This is proven by the calculation results of the equation Y 140.383 + 0.219 In the table for testing the significance of the regression line equation from the 5th column regression row, namely Fcount (b/a) 1.407, and p-value 0.245 > 0.05, so that H0 is accepted, it can be concluded that the regressions of Y and X are significant. The correlation coefficient value obtained r_xy 0.219 < r_table 0.374 is included in the weak correlation because it is in the value range 0.20-0.39. The results of the coefficient of determination show that visual learning media (print) has an influence of 4.8% on student learning outcomes, while 95.2% is influenced by other factors.

Almahdali, Humairah, Sakir, Ahmad Rosandi
Abstract: The conclusion of this study indicates that the implementation of offensive and defensive strategies in the Sub-District Office has proceeded adequately. Evaluation of offensive strategy indicators, such as the approach… among colleagues, shows a significant improvement. Although it is already quite good, further improvement is necessary, especially in terms of employees giving warnings to colleagues who violate rules. On the defensive strategy side, implementing mild sanctions in the form of written warnings has been effective. These sanctions are given to employees who violate rules, such as being absent without notice for 6 to 10 days. Moderate and severe sanctions have also been well implemented when needed, indicating readiness to respond to more serious violations. Overall, offensive and defensive strategies in the Sub-District Office of Pitumpanua are already quite good, but continuous improvement is needed to ensure their effectiveness in dealing with various situations and cases of bureaucratic pathologies in the future.

Does Company Size and Profitability Matter? Investigating the Moderating Effects of Growth in Cash Flow on Stock Performance

Agus Fuadi, Dian Sulistyorini Wulandari, Fedia Chairunnisa
Abstract: This research examines the intricate relationships between company size, growth in cash flow, and stock performance, revealing complexities that challenge traditional financial analysis. While company size is often associated… iated with stable stock performance due to advantages such as economies of scale and market power, the findings indicate that size alone does not positively impact stock performance. Furthermore, the study demonstrates that growth in cash flow does not significantly moderate the relationship between company size and stock performance. This suggests that external factors, such as regulatory changes or market sentiment, may play a more decisive role. The results underscore that cash flow, while an important indicator of financial health, does not enhance the influence of company size on stock performance, particularly in certain industries where external conditions prevail. This underscores the need for a more comprehensive evaluation approach that considers a broader range of factors when assessing stock performance. It's time to move beyond traditional metrics like profitability and cash flow growth and equip ourselves with a more robust set of tools for analysis. Ultimately, this research advocates for a multifactorial approach to stock performance evaluation, emphasizing the importance of understanding the interplay between various variables, including industry trends and macroeconomic conditions. By adopting this comprehensive perspective, investors and analysts can make more informed decisions and strategies, enhancing their ability to navigate the complexities of the financial markets.

WHEN DIGITAL FOOTPRINTS ARE NO LONGER VALID: AN ANALYSIS OF DIGITAL FORENSIC EVIDENCE FAILURE IN LEGAL PROCEEDINGS

Ashuri, Hendratna Mutaqin
Abstract: The advancement of digital technology has brought significant changes to the legal system, particularly in the use of electronic evidence as a means of proof in court. However, the validity of digital forensic evidence is… s often questioned due to various technical, procedural, and legal challenges. This study aims to analyze the factors contributing to the failure of digital forensic evidence in legal proceedings and to formulate recommendations for improving its validity. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by examining various academic sources that discuss issues of digital evidence validity, forensic standards, and emerging legal challenges. The results of the study indicate that the failure of digital evidence generally stems from non-compliance in the processes of data collection and preservation with chain of custody standards, insufficient competence of law enforcement officers in digital technical aspects, and conflicts between legal requirements and data privacy regulations, such as the GDPR and CCPA. The case study of online gambling 2020, at the South Jakarta District Court confirms that the absence of forensic verification and chain of custody documentation caused the digital evidence to lose its probative value. Therefore, it is necessary to establish standardized forensic procedures, provide training and certification for law enforcement officials and forensic experts, and develop national guidelines for managing digital evidence aligned with international standards. This research is expected to contribute to strengthening the integrity and validity of digital evidence, thereby enhancing the enforcement of justice in the digital era.

ISLAMIC LEGAL REVIEW OF PROPERTY DIVISION WHEN BOTH PARENTS ARE STILL ALIVE IN BINJAI

Budi, Syukurman
Abstract: The reason for dividing inheritance while the heirs are still alive is to avoid conflicts that will give rise to conflicts between heirs and not contradict Islamic law. The provisions of the Compendium of Islamic Law regarding… arding the distribution of inheritance to living heirs provide evidence that the condition of the testator's death remains an implicit condition for inheritance of his assets in the form of inheritance. However, the Compilation of Islamic Law provides another way to carry out the distribution of inheritance before the death of the heirs as stated in Article 187 paragraph (1) of the Compilation of Islamic Law. The Islamic legal view regarding the distribution of inheritance to living heirs can be taken if there is a risk of disputes and conflicts between heirs that result in losses.
