Toko All Brand sebagai toko multi-merek menyediakan banyak alternatif smartphone, namun belum memiliki mekanisme yang sistematis untuk membantu konsumen dalam proses pemilihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan smartphone terbaik pada toko All Brand menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Metode SAW digunakan karena mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan pengambilan keputusan multikriteria melalui proses normalisasi, pembobotan, dan perankingan alternatif. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi harga, kapasitas RAM, memori internal, kualitas kamera, performa prosesor, dan kapasitas baterai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu menghasilkan perankingan smartphone secara objektif berdasarkan nilai preferensi. Dari hasil perhitungan, smartphone Oppo Reno memperoleh nilai preferensi tertinggi sebesar 0,92 dan direkomendasikan sebagai smartphone terbaik. Implementasi sistem menunjukkan bahwa metode SAW dapat diterapkan secara efektif untuk membantu konsumen dan pihak toko dalam pengambilan keputusan pemilihan smartphone. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi proses pemilihan produk, meminimalkan kesalahan keputusan, serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di toko All Brand.
