Optimalisasi Pemberdayaan Desa melalui Program Unggulan dan Kemitraan Persyarikatan KKN MAs 68 Desa Buatan I

Abstract: The Community Service Program (KKN) MAS 68 at Buatan I Village, conducted from July 31 to September 10, 2025, was initiated in response to several challenges faced by the community, including limited educational and healthcare… thcare facilities, inadequate public amenities, environmental conditions requiring improvement, low socio-cultural activities, and limited local MSME development. The students implemented six main programs: establishing a reading corner; collaborating with the integrated health post (Posyandu) through elderly exercise, nutrition education, and supplementary feeding; renovating and organizing the village maternity post (Polindes); conducting greening and community clean-up activities at schools and the village; organizing the 17th August 2025 Independence Day celebration; and developing MSMEs based on egg-laying ducks into salted eggs and salted egg crackers. Methods employed included participatory observation, socialization, mentoring, hands-on practice, and active participation in socio-cultural activities. Evaluation was conducted through discussions with partners, field notes, and visual documentation. The results showed an improvement in literacy, the establishment of healthy habits among children and the elderly, a greener environment, successful organization of the Independence Day celebration, and increased economic value of local MSMEs. The program also enhanced students’ soft skills and strengthened synergy among students, villagers, and village officials, thus providing a positive impact on the community capacity of Buatan I Village.

Edukasi Pentingnya Menggunakan Masker untuk Mencegah Infeksi Nosokomial pada Pengunjung di Poli Rawat Jalan RSUD Bahteramas

Abstract: Infeksi yang berkaitan dengan Healthcare Associated Infections (HAIs) ialah permasalahan kesehatan yang bersifat global, termasuk di Indonesia yang pada tahun 2024 tercatat sebesar 15,74%. Kondisi tersebut menegaskan bahwasannya&#8230; wasannya pelaksanaan upaya pencegahan serta pengendalian infeksi (PPI) di rumah sakit menjadi hal yang sangat krusial, salah satunya melalui penerapan penggunaan masker secara tepat serta benar sesuai prosedur. Sementara itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini dimaksudkan guna meningkatkan kesadaran serta pengetahuan pengunjung terkait penggunaan masker yang benar, sebagai bentuk upaya pencegahan terhadap penularan infeksi nosokomial di Instalasi Rawat Jalan RSUD Bahteramas Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2026, dengan sasaran pasien serta keluarga atau pendamping pasien di Instalasi Rawat Jalan, sehingga didapatkan sebanyak 60 pengunjung. Pada studi ini metode yang dipakai ialah edukasi kesehatan secara langsung (tatap muka) dengan media leaflet. Dari hasil Hasil pengujian Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test menghasilkan nilai P-Valeu=0,000 (p<0,05). Berdasarkan hal tersebut, mengindikasikan bahwasannya sehinga ada perbedaan pengetahuansignifikan sebelum serta sesudah edukasi.

Efektivitas Hak-Hak Warga Negara dalam Sistem Administrasi Publik: Studi Kasus pada Pelayanan Publik di Kabupaten Merauke

Abstract: This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of fulfilling citizens' rights within the public administration system in Merauke Regency, South Papua. The focus of the study is on services related to civil administration,&#8230; on, healthcare, education, and licensing, as well as the challenges encountered in accessing these services, particularly in remote rural areas. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, collecting data through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document studies. The informants include citizens using public services, government officials, and community leaders. The findings reveal a significant disparity in access and quality of services between urban and rural areas in Merauke. Residents in remote areas face various challenges, such as limited infrastructure, a shortage of healthcare workers and teachers, as well as geographical barriers that delay the fulfillment of their basic rights, particularly in healthcare, education, and civil administration services. The digitization of services is also uneven, as limited internet access in rural areas hampers licensing services. Based on these findings, the study proposes a new theory, Geographically Adaptive Public Service, which emphasizes the importance of adapting public services to local geographical and socio-cultural conditions. This theory offers a more flexible and innovative approach to public service delivery in remote areas, aiming to ensure the equitable fulfillment of citizens' rights. In conclusion, service innovation and a more adaptive approach are needed to improve the quality of public services in Merauke Regency, particularly in reaching communities in hard-to-access areas.

Analisis Penggunaan Perangkat Internet of Things (IoT) pada Novel Hujan Karya Tere Liye

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the use of Internet of Things (IoT) technology in the novel "Hujan" by Tere Liye. This novel shows how the love story and life struggle of the main character, Lail, are connected to the development&#8230; ment of IoT technology. This research aims to understand how IoT technology shapes the story from the aspect of the situation to the characteristics of the related IoT devices. Through the hermeneutic method, this research identifies the use of IoT in several contexts. The findings obtained in the novel are 1) Smart Buildings, 2) Smart Farming, 3) Smart Home, 4) Smart City, and 5) Smart Healthcare. The results show that IoT technology is a key element in achieving a more advanced and connected digital society, bringing positive impacts in daily life and providing smart solutions to various global challenges.

Penerapan Computer Vision Menggunakan Model Yolov8 Untuk Monitoring Kepadatan Pengunjung Ruang Rawat Inap Di Rumah Sakit

Abstract: Abstract: Hospitals, as healthcare facilities, have a high level of visitor mobility, particularly in inpatient wards. Therefore, visitor control is necessary to maintain patient comfort, safety, and service quality. Manual&#8230; ual visitor monitoring is considered ineffective and prone to errors. Therefore, this study aims to design and implement an artificial intelligence-based visitor monitoring system for hospital inpatient wards using computer vision technology. The developed system utilizes the YOLOv8 model as an object detection algorithm to automatically detect and count visitors through a camera. Visitor information is displayed through a desktop-based monitoring interface and is equipped with warning notifications via the Telegram application and an automatic alarm if the number of visitors exceeds the limit set by hospital policy. Test results show that the system is capable of performing well in detecting and counting visitors in real time, as well as sending information and warnings responsively. Thus, this system is considered effective as a technology-based hospital management support solution in controlling inpatient ward density and making decisions more quickly and accurately.        Keywords: hospital; inpatient ward; computer vision; yolov8; visitor monitoring Abstrak: Rumah sakit sebagai fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan memiliki tingkat mobilitas pengunjung yang tinggi, khususnya pada ruang rawat inap, sehingga diperlukan pengendalian jumlah pengunjung untuk menjaga kenyamanan, keselamatan pasien, dan kualitas pelayanan. Pemantauan jumlah pengunjung secara manual dinilai kurang efektif dan rentan terhadap kesalahan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pemantauan jumlah pengunjung ruang rawat inap rumah sakit berbasis kecerdasan buatan menggunakan teknologi computer vision. Sistem yang dikembangkan memanfaatkan model YOLOv8 sebagai algoritma object detection untuk mendeteksi dan menghitung jumlah pengunjung secara otomatis melalui kamera. Informasi jumlah pengunjung ditampilkan melalui antarmuka pemantauan berbasis desktop dan dilengkapi dengan notifikasi peringatan melalui aplikasi Telegram serta alarm otomatis apabila jumlah pengunjung melebihi batas yang ditetapkan sesuai kebijakan rumah sakit. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu bekerja dengan baik dalam mendeteksi dan menghitung jumlah pengunjung secara real-time, serta mengirimkan informasi dan peringatan secara responsif. Dengan demikian, sistem ini dinilai efektif sebagai solusi pendukung manajemen rumah sakit berbasis teknologi dalam pengendalian kepadatan ruang rawat inap dan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cepat dan akurat. Pemanfaatan Teknologi Web Gis Untuk Monitoring Kasus Stunting Di Kabupaten Asahan

Abstract: Abstract: The issue of stunting represents a significant obstacle in public health development efforts, particularly in the Asahan Regency area. Stunting not only affects children’s physical growth but also has implications&#8230; tions for intellectual capacity and productivity in the future. This study aims to develop an information system based on a Web Geographic Information System (Web GIS) to monitor the geographic distribution of stunting cases and assist the Asahan Regency Health Office in making data-driven policy decisions. The method applied in this research is a quantitative descriptive approach, encompassing the stages of problem identification, data collection, system requirements analysis, design, implementation, and system evaluation. The research findings show that the developed Web GIS platform successfully displays stunting data by district through interactive digital map representation, facilitates data input and updates by healthcare workers, and provides information accessible to the general public. The system is considered capable of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of stunting case monitoring, while also supporting information transparency and the planning of more targeted intervention programs. With the implementation of this Web GIS, stunting prevention efforts in Asahan Regency can be carried out in a more structured manner and based on accurate spatial data.             Keywords: stunting; geographic information system; monitoring; mapping; asahan regency Abstrak: Permasalahan stunting merupakan hambatan signifikan dalam upaya pengembangan kesehatan publik, terutama di wilayah Kabupaten Asahan. Stunting tidak hanya mempengaruhi aspek pertumbuhan jasmani anak, namun juga berimplikasi pada kemampuan intelektual dan daya produktif di masa mendatang. Studi ini memiliki tujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi yang berbasiskan Web Geographic Information System (Web GIS) dengan maksud memantau distribusi kasus stunting secara geografis dan memfasilitasi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Asahan dalam proses pengambilan kebijakan yang berdasarkan data. Metode yang diterapkan dalam riset ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, meliputi fase identifikasi permasalahan, koleksi data, kajian kebutuhan sistem, perancangan, penerapan, dan penilaian sistem. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa platform Web GIS yang dikembangkan berhasil menampilkan data stunting per kecamatan melalui representasi peta digital yang interaktif, memfasilitasi proses input dan pemutakhiran data oleh tenaga kesehatan, serta menyediakan informasi yang dapat diakses oleh khalayak umum. Sistem tersebut dianggap mampu meningkatkan keefektifan dan keefisienan dalam monitoring kasus stunting, sekaligus mendukung keterbukaan informasi dan perencanaan program intervensi yang lebih tepat sasaran. Dengan adanya implementasi Web GIS ini, langkah-langkah penanggulangan stunting di Kabupaten Asahan dapat dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan yang lebih terstruktur dan berdasarkan data spasial yang tepat. Penyuluhan dan Pelatihan Pengolahan Makanan Bergizi Bagi Kader PKK RW 04 Kelurahan Badean

Abstract: The level of health significantly influences the quality of human resources. The family, being the most basic unit of society, has a significant impact on enhancing health outcomes. A mother is suitable for this role, as&#8230; she is responsible for caring for the entire family. Kader PKK (members of the Family Welfare Movement, a community-based women's organization in Indonesia) of RW 04 in Badean Village, Bondowoso District, Bondowoso Regency has an opportunity to enhance their potential through women's empowerment. The distribution of educational and economic levels among people in RW 04, Badean Subdistrict, is uneven, resulting in a disparity in their health status as well. This service activity focuses on empowering women through the implementation of the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method. The aim is to enhance the quality of community health by conducting counseling and training on preparing nutritious food using Moringa leaves, which are readily accessible to the population. This service activity has enhanced the knowledge and skills of Kader PKK of RW 04 in processing nutritious meals. They can also disseminate the knowledge they have acquired to mothers in their surroundings, thus improving the effectiveness of initiatives to empower women in the healthcare sector.      Keywords: Counseling and training; nutritious meals; kader PKK   Abstrak: Salah faktor yang berperan besar terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia adalah tingkat kesehatan. Keluarga sebagai kelompok sosial terkecil dalam masyarakat memegang peran penting dalam perbaikan status kesehatan. Peran ini dapat dipegang oleh seorang ibu karena ibulah yang bertugas merawat seluruh keluarga. Salah satu kelompok yang berpeluang dikembangkan potensinya melalui pemberdayaan wanita adalah kader PKK (Pembinaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga) RW 04 Kelurahan Badean Kecamatan Bondowoso Kabupaten Bondowoso. Tingkat pendidikan dan perekonomian warga di lingkungan RW 04 Kelurahan Badean tidak merata, sehingga status kesehatannya juga belum merata. Pada kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan upaya pemberdayaan perempuan menggunakan metode PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) berupa upaya peningkatan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat melalui kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan pembuatan makanan bergizi berbasis daun kelor yang mudah didapat di sekitar lingkungan warga. Dengan adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader PKK RW 04 mengenai pengolahan makanan bergizi menjadi meningkat. Para kader juga dapat menyampaikan ilmu yang diperolehnya kepada para ibu di lingkungannya, sehingga upaya pemberdayaan perempuan dalam bidang kesehatan menjadi lebih optimal. INVENTORY CONTROL OF DISPOSABLE MEDICAL SUPPLIES USING REORDER POINT METHOD

Abstract: Abstract: Inventory management of consumable medical devices and drugs plays a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of healthcare operations. However, Jelita Dental Care still faces challenges in recording and controlling&#8230; rolling stock due to manual procedures, which can lead to data inaccuracy, procurement delays, and the risk of stockouts. To address these issues, this study aims to develop a web-based Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) system that integrates stock monitoring and procurement processes. The Reorder Point (ROP) method is applied to determine the optimal reorder point based on average demand, lead time, and safety stock. This system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results show that the JelitaMed system is able to improve the effectiveness and accuracy of inventory management, simplify the structured procurement submission process between the admin, owner, and supplier, and support decision-making in maintaining the availability of consumable medical devices and drugs. Thus, the implementation of E-SCM combined with the ROP method is a practical solution to improve inventory control in small-scale health clinics. Namun, Jelita Dental Care masih menghadapi kendala dalam pencatatan dan pengendalian stok akibat prosedur manual, yang dapat menyebabkan ketidaktepatan data, keterlambatan pengadaan, serta risiko kekurangan persediaan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem Electronic Supply Chain Management (E-SCM) berbasis web yang mengintegrasikan pemantauan stok dan proses pengadaan. Metode Reorder Point (ROP) diterapkan untuk menentukan waktu pemesanan ulang yang optimal berdasarkan permintaan rata-rata, lead time, dan safety stock. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem JelitaMed mampu meningkatkan efektivitas dan akurasi pengelolaan persediaan, mempermudah proses pengajuan pengadaan secara terstruktur antara admin, owner, dan supplier, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan dalam menjaga ketersediaan alat dan obat medis habis pakai. Dengan demikian, penerapan E-SCM yang dikombinasikan dengan metode ROP menjadi solusi praktis untuk meningkatkan pengendalian persediaan pada klinik kesehatan skala kecil. AI-DRIVEN HYBRID ENCRYPTION FOR SECURE ELECTRONIC MEDICAL RECORDS

Abstract: Abstract: In the era of sensitive health data and frequent cyberattacks, securing electronic medical records (EMR) has become a critical challenge. This study proposes a hybrid encryption framework combining Affine and AES&#8230; ES algorithms with an AI-based key management module to enhance EMR security while maintaining efficiency. A dataset of 1,000 simulated records was evaluated using five cryptographic configurations: Affine-only, AES-only, RSA-only, Affine–AES, and Affine–AES with AI. Performance was measured through encryption/decryption latency and ciphertext size, while security was assessed under brute-force, SQL injection, and phishing simulations. The AI decision tree for key generation was evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and entropy metrics. Results show that the AI-enhanced hybrid method eliminates brute-force success, introduces only minor latency overhead, and generates high-entropy keys with reliability above 98%. These findings indicate that integrating AI-based dynamic key regeneration into hybrid encryption can improve EMR security while remaining practical for clinical and cloud-based healthcare systems. Future work should involve real clinical datasets and explore post-quantum cryptographic extensions.             Keywords: AI key management; attack resistance; encryption performance; electronic medical records; hybrid encryption     Abstrak: Di era meningkatnya sensitivitas data kesehatan dan maraknya serangan siber, perlindungan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) menjadi tantangan penting. Penelitian ini mengusulkan kerangka enkripsi hibrida yang menggabungkan algoritma Affine dan AES dengan modul manajemen kunci berbasis AI untuk meningkatkan keamanan RME tanpa mengorbankan efisiensi. Dataset simulasi berisi 1.000 entri diuji menggunakan lima konfigurasi kriptografi: Affine-only, AES-only, RSA-only, Affine–AES, serta Affine–AES dengan AI. Performa diukur melalui latensi enkripsi/dekripsi dan ukuran ciphertext, sedangkan keamanan dievaluasi melalui simulasi serangan brute force, SQL injection, dan phishing. Model decision tree untuk manajemen kunci dinilai menggunakan metrik akurasi, presisi, recall, F1-score, dan entropi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa metode hibrida dengan AI menghilangkan keberhasilan brute force, menambah overhead latensi yang minimal, serta menghasilkan kunci berentropi tinggi dengan reliabilitas di atas 98%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa regenerasi kunci dinamis berbasis AI dalam skema enkripsi hibrida dapat meningkatkan keamanan RME sekaligus tetap praktis untuk sistem klinis dan layanan kesehatan berbasis cloud. SENTIMENT ANALYSIS OF THE HALODOC APPLICATION USING THE SUPPORT VECTOR MACHINE (SVM) ALGORITHM

Abstract: Abstract: The Halodoc application, as a digital healthcare service platform, has been widely used for various medical purposes, such as doctor consultations, medication purchases, and laboratory services. User interactions&#8230; ns and reviews play a crucial role in enhancing service quality. Sentiment analysis was conducted using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method to assess user perceptions and satisfaction based on reviews obtained from the Google Play Store platform. The analysis process included data collection, text preprocessing, data transformation using TF-IDF, and training an SVM model to predict sentiment. The model achieved its highest accuracy of 88.32% in the first scenario. However, accuracy slightly decreased in the second and third scenarios, reaching 86.25% and 86.94%, respectively. The analysis results indicated that the model performed best in the first scenario, with the lowest number of prediction errors. Additionally, the model was more accurate in classifying negative and positive sentiments than neutral ones.             Keywords: halodoc application; sentiment analysis; support vector machine algorithm   Abstrak: Aplikasi Halodoc, sebagai platform layanan kesehatan digital, telah banyak digunakan untuk berbagai keperluan medis seperti konsultasi dokter, pembelian obat, dan layanan laboratorium. Interaksi pengguna dan ulasan mereka memiliki peran krusial dalam meningkatkan mutu layanan. Analisis sentimen dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Support Vector Machine (SVM) untuk mengetahui persepsi dan kepuasan pengguna berdasarkan ulasan yang diperoleh dari Platform Google Play Store. Proses analisis mencakup pengumpulan data, pra-pemrosesan teks, transformasi data menggunakan TF-IDF, dan pelatihan model SVM untuk memprediksi sentimen. Hasil pelatihan model dengan akurasi tertinggi sebesar 88,32% pada skenario pertama. Akurasi sedikit menurun pada skenario kedua dan ketiga, masing-masing sebesar 86,25% dan 86,94%, Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa model memiliki performa terbaik pada skenario pertama dengan jumlah kesalahan prediksi terkecil.
