s strategi manajemen komunikasi penyiaran Islam dalam pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana dakwah di kalangan remaja. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan (field research), data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam semi-terstruktur dengan mahasiswi Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara (UINSU) dari Program Studi Komunikasi dan Penyiaran Islam (KPI) serta Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan, yang didukung oleh teknik dokumentasi digital. Analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan berdasarkan perspektif fungsi manajemen (planning, actuating, controlling, dan evaluating) serta teori Uses and Gratifications. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas dakwah digital di media sosial (Instagram, TikTok, dan YouTube) bertumpu pada perencanaan konten yang visual, estetis, dan berbasis tren (planning), serta gaya penyampaian materi yang persuasif, inklusif, dan adaptif terhadap problem psikologis harian remaja seperti kesehatan mental dan self-love (actuating). Namun, ekosistem digital juga membawa tantangan berat berupa hoaks keagamaan, distorsi informasi, dan disorientasi kredibilitas pendakwah demi viralitas belaka. Oleh karena itu, penguatan fungsi pengawasan (controlling) melalui pencantuman referensi dalil yang sahih serta evaluasi dampak perilaku nyata (evaluating) menjadi pilar krusial untuk mentransformasi media sosial menjadi ruang edukasi Islam yang solutif dan berkelanjutan bagi karakter generasi muda.

This is where the need for certainty of law in settling the dispute in question arises, and how the Constitutional Court's decision for certainty of law can be realized in Islamic banking disputes. The research method used is descriptive normative. Research results explain that the Decision of the Constitutional Court Number 93/PUU/X/2012 confirms certainty of law by deleting dualism of authority justice, making the Religious Court as an institution the sole authority to finish Islamic banking through track litigation. Thus, it can be concluded that this decision cancels the explanation of Article 55 paragraph (2) of the Sharia Banking Law, eliminates forum selection to the District Court; however, it still allows non-litigation settlement, such as Sharia arbitration. The settlement process of disputes in Islamic banking, as arranged in Article 55 paragraph (1), (2), and (3) of the Sharia Banking Law, has given duties and authorities to courts in the neighborhood religious courts.

Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa : 1) Program tah}fi>z} al-h}adi>s\ di pondok pesantren Daarul Istiqlal Medan berjalan dan terealisasikan dengan baik, sedangkan metode menghafal menghafal hadis yang digunakan di kalangan santri Darul Istiqlal Medan yaitu metode talqi>n, tafahhum, dan tikra>r. 2) Faktor pendukung dalam program menghafal hadis di Pondok Pesantren Darul Istiqlal Medan meliputi; motivasi dari pengajar hadis kepada para santri, pemilihan lingkungan yang kondusif untuk menghafal hadis dan pemahaman makna yang terkandung di dalam redaksi hadis, sedangkan faktor penghambat program menghafal hadis meliputi; Kurangnya pembendaharaan kosa kata Bahasa Arab yang dimiliki para santri, kurangnya kemampuan santri dalam menguasai kalimat atau kata bahasa Arab yang didalam redaksi hadis dan kurangnya waktu luang bagi para santri di dalam menghafal hadis.

bibliometric analysis of global trends, collaboration networks, and thematic developments remains limited. This study conducts a bibliometric analysis of 489 Scopus-indexed articles published between 1977 and 2025 to examine publication trends, key contributors, and thematic structures. Results indicate that the United States (32.5%), United Kingdom (15.8%), Germany (9.6%), and Canada (7.3%) are the leading contributors, with emerging research from Slovenia (2.1%) and Uruguay (1.7%). Institutional collaborations highlight strong interdisciplinary ties, particularly between the Center for Addictive Disorders and the Faculty of Medicine and Health. Co-authorship analysis identifies Nikos Ntoumanis (98 publications) and Jennifer Cumming (76 publications) as pivotal researchers, while citation network analysis highlights influential clusters led by Joan L. Duda (4,532 citations) and Andreas Ivarsson (3,215 citations). Bradford’s Law identifies Psychology of Sport and Exercise and Journal of Applied Sport Psychology as core journals. Thematic mapping reveals that mental toughness (18.4%) and resilience (14.7%) are dominant topics, while psychometrics (6.3%) and competitive anxiety (5.1%) remain underexplored. These findings provide strategic insights for enhancing global research collaboration, bridging psychological theory and practice, and guiding future research directions in sports psychology.

Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan BK di SMP Negeri 1 Telagasari terlaksana dengan baik dan terintegrasi dengan kegiatan sekolah. Layanan yang diberikan meliputi bimbingan klasikal, konseling individu, konseling kelompok, serta advokasi terhadap siswa. Faktor pendukung pelaksanaan layanan BK meliputi dukungan kepala sekolah, fasilitas ruang BK yang memadai, serta kolaborasi antara guru BK, wali kelas, dan orang tua. Sementara itu, faktor penghambat yang ditemukan adalah karakter siswa yang masih labil, keterbatasan waktu guru BK, dan pengaruh penggunaan gawai di lingkungan sekolah. Secara keseluruhan, layanan BK berperan signifikan dalam membantu siswa mengembangkan potensi diri, memperbaiki perilaku, serta menumbuhkan kedisiplinan dan tanggung jawab di lingkungan sekolah.

The realisation of the utilisation of profits from productive endowment income at the Raudaturrasyidin DDI Cambalagi Islamic Boarding School. Meanwhile, the management of productive endowments at the Nurul Ikhwan Islamic Boarding School through the boarding school canteen is categorised as productive with a significant increase in income. Meanwhile, the management of productive endowments at the Nahdlatul 'Ulum Islamic Boarding School through the mini market Aminah demonstrates productive management of productive endowments on endowed assets, namely the Mini Market Aminah, which is categorised as moderately productive with significant income growth from May to December 2023 and May to December 2024. Each portion of the income from productive endowments at the three boarding schools has a designated allocation for utilisation. research. The informants in this study consisted of MUI officials in North Sulawesi Province and non-Muslim MSME actors in Manado City. The results of this study indicate that: Non-Muslim SME actors have demonstrated a high level of adaptation to halal certification regulations through gradual and pragmatic strategies. They began by improving hygiene, recording raw materials, and participating in training and capacity-building programs. These strategies reflect that the actors do not reject the regulations but require an approach tailored to their capacities. In many cases, halal certification is even positioned as a branding tool and a means of market expansion, rather than merely legal compliance. This adaptation also reflects the success of a values-based approach rooted in the principles of maqasid, where regulations are accepted as meaningful and beneficial ethical business practices. Through a dialogic and contextual approach, non-Muslim SME operators have successfully transformed halal certification into an opportunity rather than a threat to their identity.
