l be recognized by the world, one factor is how the majority of people in a country master, develop and utilize science and technology. The purpose of writing this literature review is none other than to explain in detail the development of individuals in facing developments in science, which has so far become a topic of discussion in the world of education. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, namely research in the form of a literature study which aims to analyze, evaluate, identify, observe, find and determine relevant research topics. The results of data analysis conclude that science and technology are human achievements that must be utilized in understanding and practicing something. In line with this principle, science is actually a process experienced by individuals in their development. The poorer the knowledge, the narrower the insight in understanding something, the narrower a person's thinking about a science. In conclusion, development is a skill in the structure and function of the body or an increase in more complex abilities in a regular and predictable pattern as a result of experience and the maturation process. Development is also very closely related to social, motor, intellectual and emotional abilities. So it becomes very necessary how a learning design is formed to provide freedom to be creative on an ongoing basis in order to optimize and develop students work.

This research uses qualitative methods with a literature approach in the form of laws, government regulations, articles and books that are relevant to the research topic. This research aims to provide an understanding of the importance of registering Intellectual Property Rights for creative industry to ensure the law protection of the intellectual property that has been created. The research results show that every creative industry player needs to register copyrighted works with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property. Apart from that, synergy is needed between the Government and the public in increasing awareness of creators or creative industry players to register copyrighted works as Intellectual Property Rights through regulations and facilities provided by the authorized government institution, namely the Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Law and Rights. This study aims to develop an information system based on a Web Geographic Information System (Web GIS) to monitor the geographic distribution of stunting cases and assist the Asahan Regency Health Office in making data-driven policy decisions. The method applied in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach, encompassing the stages of problem identification, data collection, system requirements analysis, design, implementation, and system evaluation. The research findings show that the developed Web GIS platform successfully displays stunting data by district through interactive digital map representation, facilitates data input and updates by healthcare workers, and provides information accessible to the general public. The system is considered capable of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of stunting case monitoring, while also supporting information transparency and the planning of more targeted intervention programs. With the implementation of this Web GIS, stunting prevention efforts in Asahan Regency can be carried out in a more structured manner and based on accurate spatial data.

Abstrak: Permasalahan stunting merupakan hambatan signifikan dalam upaya pengembangan kesehatan publik, terutama di wilayah Kabupaten Asahan. Stunting tidak hanya mempengaruhi aspek pertumbuhan jasmani anak, namun juga berimplikasi pada kemampuan intelektual dan daya produktif di masa mendatang. Studi ini memiliki tujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi yang berbasiskan Web Geographic Information System (Web GIS) dengan maksud memantau distribusi kasus stunting secara geografis dan memfasilitasi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Asahan dalam proses pengambilan kebijakan yang berdasarkan data. Metode yang diterapkan dalam riset ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, meliputi fase identifikasi permasalahan, koleksi data, kajian kebutuhan sistem, perancangan, penerapan, dan penilaian sistem. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa platform Web GIS yang dikembangkan berhasil menampilkan data stunting per kecamatan melalui representasi peta digital yang interaktif, memfasilitasi proses input dan pemutakhiran data oleh tenaga kesehatan, serta menyediakan informasi yang dapat diakses oleh khalayak umum. Sistem tersebut dianggap mampu meningkatkan keefektifan dan keefisienan dalam monitoring kasus stunting, sekaligus mendukung keterbukaan informasi dan perencanaan program intervensi yang lebih tepat sasaran. Dengan adanya implementasi Web GIS ini, langkah-langkah penanggulangan stunting di Kabupaten Asahan dapat dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan yang lebih terstruktur dan berdasarkan data spasial yang tepat.

In an effort to prepare student graduates who are superior and ready to work and are able to compete in the job market, there needs to be preparation in improving the hard skills and soft skills of mature students. This service activity aims to provide assistance and training to Karya Utama Vocational School students through the use of Multimedia Technology as additional skills. The method in this activity applies training and observation to students. As a result of this activity, 85% of students were able to create simple animations using Macromedia Flash software.

Hal tersebut disebabkan masih kurangmya sosialisasi yang dilakukan pemerintah mengenai kegiatan tersebut serta faktor dari sekolah itu sendiri yang masih memiliki rasa minder untuk bersaing dengan sekolah-sekolah lain. Tujuan dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal Olimpiade Matematika. Penyelenggaraan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di SMAN 2 Tanjung Balai, dengan metode memberikan pelatihan dan strategi pelatihan yang sudah disiapkan oleh tim penulis. hasil pelatihan tersebut, bahwa siswa sangat antusias dalam membahas soal-soal Olimpiade Matematika dengan trik yang diberikan dan mereka pun dapat dengan mudah menjawab soal-soal yang diberikan tanpa kendala yang berarti diharapkan mampu menghasilkan bibit-bibit baru dari pemenang Olimpiade Matematika.

Abstrak: Memilih makanan yang tepat untuk dikonsumsi oleh bayi bukanlah hal yang mudah. Usia 0 sampai 5 tahun merupakan masa-masa emas bagi bayi dalam tumbuh kembangnya, baik fisik maupun kecerdasan. Salah memilih makanan yang tidak sesuai kebutuhan dapat menyebabkan resiko obesitas, sedangkan makanan yang tidak memenuhi angka kecukupan gizi bayi juga dapat menyebabkan stunting. Sistem cerdas yang diambil dari pengetahuan para pakar gizi bayi dapat dijadikan solusi pendamping orang tua dalam memilih menu makanan yang tepat bagi bayi di masa tumbuh kembangnya. Fuzzy Tsukamoto dapat digunakan untuk mengelompokkan bayi berdasarkan usia dan berat badan, untuk memutuskan makanan mana yang cocok dikonsumsi oleh bayi tersebut, berdasarkan tabel angka kecukupan gizi yang telah disusun oleh kementrian kesehatan sebagai panduan pemberian nutrisi yang sesuai. Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan sistem yang mampu membantu orang tua dalam memilih menu makanan yang sesuai bagi bayi sehingga dapat mencegah terjadinya stunting.

ased on the scopus database, descriptive bibliometric analysis with the visualization tool VosViewer was used to assess 385 documents on Islamic entrepreneurship, Islamic Finance and SDGs, which peaked in 2024 based on the period of 2010-2024. Findings- This study found many articles on Islamic entrepreneurship, Islamic finance and the SDGs. According to this study, Malaysia is the country that publishes the most publications of this research compared to other countries. Then the University of Brunei Darussalam was the most prolific affiliate to publish articles on this. The history of article production growth that started from 2010-2024, continues to increase and peaks in 2024, with 55 documents and the lowest number of documents in 2010 with 10 published documents. This is increasing because there may be a need for sharia synergy to increase Islamic entrepreneurship in Islamic finance and sustainable development (SDGs). Romadoni, V as the most prolific writer about this research. Islamic entrepreneurship, Islamic finance and SDGs provide the potential for sustainable development and is in line with the goals of sharia, namely maqashid sharia for the benefit of the ummah, this encourages sustainable development (SDGs) through Islamic entrepreneurship and Islamic finance. The research results show that EQ and SQ-based education plays an important role in forming strong and adaptive student characters in the digital era. The integration of EQ helps students manage emotions, increase empathy, and build positive social relationships, while SQ strengthens spiritual values that encourage the formation of responsible and ethical attitudes. This combination not only helps students deal with digital distractions, but also improves collaboration and creativity skills. Thus, EQ and SQ-based education is considered an effective solution for creating a generation that is not only intellectually intelligent, but also has the emotional and spiritual maturity needed to compete in the digital era.

The results of the study show that there are several implications in the formation of character and noble morals from the perspective of the Qur'an, such as: 1) Education as a process of self-purification (Tazkiyah), 2) Character formation through parental advice to children. 3) Building character with positive traits and attitudes. 4) Education as a process of noble moral development. This research concludes that education based on the principles of the Qur'an has a crucial role in creating individuals who are not only intellectually intelligent, but also have noble ethics, which ultimately contributes to the creation of a harmonious and civilized society.
