into financial operations, leaders are required to possess not only traditional managerial skills but also a strong understanding of AI concepts, applications, and ethical considerations. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 55 finance professionals occupying leadership roles across various organizations. The study assessed their levels of AI literacy and examined its relationship with their perceived leadership effectiveness. The results reveal a significant positive correlation between AI literacy and leadership effectiveness, indicating that leaders with higher AI literacy are better equipped to drive innovation, make strategic decisions, and successfully adapt to technological change. These findings highlight the importance of integrating AI literacy into leadership development programs and fostering a culture of continuous learning to ensure sustained organizational agility and competitiveness in the finance sector.

The research started with the planning stage which involved analyzing user requirements and formulating system objectives. Next, a system analysis stage was conducted to understand the business processes, information flow, and functional requirements of the system. The next system design stage establishes the architecture and technical specifications of the system. System implementation is done after the design is complete, followed by a testing phase to ensure system functionality and reliability. The result of this research is an SIP that is integrated with the sales activities of Bakmi Khek Restaurant. The system includes features such as inventory management, order recording, and sales tracking. Through the application of SDLC, the development of this system can be done in a structured and efficient manner, ensuring business needs are met optimally.

The results of the study indicate that the strategies implemented by madrasah principals include teacher professional development through ongoing training, regular performance assessments, and the creation of a collaborative and innovative work environment. Madrasah principals also pay attention to the welfare of teachers and staff by providing adequate support, both financially and non-financially. Challenges faced include budget constraints and lack of access to external professional training. In conclusion, good madrasah principal management plays an important role in developing quality HR, which has a direct impact on improving the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah in Jambi.

In Indonesia, PLN (Perusahaan Listrik Negara) is the main electricity provider, but it often faces challenges in meeting this demand, especially with frequent power outages that disrupt industrial and societal activities. To address this issue, many companies have turned to using generator sets (gensets) as an alternative solution to ensure a stable energy supply. Although the use of gensets provides energy independence, it requires a significant investment. Therefore, an in-depth analysis of the efficiency and economic feasibility of using gensets is necessary. This study aims to analyze the use of gensets at PT. Teladan Prima Agro Bukit Permata Mill, located in Kaubun, East Kutai, focusing on technical-economic aspects such as Present Value (PV), Future Value (FV), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Break Even Point (BEP). Data collected directly from the field includes genset specifications, electricity load, energy consumption, fuel usage, and genset operations. The analysis results indicate that the 455 KVA genset is capable of meeting the factory's electricity needs with an initial cost of IDR 649,649,996. The NPV calculation shows a value of IDR 880,380,813, with an IRR of 6.63%. The BEP is achieved in the 12th month with a profit of IDR 109,645,114. Based on these results, the operation of the genset at PT. Teladan Prima Agro Bukit Permata Mill is considered feasible and profitable in the long term.

The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with an ethnographic perspective, allowing the researcher to observe and understand phenomena within a broader social context. Data collection was carried out through interviews with traders and market visitors, direct observation of the coin exchange activities, and documentation of activities related to these transactions. The collected data were then analyzed using three main stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the practice of coin exchange not only facilitates transactions in the market but also serves as a medium for applying arithmetic operations in everyday life. This activity encourages the development of logical thinking skills, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, which are frequently used in the bargaining process or in determining the price of goods. Furthermore, coin exchange helps maintain price stability and increases transaction efficiency in the market by reducing dependence on paper money, which is often difficult to divide accurately. Thus, the study concludes that the application of ethnomathematics in coin exchange activities at Sarwono Market provides dual benefits, both in the economic context and in mathematics education.

Fish lack insight and knowledge so that fish farming management is carried out by autodidacts. The conclusions obtained show that the role of the village government in strengthening the "Mina Kariya" fisheries cultivation group in Babakan Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Province is basically functioning and very good. However, it still faces several obstacles, such as the lack of consensus among all breeders and it is still not optimal. So far we have not found an alternative to making our own food, so fish food still needs to be purchased. Farmers' skills and knowledge are still low and there are no alternative aquaculture techniques that can help farmers run their operations effectively. n raw material procurement, manual stock recording, and the absence of an integrated system with suppliers. These problems impact the overall production process efficiency. This study aims to develop a web-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) system to optimize the raw material inventory management at RO Aquatub. The system development follows the waterfall model, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing phases. The system is designed to serve three main entities: admin, supplier, and manager, with key features including stock management, material purchase requests, live chat, and transaction reports. The results of system testing using the black box method indicate that all features function as intended. The system improves stock management efficiency, speeds up communication with suppliers, and supports decision-making by providing accurate and real-time data. With this system, RO Aquatub can manage its production operations more effectively and more controlled manner.

Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat menuntut perusahaan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan rantai pasok. RO Aquatub merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan bathub, namun dalam praktiknya sering mengalami kendala seperti keterlambatan pengadaan bahan baku, pencatatan stok yang masih manual, serta tidak adanya sistem terintegrasi dengan supplier. Permasalahan tersebut berdampak pada kurang optimalnya proses produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem manajemen rantai pasok (Supply Chain Management) berbasis web guna mengoptimalkan pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku pada RO Aquatub. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan pendekatan waterfall, dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem. Sistem dirancang untuk memfasilitasi tiga entitas utama yaitu admin, supplier, dan pimpinan, dengan fitur utama seperti manajemen stok, pengajuan pembelian bahan, live chat, serta laporan transaksi. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode black box menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur sistem berjalan sesuai fungsinya. Sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan stok, mempercepat proses komunikasi dengan supplier, serta membantu pimpinan dalam pengambilan keputusan berbasis data yang akurat dan real-time. Dengan adanya sistem ini, pihak RO Aquatub dapat menjalankan operasional produksi secara lebih efektif dan terkontrol.

This study aims to implement the application of E-CRM in terms of increasing the efficiency of customer data management and strengthening relationships with customers. This study uses a case study method with a qualitative approach, which is carried out through interview techniques and observations of the system being run. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the implementation of E-CRM allows faster and more accurate product information synchronization, facilitates online transactions, and increases customer interaction through review features and direct communication. Thus, this system contributes to increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and the effectiveness of vinta manullang store operations.

Abstrak: Toko Vinta Manullang merupakan bisnis yang bergerak di bidang penjualan pakaian untuk pria, wanita, dan anak-anak. Di era digital saat ini, penerapan strategi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) memainkan peran krusial dalam membangun dan meningkatkan kesetiaan pelanggan. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, implementasi Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) semakin diperlukan untuk mengelola interaksi pelanggan secara lebih efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan E-CRM dalam hal meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data pelanggan serta memperkuat hubungan dengan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang dilaksanakan melalui teknik wawancara dan observasi terhadap sistem yang sedang dijalankan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diketahui bahwa penerapan E-CRM memungkinkan penyampaian informasi produk lebih cepat dan akurat, mempermudah transaksi online, serta meningkatkan interaksi pelanggan melalui fitur ulasan dan komunikasi langsung. Dengan demikian, sistem ini berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kepuasan pelanggan, loyalitas, serta efektivitas operasional toko vinta manullang.
