IoT) technology integrated with Android applications. This technology allows automatic and periodic monitoring of cage temperature and ammonia gas levels. Farmers can access information via the Android app and take necessary action if significant changes occur. This community service aims to build tools and systems for automatic temperature control and IoT-based ammonia levels integrated with Android, as well as introducing technology and providing training and assistance to the Unggas Jaya farmer group regarding IoT technology in chicken coop management. With the existence of IoT technology, it is hoped that the behavior patterns of farmers will change to become more modern and efficient. This technology can help improve poultry farming performance, reduce risks, and provide convenience in cage management so that it will bring positive changes to the productivity and welfare of farmers.

Maka Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan tentang penggunaan dan eksploitasi fitur-fitur dari aplikasi evaluasi kinerja guru atas peringkat kinerja guru pada supervisi pembelajaran. Hal ini bertujuan agar kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa di SMK PPM Shadr El-Islam dapat memahami sistem peringkat guru yang objektif, yang pada gilirannya akan memudahkan pengambilan keputusan yang efektif. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah deskripsi dan praktik. Pemateri akan memberikan penjelasan tentang fitur-fitur Aplikasi Evaluasi Kinerja Guru dalam Supervisi Pembelajaran, dan selanjutnya melibatkan peserta dalam praktik langsung. Abstrak: Persaingan di dunia bisnis saat ini semakin ketat, sehingga menyebabkan semakin meningkatnya persaingan para pelaku usaha di era pasar yang sangat terbuka saat ini. Kegiatan dan usaha yang dilakukan harus bisa memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi dan memiliki kreativitas untuk menarik perhatian konsumen. UMKM ARI TEMPE adalah salah satu UMKM yang berada di Desa Serdang, Kecamatan Meranti, Kabupaten Asahan yang memproduksi bidang pangan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM ini adalah proses produksi yang masih sangat minim sekali, dan cara pemasaran produk masih memgunakan sistem rumah ke rumah. Pemecahan masalah yang diberikan dari program pengabdian ini adalah menawarkan pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan produksi, pemberian bantuan alat dan barang yang dapat memaksimalkan produksi, dan pelatihan pemasaran. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah melalui Pendidikan Masyarakat, kegiatan inti berupa pelatihan, dan pendampingan serta evaluasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan produksi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan melalui peningkatakn kualitas produksi dan pemasaran. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terjadi transfer pengetahuan khususnya tentang cara meningkatkan kualitas produksi dan pemasaran dengan hasil tes yang menunjukkan peningkatan. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif khususnya memperbaiki kinerja di UMKM Ari Tempe sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dari produk yang dihasilkan serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.
