ative learning model is a learning model in which students learn and work in small groups collaboratively with 4-5 members with heterogeneous group structures. This service aims to find out how to improve the application of cooperative learning models based on local wisdom in elementary schools in order to increase numeracy literacy. This method is a participatory action study, namely the implementation of the method by considering the existence of a problem study stage by involving students in elementary schools, as well as looking for the most appropriate alternative solution in overcoming the problem. The result of this service is students' understanding of the cooperative learning model which can be seen from discussions and questions and answers. In addition, the results of this service increase students' ability to work together to improve numeracy literacy.

Abstrak: Pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar yang monoton, guru tidak menggunakan sebuah model pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan literasi numerasi di Sekolah Dasar. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut yakni dengan menggunakan model cooperative learning. Model cooperative learning adalah suatu model pembelajaran dimana siswa belajar dan bekerja dalam kelompok kecil secara kolaboratif yang anggotanya 4–5 orang dengan struktur kelompok heterogen. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana meningkatkan penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif berbasis kearifan lokal di sekolah dasar dalam rangka peningkatan literasi numerasi. Metode ini yaitu kaji tindak partisipatif yaitu pengimplementasian metode dengan mempertimbangkan adanya tahap kajian masalah dengan melibatkan siswa di Sekolah Dasar, serta mencari alternatif solusi yang paling tepat dalam mengatasi permasalahan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah pemahaman siswa mengenai model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning yang dapat dilihat dari diskusi dan tanya jawab. Selain itu hasil dari pengabdian ini menambah kemampuan siswa dalam bekerja sama untuk meningkatkan literasi numerasi.

Lecture method’s used to explain the concept of the application used is M.Excell. A demonstration method to demonstrate a process of work’s the stages of each activity and practice it, while the question and answer method to give the participants the opportunity to consult in overcoming the constraints that occur in the processing of values manually. The benefits derived from this activity include improving the knowledge of teachers to be more professional in carrying out teaching and learning process either inside or outside school, can improve student learning activities through IPTEKS satisfaction, can simplify the process of calculating student value computerized with the help of M. Abstrak: Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat berupa pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi komputer bagi guru-guru dalam pengolahan nilai siswa ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, yang diharapkan dapat menghasilkan perubahan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan sikap dari guru maupun siswa sehingga proses belajar dan mengajar dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan mudah.Khalayak sasaran dalam kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah seluruh guru SMP Negeri 2 Simpang Empat yang berjumlah 30 orang. Kegiatan pelatihan pemanfaatan teknologi komputer dalam dunia pendidikan ini disajikan dengan metode ceramah, demonstrasi dan tanya jawab. Metode ceramah digunakan untuk menjelaskan konsep tentang aplikasi yang digunakan yaitu Microsoft Excell. Metode demonstrasi untuk menunjukkan suatu proses kerja yaitu tahapan-tahapan dari setiap kegiatan dan mempraktikkannya, sementara metode tanya jawab untuk memberi kesempatan para peserta berkonsultasi dalam mengatasi kendala yang terjadi dalam pengolahan nilai secara manual.Manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini antara lain dapatmeningkatkan pengetahuan para guru agar lebih profesional dalam melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar baik didalam atau diluar sekolah, dapat meningkatkan aktifitas pembelajaran siswa melalui penguasan IPTEKS, dapat mempermudah proses perhitungan nilai siswa secara komputerisasi dengan bantuan Microsoft Excell.

The results of this research are in the form of a web-based goods inventory gateway sms application that has been successfully built and running well, as an information system that can assist in inventory management, quantity of spare parts stock and sales reports. Abstrak : CV. MOL JAYA merupakan salah satu CV yang bergerak dibidang menyediakan barang sperepart mobil . Dalam hal pengolahan persedian sparepart di CV. Mol Jaya masih mengalami kesulitan , seperti tidak dapat mengetahui jumlah stok onderdil dan laporan penjualan kurang maksimal , sehingga penyebab pekerjaan tertunda karena harus menunggu pemesanan onderdil dari pemasok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelola persedian barang atau inventory dan mempercepat pekerjaan karyawan dalam mengatasi permasalahan persedian sparepart di Gudang. Metode dalam penelitian ini menerapan Supply Chain Management adapun tahapannya yaitu dengan melakukan manajemen terhadap bahan baku, produksi, sampai distribusi kepada konsumen akhir dengan cara yang paling hemat dan efektif. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi sms gateway inventory barang berbasis web yang berhasil dibangun dan berjalan dengan baik, sebagai sistem informasi yang dapat membantu dalam pengelolaan inventory , kuantitas stock suku cadang dan laporan penjualan. Penerapan Supply Chain Management pada aplikasi berbasis web sangat efektif untuk mengkoordinasikan hubungan antara pemasok dan CV. Mol Jaya.

The assessment of the best performance of parking officers was carried out by 3 assessors namely traffic engineering management, parking section, parking administration staff. The problem in assessing the best performance of parking attendants is that there is no structured system so that the assessment time is quite long, around 2-3 weeks. In addition, the assessment still tends to be subjective, for example the parking attendant's assessment is based on closeness and kinship, causing jealousy. Overcoming this requires a computer system that helps decision making, namely a decision support system for determining the best performance of parking attendants at the Asahan District Transportation Service in this study using the BORDA method. The borda method is used to combine the results of the decision assessment of each appraiser so that the final result is the best performance of the parking attendant. The purpose of this research is to create a computerized system that will later assist in determining the best performance appraisal of parking attendants every year. Based on the research results of the system for determining the best performance of parking attendants in the form of ranking the final score of each parking attendant. The highest value is used as the best performance suggestion for parking attendants.

Abstrak: Penentuan kinerja terbaik petugas parkir pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Asahan bertujuan untuk perlu meningkatkan tanggung jawab dan loyalitas yang tinggi mendapatkan hasil kinerja yang memuaskan dan pemberian perhargaan bagi petugas parkir memiliki kinerja terbaik. Penilaian kinerja terbaik petugas parkir dilakukan oleh 3 penilai yaitu manajemen rekayasa lalu lintas, seksi parkir, staff administrasi parkir. Permasalahan dalam penilaian kinerja terbaik petugas parkir adalah belum ada sistem yang terstruktur sehingga waktu penilaian cukup lama sekitar kurang lebih 2-3 minggu. Selain itu penilaian masih cenderung subjektif misalnya penilaian petugas parkir berdasarkan kedekatan dan kekeluargaan sehingga menyebabkan kecemburuan. Mengatasi hal tersebut diperlukan suatu sistem komputer yang membantu pengambilan keputusan yaitu sistem pendukung keputusan penentuan kinerja terbaik petugas parkir pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Asahan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode BORDA. Metode borda digunakan untuk menggabungkan hasil penilaian keputusan dari tiap penilai sehingga dapat memperoleh hasil akhir berupa kinerja terbaik petugas parkir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat suatu sistem komputerisasi yang nantinya akan membantu dalam menentukan penilaian kinerja terbaik petugas parkir disetiap tahunnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dari sistem penentuan kinerja terbaik petugas parkir berupa perangkingan dari nilai akhir setiap petugas parkir. Nilai tertinggi dijadikan sebagai saran kinerja terbaik petugas parkir.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi para peternak konvensional khusunya peternak di Desa Kota Pari, yaitu kendala dalam melakukan promosi diluar daerah baik luar Desa maupun luar provinsi. Pada proses jual beli konvensional peran serta tengkulak juga berpengaruh, sehingga mengakibatkan harga ternak menjadi murah untuk peternak dan menjadi sangat mahal untuk pembeli. Kondisi ternak juga menjadi menurun dikarekan setres dan makannya tidak terjaga pada saat dipasarkan di pasar ternak tradisional. Proses pengangkutan juga menjadi mahal jika ternak tidak laku dipasar ternak. Aplikasi Marketpalce hewan qurban dan aqikah berbasis website mengatasi semua permasalahan penjualan konvensional. Aplikasi yang dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemprogram PHP dan database MySQL. Apilkasi marketplace hewan qurban dan aqikah berbasis website menjadikan penghubung peternak kambing dan sapi di desa Kota Pari dengan pembeli yang dapat dijangkau dari berbagai daerah dan seluruh penjuru dunia. Pada Aplikasi juga di sediakan berbagai jenis qurban dan aqikah, baik pembelian hewan qurban dan aqikah seperti biasa ataupun pilihan paket qurban dan aqikah yang sudha dimasak oleh penjual. Sehingga aplikasi yang dibangun memudahkan penjual dan pembeli hewan qurban dan aqikah.

CF can be applied in an expert system to build a program that can diagnose a set of rules. In this study CF was implemented in an expert system diagnosing seahorse disease. Sea horses have a high trading value, both in living and dead conditions. Therefore, sea horses, including animals that are protected by population. In this study, developing an expert system application that can diagnose seahorse disease can help determine the level of trust of experts and users who use related cases. Based on the test results, it shows that CF is able to cope well and has a high level of accuracy.

Abstrak: Informasi yang dihasilkan dalam diagnosa dimungkinkan menggunakan ungkapan ketidakpastian. Misalkan dengan penggunaan pernyataan mungkin (maybe), kemungkinan besar (probably not), hampir pasti (almost certainty) dan pernyataan tidak pasti lainya. Untuk mengatasi ketidak pastian pada sistem pakar dapat menerapkan pendekatan certainty factor (CF). Metode ini mampu mengatasi ketidakpastian dengan mendefinisikan tingkat kepastian berdasarkan fakta sehingga dapat memaparkan keyakinan seorang pakar. CF dapat diterapkan dalam sistem pakar untuk membangun suatu program yang dapat mendiagnosa berdasarkan suatu set aturan. Pada penelitian ini CF diimplementasikan pada sistem pakar diagnose penyakit kuda laut. Kuda laut memiliki nilai jual perdagangan yang tinggi, baik dalam keadaan hidup maupun mati. Oleh sebab itu kuda laut termasuk hewan yang dilindungi populasinya. Penelitian yang dilakukan menghasilkan sistem pakar yang mampu mendiagnosis serta memberikan solusi untuk penyakit kuda laut dengan menggunakan pendekatan CF dalam penanganan ketidakpastian. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menunjukkan CF mampu mengatasi ketidakpastian dengan baik dan memiliki tingkat akurasi yang tinggi.

Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation with informants consisting of the General Manager, Head of the Research and Development Division (Litbang), Head of the Member Resource Development Subdivision (PSDA), and members of LPM DINAMIKA UIN SU. The results of the study indicate that HRM plays a role in improving member quality through various coaching and competency development programs, and helps increase member activity through continuous motivation, coaching, and coordination. However, its implementation still faces several obstacles, such as low member commitment, time constraints, and differences in motivation levels. Therefore, more effective and sustainable HRM management is needed to support the development of the organization and its members.

The results of this study indicate that basic training planning is made with reference to the RPJMD and the Strategic Plan. The method in this activity uses the FGD (Focus Group Discussion) approach and the PALS (Participatory Action Learning System) method. FGD is a process involving participants (local government, MSME actors and the community) where they exchange messages in a dialogical manner within the framework of a common understanding of the social situation. The results obtained in this activity are the existence of a local business development model based on tempeh innovation that can foster a spirit of independence to form Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in coastal communities towards family food security during the COVID-19 pandemic.
