Penelitian menggunakan metode riset lapangan (field research) dengan sumber data utama dari Kepala Desa, Kepala Suku masing-masing adat, dan tokoh agama setempat. Data juga diperkuat melalui literatur pendukung berupa buku, jurnal ilmiah, majalah, artikel, serta dokumen terkait lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara adat, jujuran dilaksanakan menjelang pernikahan, diawali dengan proses peminangan, penentuan nominal jujuran, penetapan tenggat waktu, hingga penyerahan jujuran yang umumnya dilakukan sebelum akad nikah. Berdasarkan perspektif ‘urf, tradisi tingginya nominal jujuran tersebut tidak bertentangan dengan ketentuan ‘urf yang sah. (2) Mayoritas masyarakat tidak merasa terbebani dengan tradisi ini dan tidak memandangnya sebagai praktik yang menyimpang dari prinsip hukum Islam.

e authentic assessment offers various advantages that should not be taken for granted. This study aimed at investigating, 1) the assessment practice in the classroom, 2) the effectiveness of authentic assessment practice for assessing writing skill, and 3) the challenges of the practice. This study was a descriptive case study. The population of the study encompassed 31 learners in grade-5 elementary school. The instruments used for collecting the data were field notes yielded from classroom observation, transcript interview, and related documents. The result of the study performed that (1) the teacher employs several types of assessment, yet authentic assessment is the most preferrable in the practice, (2) the authentic assessment practice in the classroom is effectively depicting learners’ actual competence, comprising real-world relevance, and encouraging evaluation, and (3) the teacher encounters the challenging experience in designing acceptable assessment for learners with diverse level of English competence and the sufficient time, as well. In summary, this study has torched a light on the practice of authentic assessment in originally realizing the function of assessment. The different school setting, teaching experiences, learners’ language proficiency skills, and classroom environment might bring about a distinct result.

trengths and weaknesses of Controlled Speaking Practices and it was also to find whether Controlled Speaking Practices is effective in improving the speaking skill of senior students or not. The study took place at SMA TA’MIRIYAH Surabaya. The school carried out Controlled Speaking Practices in conversation class in the first grade of senior high school students. Qualitative descriptive approach and observation were applied in this study. The writer used recording and field notes as the techniques in conducting observation. The writer analyzed the strengths and weaknesses of controlled speaking practice which were according to three aspects: the result of practicing the task, how the teacher conducted the task, and the way students’ talk in the class. From the data analysis, Controlled Speaking Practices also can indicate that this is the right technique to improve the students’ speaking skill. The researcher concluded that Controlled Speaking Practices might be a tool of practice speaking English which can assist the students to achieve good speaking English.

dan Bisnis Islam (FEBI). Di era transformasi digital, instrumen filantropi Islam seperti wakaf uang memerlukan pendekatan komunikasi yang adaptif untuk menjangkau generasi Z sebagai digital natives. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui studi lapangan (field research). Data primer dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan empat orang mahasiswa FEBI UINSU yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, didukung oleh dokumentasi konten media sosial terkait. Analisis data menerapkan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media sosial (seperti Instagram, YouTube, dan WhatsApp) memiliki peran strategis yang signifikan dalam memperluas literasi wakaf uang melalui penyajian konten visual yang menarik, kreatif, dan informatif seperti video pendek serta infografis. Namun, efektivitas sosialisasi ini masih menghadapi kendala, di antaranya konten yang terlalu umum dan kurangnya keterbukaan informasi. Mahasiswa mengharapkan adanya transparansi pelaporan penyaluran dana secara berkala serta pembuatan video tutorial teknis yang jelas. Selain itu, keterlibatan aktif organisasi kemahasiswaan dan gerakan kolektif teman sebaya di media sosial terbukti efektif dalam memicu minat dan membangun kepercayaan mahasiswa untuk berwakaf uang secara digital.

This teaching assistance activity is conducted at UPT SD Negeri 066656, one of the elementary schools in Medan, specifically located at Jl. Karya Sembada No. 182 A PB. Selayang II. The objective is to provide direct teaching experience, understand student characteristics, and develop skills in designing, implementing, and evaluating the learning process. Through this teaching assistance program, students not only observe the learning process but also actively participate in teaching activities and assist teachers in the learning process. This report is compiled as a form of accountability for the implementation of the teaching assistance activities and as a reflection on the experiences gained during the program. Additionally, students have carried out a series of activities focused on improving the quality of learning and applying 21st-century learning approaches. The activities conducted include: Students observing the learning process in the classroom, including analyzing the curriculum and students' learning needs. Students developing learning materials such as lesson plans/teaching modules and designing learning media. Students also actively participating in the adaptation of technology in learning.

The objectives of this PKM activity are: 1) help empower groups of housewives who desire to become entrepreneurs; 2) help PKM partners in creating skills and comfort in community life through entrepreneurship; 3) improve thinking, reading and writing skills or other skills such as internet use. The targets of this program are: 1) the formation of a new business in the field of handicrafts from rope or thread curry (macrame); 2) availability of production support tools to produce creative macramé products; 3) there is an increase in knowledge and skills in producing various types of creative macarame products and are in demand by consumers. The outputs of this program are: Entrepreneurship Module, Basic Financial Accounting Module, and Use of Technology, Information and Communication Module. The implementation method is carried out to achieve the purpose of community service through PKM activities through discussion methods, technical guidance/training, workshops, and mentoring. Through PKM activities, empowering partner groups to become entrepreneurs is expected to help empower groups of housewives who are PKM partners so that they can improve the welfare of families and surrounding communities in a concrete manner .
