Abstract:Principal academic supervision management is a crucial factor in improving elementary school teacher performance amid the increasing demands for educational quality and digital transformation in the Grogol District, Cilegon…
gon City. The background of the study indicates persistent issues in teacher performance, including suboptimal lesson planning, less innovative teaching methods, and limited integration of educational technology. The research problem is formulated as how principals manage academic supervision to enhance teacher performance through planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up processes. This study employs a qualitative case study approach involving eleven public elementary schools. The findings reveal that academic supervision is conducted systematically, collaboratively, and continuously through classroom observations, reflective discussions, workshops, and On-the-Job Training supported by the Academic Learning System. The results indicate a 15 percent improvement in teacher performance, increasing from 75 to 95, as well as an 80 percent improvement in school learning achievement. The study concludes that integrated, collaborative, and technology-based academic supervision management significantly enhances teacher professionalism. The novelty of this research lies in the development of a digital-collaborative supervision model that integrates teacher participation, continuous professional development, and real-time digital monitoring systems to ensure more effective, efficient, and measurable teacher performance management. Supporting factors include principal commitment, teacher openness, collaborative school culture, and technological support. In contrast, the main obstacles include time constraints, administrative workload, and variations in teacher competence. The findings imply that academic supervision should be managed as adaptive, participatory, and sustainable professional development oriented toward continuous improvement of learning quality in Indonesian elementary schools, serving as a reference for developing a more effective, systematic, and sustainable digital-collaborative supervision model.

es, advances in educational technology, and the demands of 21st-century learning require teachers to possess adaptive, reflective, and collaborative professional competencies. The research problem focused on the influence of reflective practice and best practice on the professional competence of teachers at A-accredited public elementary schools in Cilegon City. The study employed a quantitative approach with a causal-comparative design involving 105 teachers selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression using EViews 12. The results revealed that reflective practice had a positive and significant effect on teachers’ professional competence, with a t-value of 4.697 and a significance value of 0.000. Best practice also demonstrated a positive and significant effect, with a t-value of 5.065 and a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneous testing indicated that reflective practice and best practice jointly had a significant effect on teachers’ professional competence, with an F-value of 43.72 and a coefficient of determination of 52.2%. The findings confirm that reflective and collaborative cultures are capable of improving teachers’ professional quality continuously through learning evaluation, sharing teaching experiences, and developing innovative instructional strategies. The novelty of this study lies in the simultaneous examination of reflective practice and best practice through a quantitative approach within the context of A-accredited public elementary schools in Cilegon City. The findings also demonstrate that best practice exerts a greater influence than reflective practice on the professional competence of elementary school teachers.
Abstract:This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model in enhancing the communication skills of junior high school students through a literature review approach. The study critically analyzes…
yzes a range of scholarly literature and recent research findings concerning the implementation of PjBL, particularly in the context of developing oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills within primary education settings. The findings indicate that PjBL fosters an active, collaborative, and contextual learning environment that significantly contributes to the improvement of students’ communication abilities. Through project completion that involves exploration, presentation, and group interaction, learners are encouraged to articulate ideas effectively, engage in active listening, and produce writing with logical and argumentative structure. Moreover, the model has been shown to enhance students' self-confidence, independence, and sense of responsibility toward their own learning process. Nonetheless, the implementation of PjBL continues to face several challenges, including limited instructional time, insufficient teacher understanding of meaningful project design, and inadequate supporting resources. Without systemic support and continuous professional development for educators, the application of this model risks becoming a mere formality with little substantive impact. Therefore, this study recommends further empirical research using a mixed-methods approach to investigate the effectiveness of PjBL across various subjects and educational levels. Such studies are expected to strengthen the theoretical foundation and promote the adoption of PjBL as a transformative learning strategy in shaping learners.
Abstract:This study originates from the increasing prevalence of subclinical narcissistic traits among church congregants, manifested in religious practices that appear devout yet are latently oriented toward external validation…
rather than an intimate relationship with God. This phenomenon generates a distortion of spirituality, as religious identity is constructed upon social recognition, thereby hindering spiritual-psychological well-being and displacing the longing for divine love. The research problem focuses on how subclinical narcissism operates as a psycho-spiritual disorder within the context of worship and how faith community engagement moderates this dynamic. Employing an integrative conceptual analysis and critical engagement with the psychology of religion literature, including the typology of grandiose and vulnerable narcissism, this study finds that performance-based community cultures intensify narcissistic tendencies through symbolic competition and religious self-imaging, whereas inclusive and transformational communities function as corrective spaces that reorient the existential framework of congregants. The study concludes that restoration cannot be achieved merely through behavioral modification or the intensification of religious activities, but through a reorientation of worship that restores the True Self in relationship with Christ as the authentic source of self-worth. The novelty of this research lies in its conceptualization of subclinical narcissism as a form of worship disorder and in its emphasis on the role of faith community as a moderating variable within holistic spiritual therapy, thereby offering both theoretical and pastoral contributions to contemporary churches facing the challenges of performative spirituality.

d out on the biblical text and various theologians. The findings show that Genesis 1:1-2 describes an unstructured and empety initial state, which later became the foundation for the creation process. The creation narrative in Genesis 1:1-2 is one of the main foundations of Cristian theology. This research aims to dig deeper into the theological meaning of the phrase “the earth was formless and empty” in Genesis 1:1-2. The main focus is on the primitive condition of the earth before creation, and its implications for understanding God’s power and creativity. This research seeks to clarify various existing interpretations, especially regarding the concept of “tohu wabohu” and its relationship with other creation theories. A close analysis of Genesis 1:1-2 shows that the phrase “the earth was formless and empty” describes an intial state that was unstructured and without form. This condition is not the result of previous destruction, but is a “blank canvas” for God’s creative work. Thorugh His words, God transforms chaos into order, brings light into darkness, and creates everything from nothing. This research provides new contributions, namely: presenting a comprehensive review of various theological views regarding Genesis 1:1-2 including comparisons with other creation theories such as the gap theory, providing a deeper interpretation of the concept of “tohu wabohu” and clarifyng misunderstandings that often occur, highlights the implications of understanding the early conditions of the earth for our understanding of God’s power and creativity and the relationship between creator and creation.

a marriage need to be studied further. The importance of knowing the most important elements in marriage will minimize conflict and even divorce. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques based on literature studies. The study of marriage and all components of marriage is the object of this research. The main research data comes from the book "A Triangular Theory of Love" by Robert J. Sternberg and "The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work" by John Gottman. Apart from that, supporting data such as books and articles related to marriage and studies of love in married life are also used as supporting references. The research results show the dynamics of changes in the type of love during marriage. There are three components to love including: (1) the intimacy component; (2) passion component; and (3) commitment component. These three components can form different types of love. The love component can increase and decrease and even disappear. However, the component of love that is a factor in a marriage lasting a long time is the component of commitment. This is because even if the passion and intimacy of a husband and wife change, if the marriage commitment is maintained firmly, the marriage will still be able to survive. The commitment component in love is the most important element in marriage which is the reason for the formation and survival of a marriage.
