that teachers can take part in training regarding digital learning media. Training regarding learning media was held at TK Yos Sudarso Purwakarta with the learning media used were Learning Apps and Wordwall. Methods uses in this training are Andragogy method with 3 stages, namely Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation. The results of this service ran smoothly, the learning media training participants were able to understand and complete the training activities well and succeeded in creating digital games using the Learning Apps and Word Wall platforms. Participants gave positive responses to the results of the training that had been carried out and hoped that the use of digital media could expand fun learning strategies in early childhood education.

The method used in community service activities in Air Genting village is counselling. Counselling is carried out through the delivery of material, discussions (in the form of questions and answers), and explanations about tools capable of producing ozone. This activity aims to inform the public about technology with the ozone system. This technology can increase the shelf life of mackerel and keep the quality of the fish good and still suitable for consumption.

The method used in this mentoring activity is the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) method. This mentoring activity will be carried out in September-October 2023 and consists of 5 stages of mentoring, namely coordination, socialization, training, mentoring and evaluation. After completing the mentoring activities, the results of the mentoring can be seen directly on the village website and show that there has been an improvement in website management, such as an increase in the number of news/activities in Sumber Baru Village that are reported on the website. It is hoped that mentoring activities like this will be further increased to improve the quality of village human resources which will have an impact on improving public communication by the village government.

Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan agar web profile organisasi KOWAPI dapat terus diupdate, sehingga dapat membantu untuk perkembangan organisasi tersebut. Pendampingan yang dilakukan berfokus pada pembuatan konten berita, pengelolaan dashboard website, dan update dashboard beranda dengan memasukkan konten video dan foto-foto kegiatan organisai KOWAPI.

Kurang fahamnya dalam pengelolaan manajemen keuangan mengakibatkan permasalahan tidak terkontrolnya modal yang digunakan serta pendapatan yang dihasilkan. Sering kali keuangan pribadi bercampurbaur dengan keuangan usaha, tentu hal ini akan menjadi fatal apabila pengusaha tidak dapat mengetahui berapabesar dana yang sudah dikeluarkan dan yang digunakan serta berapa besar sebenarnya keuntungan yang diperoleh dari kegiatan usaha tersebut. Sabila Handcraft is a handcraft UKM that sells handcrafted products. It is known that there are still many obstacles that occur in the production process, including rejected products that must be repaired such as wrong designs and wrong cuts, rejects when distributing goods to consumers caused by negligence in the delivery process (items stacked, products not working), as well as PO (Purchase Order) which is quite long takes almost 1 week from the order made. These rejects were caused by errors from operators who were not careful in designing and lack of quality management training for workers at UKM Sabila Handcraft. Through this training, it is hoped that it will have a positive impact, especially improving performance in the Sabila Handcraft UKM so that it can increase the output of the products produced and increase customer satisfaction.

Abstrak: Persaingan di dunia bisnis saat ini semakin ketat, sehingga menyebabkan semakin meningkatnya persaingan para pelaku usaha di era pasar yang sangat terbuka saat ini. Baik itu perusahaan yang menghasilkan hasil akhir produk ataupun jasa. Pandemi membuat banyak orang untuk meningkatkan kreativitas agar usaha yang dibuat tetap bisa bertahan dan menjadi penyokong ekonomi. Kegiatan dan usaha yang dilakukan harus bisa memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi dan memiliki kreativitas untuk menarik perhatian konsumen. Sabila Handcraft adalah salah satu UKM handcraft yang menjual produk-produk kreasi pekerjaan tangan. Diketahui masih banyak kendala yang terjadi pada proses produksinya, diantara produk reject yang harus diperbaiki seperti salah desain dan salah potong, reject pada saat pendistribusian barang ke konsumen yang disebabkan karena kelalaian dalam proses pengiriman (barang ditumpuk, produk tidak berfungsi), serta PO (Purchase Order) yang cukup lama membutuhkan waktu hampir 1 minggu dari pemesanan yang dilakukan. Berbagai reject ini disebabkan karena kesalahan dari operator yang kurang teliti dalam mendesain serta kurang adanya pelatihan tentang manajemen kualitas kepada para pekerja di UKM Sabila Handcraft. Untuk itu perlu pelatihan mengenai manajemen kualitas pada UKM Sabila Handcraft untuk mengelola dan memastikan kualitas produk, layanan, atau proses bisnis secara efektif. Melalui pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif khususnya memperbaiki kinerja di UKM Sabila Handcraft sehingga dapat meningkatkan output dari produk yang dihasilkan serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.

The service team also provides an overview of access to capital and business development to increas profit margin. The members of Mina Lestari Fish Cultivators Group are directly involved in every actifity. Abstrak: Perkembangan usaha bisa terhambat jika pemiliknya tidak memahami laporan keuangan. Hal tersebut terjadi pada anggota Kelompok Pembudidaya Ikan Mina Lestari. Sebagian besar anggota Kelompok Pembudidaya Ikan Mina Lestari tidak mampu membuat laporan keuangan. Tidak adanya laporan keuangan ini juga akan menghambat akses ke permodalan yang pada akhirnya akan menghambat perkembangan usaha. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan mengenai pembuatan laporan harga pokok produksi dan laporan laba rugi. Laporan keuangan tersebut bisa digunakan dalam mengakses permodalan dan mengembangkan usaha. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode penyuluhan. Tim pengabdi memulai pengabdian dengan mengenalkan laporan keuangan dan elemen-elemennya. Setelah itu pengabdi memengajarkan membuat laporan harga pokok produksi dan laporan laba rugi secara langsung pada kolam lele anggota. Tim pengabdi juga memberikan gambaran mengenai akses ke permodalan dan pengembangan usaha untuk meningkatkan margin laba. Anggota Kelompok Pembudidaya Ikan Mina Lestari terlibat secara langsung dalam setiap praktik penghitungan laba rugi usaha. Melalui Kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak, pengabdian ini dapat berjalan dengan lancar sehingga tujuan pengabdian ini bisa tercapai.

Organisasi KOWAPI cabang Bengkayang termasuk baru dan kepengurusannya baru dilantik pada Juli 2021 untuk periode kepengurusan dari 2021-2026. Karena organisasi KOWAPI cabang Bengkayang ini masih baru maka masih banyak yang belum mengetahui apa saja kegiatan dan visi misi dari organisasi ini. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, organisasi KOWAPI cabang Bengkayang ini dirasa perlu untuk memiliki web profil yang menampung tentang organisasi tersebut, baik sejarah, visi misi, dan kegiatan apa saja yang ada pada organisasi tersebut. Pengelolaan web profil ini akan dibuat dengan menggunakan CMS Wordpress. CMS Wordpress merupakan sebuah platform yang cukup mudah untuk diimplementasikan terutama bagi masyarakat awam. Dengan ada web profil ini maka dapat membantu organisasi KOWAPI agar lebih dikenal dan semakin banyak pula kesempatan bagi masyarakat khususnya para pengusaha wanita untuk dapat bergabung dalam organisasi tersebut.
