This program provides a solution through a learning approach that combines theoretical instruction, hands-on practice, and case studies aligned with industry demands. The activities include preparation of training materials, implementation of training across four main sessions, and a final evaluation through both theoretical and practical examinations. The expected outcomes of this program include improved student competencies, the development of training modules, certificates of participation, and comprehensive documentation for evaluation and publication purposes. Through this program, it is expected that TKJ vocational students will be better prepared to enter the workforce and possess skills that are relevant to current advancements in computer networking technology.

Abstrak: Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi siswa dalam memahami konsep dasar jaringan komputer serta menguasai keterampilan instalasi dan konfigurasi jaringan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi siswa adalah keterbatasan sumber belajar, kurangnya pelatihan berbasis praktik, dan minimnya akses terhadap perangkat jaringan yang memadai, yang mengakibatkan rendahnya kesiapan mereka dalam memasuki dunia industri. Kegiatan ini menawarkan solusi melalui pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis teori, praktik langsung, dan studi kasus yang relevan dengan kebutuhan industri. Kegiatan ini mencakup persiapan materi, pelaksanaan pelatihan dalam empat sesi utama, serta evaluasi akhir melalui ujian teori dan praktik. Luaran yang diharapkan dari program ini meliputi peningkatan kompetensi siswa, pembuatan modul pelatihan, sertifikat serta dokumentasi kegiatan sebagai bahan evaluasi dan publikasi. on of the Business Intelligence (BI) concept to improve the effectiveness of business management. The program is implemented in the form of training and technical assistance, which includes a basic understanding of BI, the use of simple accounting applications, digital marketing strategies, and data analysis and visualization techniques. This activity involves MSME actors directly in practice and simulations based on case studies of their respective businesses. Through a participatory and application approach, participants are equipped with the skills to record transactions digitally, monitor business performance, and make data-based decisions. Evaluation is carried out through pre-tests and post-tests, interviews, and observations, where the results show an increase in participants' digital literacy of up to 70% and technical skills of up to 60%. As many as 65% of participants have also implemented BI in daily business processes. This program is expected to be an effective collaborative model in encouraging the sustainable digital transformation of village MSMEs towards increasing competitiveness in the digital economy era.

Abstrak: UMKM memiliki kontribusi besar terhadap perekonomian nasional, namun pemanfaatan teknologi informasi di sektor ini masih rendah. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan UMKM di Desa Silo Baru melalui penerapan konsep Business Intelligence (BI) guna meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen usaha. Program dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan teknis, yang mencakup pemahaman dasar BI, penggunaan aplikasi akuntansi sederhana, strategi pemasaran digital, serta teknik analisis dan visualisasi data. Kegiatan ini melibatkan pelaku UMKM secara langsung dalam praktik dan simulasi berbasis studi kasus usaha masing-masing. Melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan aplikatif, peserta dibekali keterampilan untuk mencatat transaksi secara digital, memantau kinerja usaha, serta mengambil keputusan berbasis data. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test, wawancara, serta observasi, dimana hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan literasi digital peserta hingga 70% dan keterampilan teknis hingga 60%. Sebanyak 65% peserta juga telah mengimplementasikan BI dalam proses bisnis sehari-hari. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model kolaboratif yang efektif dalam mendorong transformasi digital UMKM desa secara berkelanjutan menuju peningkatan daya saing di era ekonomi digital.

simulation of traffic dynamics. However, its utilization has not been optimal among consultants, including PT HAGEN AMERSA VETA, due to limited knowledge. This community service aims to raise the competence of PT HAGEN AMERSA VETA staff through VISSIM training. The method uses blended learning, combining theory, case studies, and hands-on practice. The evaluation was conducted through pretest and post-test. The pretest results showed an average score of 56.18, reflecting limited basic understanding. After the training, the post-test score increased significantly to 84.79, demonstrating an understanding of the concept to practical application of VISSIM. The training proved to significantly improve consultant competency, benefiting participants while improving the quality of the company's services in transportation projects.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi dalam perencanaan transportasi membuka peluang besar bagi konsultan untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi analisis lalu lintas. Salah satu alat penting adalah software VISSIM, yang memungkinkan simulasi dinamika lalu lintas secara realistis. Namun, pemanfaatannya belum optimal di kalangan konsultan, termasuk PT HAGEN AMERSA VETA, karena keterbatasan pengetahuan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi staf PT HAGEN AMERSA VETA melalui pelatihan VISSIM. Metodenya menggunakan blended learning, menggabungkan teori, studi kasus, dan praktik langsung. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pretest dan post-test. Hasil pretest menunjukkan rata-rata skor 56,18, mencerminkan pemahaman dasar yang terbatas. Setelah pelatihan, skor post-test meningkat signifikan menjadi 84,79, menunjukkan pemahaman konsep hingga aplikasi praktis VISSIM. Pelatihan ini terbukti meningkatkan kompetensi konsultan secara signifikan, memberikan manfaat bagi peserta sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas layanan perusahaan dalam proyek transportasi.

The methods used include focused group discussions (FGD), education, peer group formation, role play, mentoring, and evaluation. The results show an increase in self-concept understanding, the formation of an active and supportive peer group, improvement in self-management skills, increased self-confidence, the development of peer group modules or guides, and the establishment of sustainable partnerships. Pre-test to post-test scores increased by an average of 1.4 points. Peer groups are effective in creating a safe environment and strengthening positive interactions between adolescents. This intervention has a positive impact on the psychosocial aspect and has the potential to be replicated in other orphanages as a form of promotive and preventive mental health. Cross-sectoral support, such as caregivers, educators, and health workers, is needed for sustainable programs and optimal results.

Abstrak: Remaja putri di panti asuhan sering mengalami tantangan psikososial, seperti rendahnya konsep diri dan pengalaman bullying, yang memengaruhi kesejahteraan emosional dan sosial mereka. Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan konsep diri melalui pendekatan peer group sebagai strategi manajemen diri terhadap dampak bullying. Metode yang digunakan meliputi diskusi kelompok terfokus (FGD), edukasi, pembentukan kelompok sebaya, role play, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasil capaian menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman konsep diri, terbentuknya peer group yang aktif dan suportif, peningkatan kemampuan manajemen diri, peningkatan rasa percaya diri, tersusunnya modul atau panduan peer group dan terjalinnya kemitraan berkelanjutan. Skor pre-test ke post-test naik rata-rata 1,4 poin. Peer group terbukti efektif menciptakan lingkungan aman dan memperkuat interaksi positif antarremaja. Intervensi ini memberikan dampak positif pada aspek psikososial dan berpotensi direplikasi di panti lain sebagai bentuk promotif dan preventif kesehatan mental. Dukungan lintas sektor seperti pengasuh, pendidik, dan tenaga kesehatan diperlukan agar program berkelanjutan dan hasilnya optimal.

Socialization is carried out through an educational approach involving presentations, interactive discussions, and practical activities such as the introduction of alternative eco-friendly goods. The target of this activity is grade 6 students at SD Negeri 12 Sesetan. The results of the activity showed that students were able to understand the concept of using environmentally friendly goods and were able to apply them by bringing their own drinking bottles and using cloth shopping bags. This activity is able to have a positive impact on increasing students' understanding of the importance of maintaining an environment from an early age.

Abstrak: Pengabdian kepada masyatarat melalui kuliah kerja nyata (KKN) merupakan salah satu bentuk kontribusi mahasiswa dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang ada di masayarakat. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa sekolah dasar terhadap pentingnya penggunaan barang ramah lingkungan sebagai bentuk upaya menjaga kelestarian lingkungan yang mana siswa belum paham penggunaan barang-barang yang ramah lingkungan. Sosialisasi dilakukan melalui pendekatan edukatif yang melibatkan presentasi, diskusi interaktif, dan kegiatan praktek seperti pengenalan alternatif barang ramah lingkungan. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah siswa/i kelas 6 di SD Negeri 12 Sesetan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa/i mampu memahami konsep penggunaan barang ramah lingkungan dan mampu menerapkannya dengan membawa botol minum sendiri dan menggunakan tas belanja kain. Kegiatan ini mampu memberi dampak positif terhadap peningkatan pemahaman siswa/i tentang pentingnya menjaga lingkugan sejak usia dini.

One of the efforts the author wants to achieve in this activity is the creation of integrated marketing communications for UMKMs. By collaborating with the Unit Pengumpul Zakat (UPZ) from the Himpunan Pengusaha Muda Indonesia (HIPMI), the author targeted 20 UMKMs spread across the Jakarta, Bogor and Karawang areas. The results of this activity show that after attending the training, UMKMs' understanding of the concept of effective marketing communication has increased so that they can be more optimal in developing their business in the future. Apart from that, through this activity a number of capital assistance was also provided for UMKMs.

Abstrak: Pandemi covid 19 yang sempat menghunjam Indonesia masih meninggalkan dampak di masyarakat. Salah satu sektor yang terkena imbas dari pandemi covid 19 adalah sektor ekonomi khususnya pada level Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Dengan berangkat dari kondisi tersebut dan adanya semangat kebersamaan maka melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini penulis ingin memberikan kontribusi positif pada sekelompok UMKM untuk bisa bangkit kembali pasca covid-19. Salah satu upaya yang ingin dicapai penulis dalam kegiatan ini adalah terciptanya komunikasi pemasaran terpadu bagi UMKM. Dengan menggandeng Unit Pengumpul Zakat (UPZ) dari Himpunan Pengusaha Muda Indonesia (HIPMI), penulis menyasar 20 UMKM yang tersebar di wilayah Jakarta, Bogor dan Karawang. Hasil kegiatan ini memperlihatkan bahwa setelah mengikuti pelatihan, terlihat adanya peningkatkan pemahaman dari UMKM mengenai konsep komunikasi pemasaran yang efektif sehingga mereka dapat lebih optimal dalam mengembangkan usahanya di masa mendatang. Selain itu, melalui kegiatan ini juga diberikan sejumlah bantuan modal bagi UMKM.

wledge and competence of teachers in providing digital teaching materials to facilitate differentiated learning, which impacts the formation of students' character optimally. This training and mentoring is an effort to improve teacher knowledge and competence in providing teaching materials. This activity involved 30 teachers through two methods, namely: socialization, training and mentoring (the practice of making AI-based learning videos). The activity results showed that all participants experienced an increase in understanding related to the concept of digital teaching materials and increased competence in making AI-based learning videos. This is evidenced by the products that have been produced by the training participants.

SD Negeri 140 Seluma memiliki SDM dengan jumlah yang relatif banyak baik guru maupun peserta didik. Namun, hal ini sekaligus menjadi tantangan bagi sekolah SD Negeri 140 Seluma dimana beberapa permasalahan yang seringkali dihadapi yaitu masih minimnya pengetahuan dan kompetensi guru dalam menyediakan bahan ajar digital untuk memfasilitasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, sehingga berdampak pada pembentukan karakter peserta didik secara optimal. Pelatihan dan pendampingan ini merupakan upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kompetensi guru dalam menyediakan bahan ajar. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 30 orang guru melalui dua metode yaitu: sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan (praktik pembuatan video pembelajaran berbasis AI). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam memproduksi video pembelajaran berbasis AI, yang dibuktikan melalui produk video yang dihasilkan.

In carrying out these activities, they still use devices manually to provide information in their activities. The aim of carrying out this service activity is to find out the use of blogs in the business and economic category, to find something unique about blogs that can be published to various parties regarding the use of business and economic blogs so that they can be used effectively and more usefully. The activity implementation method used was in the form of training, interactive discussions with the entire PKK team in East Sei Silau Village, Asahan Regency. This activity uses theoretical and practical knowledge in the room. As a result of the final assessment of the activity, the participants were able to understand the material presented based on the results of the assessment scores obtained from the posttest test results. The activity material given to participants can be used and utilized in creating a blog. The material presented to participants reached 90% of all the concepts involved in creating blogs. The delivery of the material consists of several sessions, namely: explanation, practice, and discussion.
