l be recognized by the world, one factor is how the majority of people in a country master, develop and utilize science and technology. The purpose of writing this literature review is none other than to explain in detail the development of individuals in facing developments in science, which has so far become a topic of discussion in the world of education. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method, namely research in the form of a literature study which aims to analyze, evaluate, identify, observe, find and determine relevant research topics. The results of data analysis conclude that science and technology are human achievements that must be utilized in understanding and practicing something. In line with this principle, science is actually a process experienced by individuals in their development. The poorer the knowledge, the narrower the insight in understanding something, the narrower a person's thinking about a science. In conclusion, development is a skill in the structure and function of the body or an increase in more complex abilities in a regular and predictable pattern as a result of experience and the maturation process. Development is also very closely related to social, motor, intellectual and emotional abilities. So it becomes very necessary how a learning design is formed to provide freedom to be creative on an ongoing basis in order to optimize and develop students work.

adition is not only a series of ceremonies or astrological calculations, but also a cultural heritage that includes local wisdom values and spiritual beliefs that have been passed down from generation to generation. In the current era of globalization, the wetonan tradition is faced with various challenges that threaten its survival. Changes in people’s attitudes and mindsets, urbanization, and doubts about traditional values are some of the main challenges. Shifting values and priorities in society, changes in value and belief systems, and doubts about the role of tradition in the era of globalization are some of the main challenges. However, preserving the wetonan tradition is crucial to maintaining a rich and diverse cultural identity and strengthening the solidarity of Javanese indigenous communities. To maintain and face the challenges of the wetonan tradition remaining relevant and valued by the community, concrete steps are needed. In facing this challenge, it is important to continue to educate the public about the cultural and spiritual values contained in the wetonan tradition, as well as to replant these values to strengthen the sustainability of the wetonan tradition amid the ongoing flow of modernization and globalization. Thus, the wetonan tradition can continue to live and develop as an integral part of the cultural identity of Javanese society. The preservation of this tradition not only ensures the continuity of a rich cultural heritage, but also strengthens solidarity and togetherness in Javanese indigenous communities. Therefore, measures to maintain and preserve the wetonan tradition need to be continuously strengthened to ensure that this cultural heritage remains alive and relevant for future generations.

The research results show that the constructivist approach can actually provide social studies teachers with access to choose appropriate learning rules, provide opportunities to make their own assessments and of course can reduce the teacher's burden because the teacher only acts as a facilitator.

skills. The four skills are listening (istima'), speaking (kalam), reading (qiroah), and writing (kitabah) are very important in the learning process. The research method used was my research with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through written and oral Arabic tests conducted on students of class VIII. The test results were categorised into several score ranges, and the students' Arabic language skills were analysed based on the predicates obtained. The results showed that most of the students had deficient Arabic language skills, with 48% of the total students being at the predicate of "Deficient". A total of 21% of students got the predicate "Very Good," 19% of students got the predicate "Good," and 12% of students got the predicate "Fair." The study also noted factors that influence students' Arabic language proficiency, including learning methods, textbooks, materials, educational institutions and time. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Jamilurrahman As-Salafy Putri Yogyakarta plays an important role in shaping students' Arabic language skills, but there are challenges in improving overall Arabic language skills. This study provides an understanding of the status of students' Arabic language skills at MTs Jamilurrahman As-Salafy Putri Yogyakarta and shows the importance of developing Arabic language learning at the madrasah.

The activities were conducted through an interactively designed socialization process, including material presentation, discussions, and mentorship. Pre-test results indicated that participants' initial understanding averaged 36%, highlighting the need for capacity building in business management. Following the socialization, the post-test scores significantly improved, averaging 87%, representing a 141.67% increase. This improvement reflects the success of the socialization program in enhancing participants' understanding. Through this initiative, the "Latimojong" coffee shop was able to formulate a more strategic and efficient business model, strengthening its competitiveness in the local market. The implementation of IoT technology and social media-based digital marketing positively impacted operational efficiency and customer experience. To address this issue, the program involved renovating the Literacy Corner, adding relevant educational materials, and conducting various educational activities. These activities included reading sessions, discussions, and workshops focused on maritime culture, as well as involving maritime experts and local leaders to provide in-depth insights. Program evaluation showed a significant increase in maritime cultural knowledge among participants, particularly among the younger generation. Pre- and post-program surveys indicated substantial improvement in understanding maritime traditions, such as boat-making and fishing techniques. The optimized Literacy Corner has become a more active hub, with increased visitation from the community. Support from the village government, local schools, non-governmental organizations, and the local community was crucial to the program's success. This program demonstrates that a participatory and collaborative approach in developing literacy centers can effectively enhance cultural knowledge and engage the community in preserving local heritage. Poor performance of parking attendants can cause various issues, including traffic congestion, rule violations, and user discomfort. Therefore, evaluating the performance of parking attendants is essential to improve service quality and parking safety. In this context, the implementation of a technology-based information system is an appropriate solution to enhance the effectiveness of the performance evaluation process for parking attendants. Classification methods, such as k-nearest neighbor (KNN), are used to evaluate the performance of parking attendants more accurately and efficiently. This method allows early detection of poor performance, such as fraud or traffic rule violations, and provides feedback for improvements. The primary goal is to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and recognize parking attendants with good performance.

Abstrak: Teknologi Informasi (TI) telah memainkan peran penting dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk sektor transportasi, seperti yang terlihat pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Asahan, Sumatera Utara. Salah satu tantangan di wilayah ini adalah kinerja juru parkir yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pengelolaan parkir dan keselamatan lalu lintas. Kinerja juru parkir yang kurang optimal dapat menimbulkan berbagai masalah, termasuk kemacetan, pelanggaran aturan, dan ketidaknyamanan pengguna parkir. Oleh karena itu, penilaian kinerja juru parkir menjadi sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan keamanan parkir. Dalam konteks ini, penerapan sistem informasi berbasis teknologi menjadi solusi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses penilaian kinerja juru parkir. Metode klasifikasi, seperti k-nearest neighbor (KNN), digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja juru parkir dengan lebih akurat dan efisien. Metode ini memungkinkan deteksi dini terhadap kinerja buruk, seperti penipuan atau pelanggaran aturan lalu lintas, serta memberikan umpan balik untuk perbaikan. Tujuan utamanya adalah mengukur efektivitas, mengidentifikasi area perbaikan, dan memberikan apresiasi bagi juru parkir yang memiliki kinerja baik.

This method was used to group sales data from February 2024 to January 2025 into three categories: best-selling, least-selling, and non-selling products. The study was conducted using a quantitative approach, through sales data collection and direct interviews with store owners. The system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, and designed with tools such as UML, DFD, and ERD. The results of this clustering system are expected to provide strategic information useful for Alya Collection in planning stock, promotions, and product development, thereby increasing sales effectively and efficiently.

Abstrak: Dalam era digital yang kompetitif, pemilik usaha seperti Alya Collection menghadapi tantangan dalam menentukan produk fashion yang tepat untuk ditawarkan kepada konsumen. Ketergantungan pada intuisi tanpa dukungan data seringkali mengakibatkan keputusan yang kurang akurat dan berisiko merugikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu proses pengambilan keputusan penjualan dengan menerapkan metode data mining menggunakan algoritma K-Means Clustering. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengelompokkan data penjualan dari Februari 2024 hingga Januari 2025 ke dalam tiga kategori: produk terlaris, kurang laris, dan tidak laris. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, melalui pengumpulan data penjualan serta wawancara langsung dengan pemilik toko. Sistem yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL, serta dirancang dengan alat bantu seperti UML, DFD, dan ERD. Hasil dari sistem klasterisasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi strategis yang berguna bagi Alya Collection dalam merencanakan stok, promosi, serta pengembangan produk, sehingga mampu meningkatkan penjualan secara efektif dan efisien.
