IMPLEMENTATION OF FUZZY MODEL TAHANI IN DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR OPTIMAL PRODUCTION SCHEDULING

Abstract: Abstract: In the manufacturing industry, production scheduling become an important aspect that affects operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The main challenge in scheduling is optimizing the use of resources… to meet demand by minimizing production costs and time. Suboptimal scheduling can lead to problems such as delays in stocking, stock buildup, and increased operational costs. Thus, a method can to handle the complexity and uncertainty in the production process is needed. The Fuzzy Tahani Model is an approach in decision support systems. this can be used to help companies achieve more efficient and adaptive production scheduling, to consider various variables such as demand, production capacity, and inventory levels. This research aims to develop and implement the model in the context of production scheduling, with the hope of improving operational performance and customer satisfaction. At this time, the proposed Fuzzy Model Tahani technology is in TKT 4, which is the validation stage of technology components in a laboratory environment. The system creates an optimal production schedule based on fuzzy rules and defuzzification results, making it a useful tool for production decisions. Keywords:  fuzzy model tahini; decision support system; production optimization; production scheduling.    Abstrak: Dalam industri manufaktur, penjadwalan produksi adalah aspek penting yang mempengaruhi efisiensi operasional dan kepuasan pelanggan. Tantangan utama dalam penjadwalan adalah mengoptimalkan penggunaan sumber daya untuk memenuhi permintaan dengan meminimalkan biaya dan waktu produksi. Penjadwalan yang tidak optimal dapat menyebabkan masalah seperti keterlambatan pengiriman, penumpukan stok, dan peningkatan biaya operasional. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu metode yang mampu menangani kompleksitas dan ketidakpastian dalam proses produksi. Fuzzy Model Tahani adalah salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan dalam sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu perusahaan mencapai penjadwalan produksi yang lebih efisien dan adaptif, dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai variabel seperti permintaan, kapasitas produksi, dan tingkat persediaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan model tersebut dalam konteks penjadwalan produksi, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan performa operasional dan kepuasan pelanggan. Pada saat ini, teknologi Fuzzy Model Tahani yang diusulkan berada pada TKT 4, yaitu tahap validasi komponen teknologi dalam lingkungan laboratorium. Sistem ini menciptakan jadwal produksi yang optimal berdasarkan aturan fuzzy dan hasil defuzzifikasi, menjadikannya alat yang berguna untuk pengambilan keputusan produksi. PERANCANGAN PROSES PRA PRODUKSI FILM ANIMASI 3D LEGENDA PUTRI MERAK JINGGA

Abstract: Abstrack:To produce a 3D animated film requires a long process flow so that the processing time of manufacture is also prolonged. This is a constraint in the development of the local animation film in Indonesia for a long… g time will lead to high production costs making it difficult to compete commercially with animated films from abroad who have abundant funds and the support of various parties in the country. Therefore, efforts to improve the competitiveness of local animated film and one of these efforts is by analyzing the stages of the manufacturing process and apply it to the process of making the actual 3D animated film.In general there are three stages of the filmmaking process, namely the 3D animation pre-production, production and post-production. Although this time the animation industry in Indonesia has not been detailed separates each of these stages, but still be important for designing detail the activities of these stages, in order to see the strengths and weaknesses of each process that existed at that stage. Therefore, this study was conducted with the hope to provide recommendations to improve the local animation industry.   Keywords: 3D Animation, Animation Film Pre-Production Stage, Princess Peacock Orange    Abstak: Untuk menghasilkan sebuah film animasi 3D membutuhkan alur proses yang panjang sehingga waktu pembuatannya juga berlangsung lama. Ini yang menjadi kendala dalam perkembangan film animasi lokal di Indonesia karena waktu yang yang panjang akan mengakibatkan tingginya cost production sehingga sulit untuk bersaing secara komersial dengan film animasi dari luar negeri yang memiliki dana berlimpah dan dukungan dari berbagai pihak di negaranya. Untuk itu diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan daya saing film animasi lokal dan salah satu upaya tersebut adalah dengan menganalisa tahapan-tahapan proses pembuatan dan menerapkannya pada proses pembuatan film animasi 3D yang sebenarnya.Secara umum ada 3 tahapan proses pembuatan film   animasi 3D yaitu  pra produksi, produksi dan paska produksi. Meskipun saat ini industri animasi di Indonesia belum secara detail memisahkan setiap tahapan tersebut, namun tetap menjadi penting untuk merancang detail aktifitas dari tahapan tersebut, dengan tujuan untuk melihat kekuatan dan kelemahan dari setiap proses yang ada pada tahapan tersebut.   Kata Kunci: Animasi 3D, Tahap Pra Produksi Film Animasi, Putri Merak Jingga  

The Dynamics of Tax Avoidance: Examining How Profitability, Solvency, Capital Intensity, and Company Size Interact

Abstract: Tax avoidance represents a strategic maneuver by taxpayers to minimize their tax burden by capitalizing on the intricacies of tax legislation. This complex phenomenon encompasses a range of tactics, including leveraging… exemptions, deductions, tax incentives, non-taxable income, deferring tax liabilities, and, regrettably, engaging in unethical practices such as bribery and forgery. This study seeks to unravel the intricate relationships between profitability, solvency, capital intensity, and company size regarding tax avoidance within the manufacturing sector, specifically targeting food and beverage firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2022. Employing the Cash Effective Tax Rate (CETR) as a proxy for tax avoidance, we meticulously selected a sample of 70 companies through purposive sampling based on rigorous criteria. Our analysis, conducted via multiple linear regression using SPSS 25, reveals compelling insights: profitability, solvency, and capital intensity significantly bolster tax avoidance strategies, while larger company size appears to dampen these efforts. Collectively, these factors create a multifaceted influence on tax avoidance behaviors, highlighting the intricate dynamics at play within the corporate landscape.

Maximizing Firm Value: The Crucial Roles of Tax Planning, Sales Growth, and Dividend Decisions in Indonesia

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of Tax Planning, Sales Growth, and Dividend Policy on Firm Value in the consumer goods manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018 to 2022. The independent… ependent variables analyzed include Tax Planning, Sales Growth, and Dividend Policy, while the dependent variable is Firm Value. This research utilizes secondary data from financial statements, with sample selection using purposive sampling techniques, resulting in 65 observations from 13 companies that meet the established criteria. The analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression methods. The results indicate that Tax Planning has a negative and significant effect on Firm Value, while Sales Growth does not show a significant effect. On the other hand, Dividend Policy has been proven to have a positive and significant influence on Firm Value. These findings provide valuable insights for management and stakeholders in formulating corporate strategies to enhance firm value through more effective tax and dividend policies.

Analysis of Liquidity, Solvency, and Working Capital Turnover: Implications for Company Profitability in the Digital Era

Abstract: This study investigates the impact of liquidity, solvency, and working capital turnover on profitability among manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector for the 2019-2022 period. The research utilized a sample… of 50 companies based on financial reports from IDX. Using purposive sampling with specific criteria, the final sample included 108 companies. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression, processed with SPSS 25, following classic assumption tests for normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity. The analysis reveals that liquidity and working capital turnover do not significantly affect profitability, while solvency significantly impacts profitability. Overall, liquidity, solvency, and working capital turnover together significantly affect profitability.

Implementation of the FIFO System in the Management of Raw Material Inventory in the Kitchen at R-Gina Hotel Pemalang

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the implementation of the First In First Out (FIFO) system in managing raw material inventory in the kitchen of Hotel R-GINA Pemalang. The research method used is qualitative, focusing on direct… rect observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis related to the inventory management process. Although the FIFO system has been widely studied in the context of manufacturing and supply chains in general, this research provides new insights into its application in a hotel kitchen operational environment. The research results show that the implementation of the FIFO system in the kitchen of Hotel R-GINA Pemalang has helped improve the efficiency of raw material usage and reduce the risk of spoilage or expiration. However, several challenges were found in its implementation, such as limited storage space and the need for staff training. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the importance of the FIFO system in raw material inventory management in the hospitality industry. The proposed recommendations include improving storage infrastructure, developing a digital recording system, and ongoing training programs for kitchen staff.

Melalui studi pustaka dari berbagai jurnal nasional,… penelitian ini menemukan bahwa AI memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap peningkatan efisiensi produksi, mulai dari predictive maintenance yang mampu mengurangi gangguan mesin hingga sistem quality inspection berbasis computer vision yang membuat proses pengecekan lebih cepat dan akurat. Di sisi lain, perkembangan teknologi ini membuat HRD harus menyesuaikan cara kerja mereka, terutama dalam hal rekrutmen, pelatihan, dan pengembangan kompetensi karyawan. HRD kini dituntut lebih memahami teknologi digital agar mampu menyiapkan tenaga kerja yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri modern. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa peran teknologi dan HRD saling melengkapi karena penerapan AI tidak akan berjalan optimal tanpa kesiapan karyawan. Dengan demikian, perusahaan perlu mengatur strategi yang seimbang antara pemanfaatan teknologi dan penguatan kemampuan SDM.

Abstract: The manufacturing sector in Indonesia, particularly within the aluminum fabrication and extrusion industry, is currently navigating a period of intense structural transition. Historically characterized by a focus on physical… ical output and technical specifications, enterprises are now increasingly compelled to adopt a service-dominant logic to maintain competitive viability. This research report investigates the strategic implementation of human resource development programs at NJS Alumunium, focusing on the dual-pathway integration of technical competence (hard skills) and interpersonal proficiencies (soft skills). Utilizing the SERVQUAL framework as a primary evaluative tool, the analysis explores how specific technical abilities, such as CNC machining, precision welding, and CAD design, intersect with soft skills like emotional intelligence, communication, and proactive problem-solving to drive customer satisfaction. The study synthesizes data from contemporary Indonesian industrial policies, including "Making Indonesia 4.0," and academic frameworks such as Workplace Learning (WPL) and Total Quality Management (TQM). Findings indicate that while technical mastery is a prerequisite for entry into the high-end aluminum market, soft skills serve as the critical differentiator in fostering customer loyalty and bridging the gap between expectation and perception. The report further details the role of management information systems, the impact of local cultural paternalism in leadership, and the emergence of green capabilities as essential components of a modern competency strategy. The proposed developmental model advocates for a continuous, mentored, and digitally-enabled training ecosystem that aligns organizational capabilities with the sophisticated demands of both domestic and international consumers.

PEANUT SHELLING MACHINE USING A PETROL ENGINE

Abstract: This study discusses a peanut shelling machine driven by a gasoline-engineered motor . In Indonesia, many processed peanut products require peanuts as a component, such as salted peanuts, peanut oil, peanut paste, peanut… tofu, and others. Manual peanut shelling is usually inefficient and time-consuming. Therefore, with this machine, which can automatically peel peanuts, it will greatly help save time and increase production capacity. Based on planning calculations for the planned components, the following data was obtained: Gasoline engine used = 5.5 Hp , Pad = 6005 , Belt length to peeler = 65 inches , Belt length to blower = 25 inches , Diameter pulley blower = 4 inches , Pulley diameter peeler = 11 inches , Diameter pulley driver = 2 inches . After analyzing the production/manufacturing costs of this machine, the price for manufacturing 1 peanut peeling machine was Rp4,019,372.24 .

Peran Machine Learning dalam Sistem Manufaktur Otomatis: Literature Review

Abstract: Perkembangan revolusi Industry 4.0 mendorong transformasi besar dalam sistem manufaktur melalui integrasi teknologi digital dan kecerdasan buatan. Machine Learning (ML) menjadi salah satu elemen kunci dalam otomasi industri… tri karena kemampuannya memproses data secara adaptif untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan otonom. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau secara sistematis penerapan Machine Learning dalam sistem manufaktur otomatis dengan menyoroti tren, tantangan, serta arah penelitian masa depan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap 30 artikel jurnal internasional terindeks Scopus, IEEE Xplore, dan ScienceDirect dalam rentang tahun 2020–2025. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa Machine Learning banyak diterapkan pada empat domain utama: predictive maintenance, process optimization, quality control, serta intelligent automation. Algoritma yang dominan digunakan meliputi supervised learning dan deep reinforcement learning, yang terbukti mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional hingga 35%. Namun demikian, isu terkait interpretabilitas model, keterbatasan data industri, serta integrasi manusia–AI masih menjadi tantangan utama. Studi ini mengusulkan kerangka konseptual AI–Driven Manufacturing Framework sebagai panduan pengembangan sistem manufaktur cerdas yang adaptif, transparan, dan berkelanjutan menuju era Industry 5.0.
