Problems such as delays, recording errors and data inaccuracies often arise as a result of using traditional methods. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a focus on observation and interviews . The main goal of digitalization is to overcome these challenges by utilizing technology that can increase the effectiveness of employee performance and optimize various business processes, so that companies can operate more efficiently and accurately. The results of this research are that the effect of the effectiveness of digitalization implementation on employee performance has a very positive influence on employee performance, where the implementation of digitalization is obtained through training carried out by management. Likewise, with the role of administrative digitization in warehouse reception management, managers create barcodes on each product to make it easier to record incoming and outgoing goods at the warehouse.

Digitalisasi telah menjadi elemen penting dalam era modern ini, terutama bagi perusahaan yang ingin tetap kompetitif di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat di berbagai sektor industri. Namun, banyak perusahaan masih menghadapi tantangan besar karena ketergantungan pada metode manual dalam mengelola berbagai aspek operasional, termasuk administrasi gudang. Masalah-masalah seperti keterlambatan, kesalahan pencatatan, dan ketidakakuratan data sering kali muncul akibat dari penggunaan metode tradisional tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus pada observasi dan wawancara. Tujuan utama dari digitalisasi adalah untuk mengatasi tantangan-tantangan ini dengan memanfaatkan teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja karyawan serta mengoptimalkan berbagai proses bisnis, sehingga perusahaan dapat beroperasi dengan lebih efisien dan akurat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengaruh efektifitas implementasi digitalisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan sangat berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan yang mana implementasi digitalisasi ini didapat melalui pelatihan yang dilakukan oleh pihak management. reduce losses. This lack of knowledge makes the community unprepared and slow to respond to emergencies, ultimately increasing their safety and well-being risk. The training includes counselling sessions, workshops, and disaster simulations. Each session is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the types of disasters, mitigation techniques, evacuation, and first aid steps. The results of this training showed a significant increase in the preparedness and response of the Rembitan Village community to emergencies. The post-disaster simulation evaluation also showed an increase in the participants' practical abilities in dealing with disasters. This program strengthens social structures and solidarity between residents and creates a model that can be applied in other villages with similar disaster risks. With ongoing support, Rembitan Village is expected to become a successful example of building community resilience to disasters, ultimately improving its residents' welfare and security.

Abstrak: Masalah utama yang terjadi ditempat mitra yaitu kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam menyikapi bencana, selain itu warga belum memahami risiko dan dampak dari bencana alam, dan langkah-langkah pencegahan yang dapat diambil untuk mengurangi kerugian. Kurangnya pengetahuan ini membuat masyarakat tidak siap dan lambat dalam merespons situasi darurat, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan risiko terhadap keselamatan dan kesejahteraan mereka. Pelatihan mencakup sesi penyuluhan, workshop, dan simulasi bencana. Setiap sesi dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai jenis-jenis bencana, teknik mitigasi, serta langkah-langkah evakuasi dan pertolongan pertama. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dan respons masyarakat Desa Rembitan terhadap situasi darurat. Kegiatan pelatihan di Desa Rembitan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran dan kesiapsiagaan masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana. Masyarakat kini lebih memahami risiko bencana dan langkah mitigasi yang perlu diambil, Selain itu, mereka telah mempraktikkan simulasi bencana yang meningkatkan kemampuan mereka merespons situasi darurat.

The program we proposed, namely Reading Corner, took place at Imanuel Orphanage in Palangka. The program was carried out by assessing the needs, designing the Reading Corner, and implementing it. Reading Corner serves as a facility for extensive reading at home. Reading Corner allows the children to read various types of books based on their preferences. The result of this program indicated that the children looked enthusiastic about the books as they chose and borrowed the book to read. The closer children are to the books, the more often they will use their time to access and read the books. In line with that, it is expected that the literacy level of Indonesian will increase.

Mengembangkan budaya membaca merupakan bentuk dari penyelenggaraan pendidikan, maka dari itu budaya membaca harus ditanamkan sejak dini pada anak. Namun, tidak semua anak dapat merasakan fasilitas seperti membaca aneka jenis buku bacaan yang sesuai minatnya, seperti halnya anak-anak di panti asuhan. Maka dari itu, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat baca pada anak di Panti Asuhan Imanuel Palangka Raya. Program yang dilaksanakan adalah dengan menyediakan fasilitas Reading Corner atau pojok baca. Adapun tahapan kegiatan mencakup pendataan kebutuhan, perancangan, dan pelaksanaan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk menghadirkan Reading Corner di panti asuhan guna memberikan akses kepada anak-anak untuk membaca aneka jenis buku yang menarik dan sesuai dengan minat mereka. Respon anak-anak terhadap Reading Corner sangat positif. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari antusiasme mereka dalam memilih dan meminjam buku bacaan. Diharapakan, semakin dekat anak dengan buku-buku bacaan, maka mereka akan lebih sering menggunakan waktunya untuk mengakses dan membaca buku-buku tersebut. Sejalan dengan itu, kami mengharapkan agar tingkat literasi anak-anak Indonesia semakin meningkat.

For this reason, it is necessary to use drone technology to provide solutions by providing fast and accurate spatial data, as well as improving the technical skills of village communities in mapping and managing areas. Through drone training, it is hoped that village communities can be more independent and actively participate in development planning, as well as opening up new opportunities in the field of technology that can improve their welfare and quality of life. Meanwhile, the method used in community service is in accordance with POAC or Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. From all the activities and evaluations that have been carried out, the results and conclusions obtained are that training and outreach on the use of drones through community service is considered effective and useful in developing community capabilities and increasing insight into the Pemali sub-district.

Abstrak: Kurangnya kemampuan untuk mengoperasikan teknologi pemetaan canggih seperti drone membuat Keterbatasan Masyarakat desa di Kecamatan Pemali ini menyebabkan rendahnya partisipasi dan kontribusi masyarakat dalam proses perencanaan dan pengelolaan wilayah desa. Padahal, partisipasi aktif masyarakat sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa setiap program pembangunan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kondisi local untuk mencapai perencanaan pembangunan kawasan seperti yang tertera pada RPJMN 2020-2024. Untuk itu perlu peran penggunaan teknologi drone dapat memberikan solusi dengan menyediakan data spasial yang cepat dan akurat, serta meningkatkan keterampilan teknis masyarakat desa dalam pemetaan dan pengelolaan wilayah. Melalui pelatihan drone, masyarakat desa diharapkan dapat lebih mandiri dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam perencanaan pembangunan, serta membuka peluang baru dalam bidang teknologi yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kualitas hidup mereka. Adapun, untuk metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masayarakat ini sendiri sesuai dengan POAC atau Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling. Dari keseluruhan kegiatan dan evaluasi yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil dan kesimpulan bahwa pelatihan serta sosialisasi penggunaan drone melalui pengabdian masayarakat ini diniai efektif dan bermanfaat dalam mengembangkan kemampuan masyarakat dan menambah wawasan pada kecamatan pemali.

After the training, intensive mentoring is provided to help people apply new skills in their daily practice. The results achieved include increasing community capacity in sustainable agricultural techniques, developing better quality handicraft and traditional food products, as well as diversifying family income sources. Program evaluation shows a positive response from the community to training and mentoring activities, with indications of an increase in the local economy and awareness of the importance of sustainable natural resource management. This service activity not only succeeded in improving the economic welfare of the Rembitan Village community, but also strengthened local capacity in facing the challenges of sustainable development in the future.

Abstrak: Program pendampingan sustainable livelihood di Desa Rembitan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat berbasis kearifan lokal. Tahapan awal kegiatan meliputi identifikasi kondisi sosial-ekonomi dan lingkungan Desa, penyusunan rencana kegiatan berbasis partisipasi masyarakat, serta implementasi pelatihan dan workshop. Setelah pelatihan, dilakukan pendampingan intensif untuk membantu masyarakat menerapkan keterampilan baru dalam praktiknya sehari-hari. Hasil yang dicapai meliputi peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat dalam teknik pertanian berkelanjutan, pengembangan produk kerajinan tangan dan makanan tradisional dengan kualitas yang lebih baik, serta diversifikasi sumber pendapatan keluarga. Evaluasi program menunjukkan respons yang positif dari masyarakat terhadap kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan, dengan indikasi peningkatan ekonomi lokal dan kesadaran akan pentingnya pengelolaan sumber daya alam secara berkelanjutan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini tidak hanya berhasil meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Rembitan, tetapi juga memperkuat kapasitas lokal dalam menghadapi tantangan pembangunan berkelanjutan dimasa mendatang.

To overcome the problems raised, the general approach that will be used in this activity is to teach computer-based media creation to teachers in elementary schools. The one-day computer-based learning media development training was carried out in a structured, patient and comprehensive manner. In general, all participants were involved in activities with strong and consistent motivation. Training as teachers and principals of certain schools to strengthen learning capacity. Teachers need to convey and minimize the results of this lesson to other teachers.

This can facilitate the preparation of references that are not small in number. Therefore, this training activity was organised face-to-face with the participation of 25 participants. The participants were students of the Faculty of Law and Economics of the afternoon class in semester 4 of the Islamic University of Jakarta. With the Mendeley training, it is hoped that students can smoothly use the application in preparing their final assignments. The method applied in this service is through training. This activity is divided into three stages, namely (a) training preparation, (b) delivery of materials and direct practice of using the Mendeley application, (c) monitoring of activities and (d) training evaluation. Through this activity, it is expected that participants, namely students, can understand the material and have the skills to compile their final project references using the Mendeley application.

Abstrak: Pada Penulisan Karya ilmiah di butuhkan suatu penggunaan yaitu dengan aplikasi Reference Manager untuk mendukung berbagai bentuk tugas pada perkuliahan, dan tugas akhir mahasiswa, kini semakin disarankan karna dianggap penting. Dalam penggunaan Mendeley, sebagai salah satu aplikasi, dapat membantu dalam mengelola referensi ilmiah seperti buku, jurnal, dan referensi UUD serta artikel lainnya. Hal ini dapat memudahkan dalam penyusunan referensi yang jumlahnya tidak sedikit. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pelatihan ini diselenggarakan secara tatap muka dengan partisipasi 25 peserta. Para perserta merupakan mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum dan ekonomi kelas sore pada semester 4 Universitas Islam Jakarta. Dengan adanya pelatihan Mendeley, diharapkan mahasiswa dapat dengan lancar menggunakan aplikasi tersebut dalam penyusunan tugas akhir mereka. Metode yang diterapkan dalam pengabdian ini adalah melalui pelatihan. Kegiatan ini terbagi menjadi tiga tahapan, yakni (a) persiapan pelatihan, (b) penyampaian materi dan praktek langsung penggunaan aplikasi Mendeley, (c) Monitoring dari kegiatan dan (d) evaluasi pelatihan. Mahasiswa akan mendapatkan panduan langsung dari narasumber hingga setiap peserta memiliki pemahaman yang cukup dan mampu mengaplikasikan pengetahuan tersebut pada aplikasi Mendeley. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan peserta, yaitu mahasiswa, dapat memahami materi dan memiliki keterampilan untuk menyusun referensi tugas akhir mereka menggunakan aplikasi Mendeley.

ticles published in uncredited journals. Apart from that, there are still many lecturers who do not understand the systematics of writing in accredited national journals. Therefore, the faculty of economics and business, Pekalongan University carries out scientific writing and publication training as well as utilizing the SINTA account to improve lecturer performance. The training was carried out in four stages, namely the initial survey stage, the training material socialization stage, the writing practice stage and utilizing the SINTA account, and the activity evaluation stage. The survey results showed that there was an increase in the percentage of participants who understood the systematics of writing in the SINTA journal from 57% before the training to 91% of the total. Meanwhile, the percentage of participants who were able to utilize the SINTA account also increased from 44% before the training was carried out to 82% after the training was carried out.

The team complemented the idea of public communication on intrapersonal strength, namely managing nervousness with an emphasis on practice, preparation, and the ability to overcome nervousness constructively. The team believes that knowledge of managing nervousness from an early age can help children in orphanages get used to facing various kinds of audiences in the future. This service method is tests, lectures and practice which include assignments and simulations. The result of this activity is that children can overcome nervousness by means of positive self-motivation, regular breathing, good script preparation and analyzing the audience.
