essional, social, and personal competencies in line with the demands of the teaching profession. This teaching assistance activity is conducted at UPT SD Negeri 066656, one of the elementary schools in Medan, specifically located at Jl. Karya Sembada No. 182 A PB. Selayang II. The objective is to provide direct teaching experience, understand student characteristics, and develop skills in designing, implementing, and evaluating the learning process. Through this teaching assistance program, students not only observe the learning process but also actively participate in teaching activities and assist teachers in the learning process. This report is compiled as a form of accountability for the implementation of the teaching assistance activities and as a reflection on the experiences gained during the program. Additionally, students have carried out a series of activities focused on improving the quality of learning and applying 21st-century learning approaches. The activities conducted include: Students observing the learning process in the classroom, including analyzing the curriculum and students' learning needs. Students developing learning materials such as lesson plans/teaching modules and designing learning media. Students also actively participating in the adaptation of technology in learning.

The research methods include system design and fabrication, functional testing, operator training, and performance evaluation. The results demonstrate a 35% increase in production capacity and stable temperature control within a ±2°C range during the distillation process. These findings indicate that the developed system effectively enhances production efficiency and product consistency. Furthermore, the proposed technology is affordable, easy to operate, and has strong potential for implementation and replication among similar MSMEs.

This initiative also has a positive impact on increasing partners' capacity to utilize appropriate technology.

This corn shelling machine with a 5.5 HP internal combustion engine is a tool designed to speed up and simplify the corn shelling process efficiently and produce a fairly large production capacity of 80 kg / hour. To extend the service life of this corn shelling machine, maintenance and cleanliness should be carried out so that the machine can operate optimally without problems. Liquidity and solvency ratios were chosen as the primary analytical tools in this study. The analysis results indicate that PT. Askrindo has good liquidity performance, where current assets can adequately cover current liabilities. The liquidity ratio during the period 2019 to 2022 showed a positive increase, reaching an average of 297% in 2022. However, there was a decline in the solvency ratio, especially in the debt-to-equity ratio, which decreased from an average of 1.05% in 2019 to 0.78% in 2022. This situation can affect the company's ability to bear high risks, especially due to high premiums. Therefore, PT. Askrindo needs to take steps to increase capital and ensure efficient use of assets to strengthen its overall financial position. In conclusion, although PT. Askrindo has good liquidity performance, so the company needs to increase capital and improve its solvency ratio. The analysis tool employed is the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM), with several tests conducted, including the stationarity test, optimal lag test, VAR stability test, cointegration test, Granger causality test, VECM estimation, impulse response function (IRF) test, and forecast error variance decomposition (FEVD) test. The results indicate that inflation has a significant negative effect on DPK in both the short and long term. The exchange rate has no significant effect on DPK in either the short or long term. The BI rate does not affect DPK in the short term, while in the long term, it tends to show a negative effect, though not significant. Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has a significant positive effect on DPK in both the short and long term.
