SISTEM PENUNJANG KEPUTUSAN PENENTUAN JENIS TANAMAN HIAS DI TAMAN KOTA

Abstract: Abstract: Currently  in almost every city around the world that loves flowers, including ornamental plants,. All cities are aggressively arranging their landscaping to compensate for motorized vehicle pollution or the arrangement… rrangement of city parks planted with decorative gardens with the aim of greening the city. Sometimes there are problems in making decisions to determine suitable and good ornamental plants for planting in the city, in a decision that takes a long time. Determination of the types of ornamental plants to be planted through several factors such as leaf shape, color, stems and branches, roots and soil. On these issues, the authors conducted research on the determination of ornamental plants for city parks in the form of a decision support system application using the Analytical Hoerarchy Process (AHP) method.   Keywords: analytical hoerarchy process (AHP); decisionnsupporttsystem (SPK),     Abstrak: Saat ini hampirrdi setiap kota di seluruh dunia yang menyukai bunga termasuk tanaman hias, Semua kota gencar menata pertamanannya untuk mengimbangi polusi kendaraan bermotor maupun untuk penataan taman kota yang ditanami tamanan hias bertujuan untuk menghijaukan kota. Terkadang terdapat masalah dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan tanaman hias yang cocok dan bagus umtuk ditanam pad ataman kota, dalam pengambilan keputusan yang dilakukan terkadang memakan waktu yang cukup lama . Penentuan jenis tanaman hias yang akan ditanam melalui beberapa faktor seperti bentuk daun, warna, batang dan cabang, akar dan Tanah. INTEGRATED SMART TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEM MENUJU PEKANBARU SEBAGAI SMART CITY

Abstract: Abstract: Pekanbaru still using conventional traffic light control system. Pekanbaru as the capital of Riau Province is predicted  udergo the  increased of urban population by 54.5% in 2025. It is important for Pekanbaru… ru to immediately implement smart and efficient traffic management system, so that traffic congestion can be resolved quickly. This research paper provides a design solution for smart traffic light management (Smart Traffic Control System), based on object detection technology that uses deep learning to detect the number and type of vehicles. The number of vehicle is the basis for determining the green light timer automatically. The Smart Traffic Control System (STCS) is integrated with a web based geographic information system (smart map) that can display the current condition  (picture, the number of vehicle, congestion level) of each STCS location. This integrated system has been tested on a traffic light prototype, using a mini computer and a miniature vehicle. This integrated system is able to detect 9 out of 12 vehicles, and able to send data regularly to the smart map.   Keywords: deep learning; smart mobility; smart traffic control system   Abstrak: Pengaturan lampu lalu lintas di Kota Pekanbaru masih dilakukan secara  konvensional. Pekanbaru sebagai ibukota Provinsi Riau diprediksikan akan mengalami peningkatan jumlah penduduk  perkotaan sebesar 54,5% pada tahun 2025. Dengan melihat predikisi ini, penting bagi kota Pekanbaru untuk segera memiliki tata kelola lalu lintas yang cerdas dan efisien agar kemacetan dapat ditanggulangi dengan cepat. Penelitian ini memberikan rancangan solusi untuk tata kelola  lampu lalu lintas cerdas (Smart Traffic Control System), berbasis teknologi object detection  yang menggunakan deep learning untuk mendeteksi jumlah dan jenis kendaraan. Jumlah kendaraan menjadi dasar penentuan timer lampu hijau secara otomatis. Smart Traffic Control System (STCS) terintegrasi dengan sistem informasi geografis berbasis web (smart map) yang secara kontinu menerima informasi kepadatan (gambar terkini, jumlah kendaraan, level kepadatan), kemudian menampilkannya diatas peta Kota Pekanbaru. Solusi sistem terintegrasi ini telah diujikan pada sebuah prototipe lampu lalu lintas, menggunakan komputer mini  dan  miniatur kendaraan. Sistem terintegrasi ini mampu mendeteksi 9 dari 12 kendaraan, dan mampu mengirimkan data secara berkala kepada smart map.   Kata kunci: deep learning; smart mobility; smart traffic control system

ANALISIS PENGGUNAAN DRIVER MINI VICTOR L298N TERHADAP MOBIL ROBOT DENGAN DUA PERINTAH ANDROID DAN ARDUINO NANO

Abstract: Abstact: A robot is a set of mechanical devices or shaped vehicles that can perform physical tasks, both with human supervision and control, in the form of programs that have been defined in advance. Robot cars designed… by researchers, use two commands to perform physical tasks. First use the command from Google Voice, which is the command with voice, and the second uses the command using the Android button, so that access to the robot can be done by anyone and anywhere. The work system of the robot car design is designed, when the robot car commands, the command will be juxtaposed or compared, and when the data is compared according to the data being controlled, the system will run according to the data or command earlier. For each module, it uses a voltage of 5V, while for a DC motor, it uses an external voltage of 7.4 VDC. Keyword: Robot car, Arduino controller, Google voice.   Abstrak: Robot merupakan seperangkat alat mekanik atau berbentuk kendaraan yang bisa melakukan tugas fisik, baik dengan pengawasan dan kontrol manusia, berupa program yang telah didefisinikan terlebih dahulu. Mobil robot yang dirancang peneliti, menggunakan dua perintah untuk melakukan tugas fisik. Pertama menggunakan perintah dari google voice, yaitu perintah dengan suara, dan yang kedua menggunakan perintah menggunakan tombol button android, sehingga akses untuk memerinta robot dapat dilakukan oleh siapa saja dan dimana saja. Sistem kerja dari rancangan mobil robot yang dirancang, ketika mobil robot memberi perintah, maka perintah tersebut akan disandingkan atau dibandingkan, dan ketika data yang dibandingkan sesuai dengan data yang dicontroller, maka sistem akan berjalan sesuai dengan data atau perintah tadi. Untuk setiap modul, menggunakan tegangan 5V, sedangkan untuk motor DC, menggunakan tegangan eksternal sebesar 7.4 VDC.   Kata Kunci: Mobil robot, controller arduino, google voice.

LEGAL PROTECTION FOR DEBTORS ON THE GUARANTEE OF MOTOR VEHICLE OWNERSHIP BOOK (BPKB) IN COOPERATIVE CREDIT LOANS

Abstract: The legal position between the debtor and the debtor in the bond agreement, where the borrower has the right to return proof of ownership of the collateral after the loan payment, while the borrower has the right to a higher… gher bond amount, and the billing period in accordance with the guarantor who is entitled to payment plus principal (interest) with the borrower's monthly installments including compensation in the event of late payment. Settlement of disputes related to credit agreements, where the person concerned can arbitrate the agreement in question. Legal observations made by the judge in the decision of Case No. 70 / Pdt.G / 2020 / PN.Mdn, where the judge is of the opinion that the plaintiff has won legally there is no action taken by the Defendant on behalf of Mas Arif Fauzan and verstek. The issuance of this decision is binding on both parties because it has permanent legal force ( incracht ) and has become a new law for the parties. The judge made the decision based on previous legal opinions and the judge's belief that presenting a legitimate and persuasive action is a breach of contract.

The Existential Hope for Love in Sheerwood Anderson's The Dumb Man

Abstract: The research takes an insight look into the complicated representation of love, using the short story of The Dumb Man by Sherwood Anderson within the existentialism framework. The deaf and mute protagonist becomes a metaphor… phor for the universal human condition in his search for love and communication amidst a society that cares less. In his tacit quest for love, Anderson exemplifies an existentialist perspective: Love is not a desire—one feels—but a highly conscious effort to assert one's existence in reality, both freely chosen and constrained by society. This analysis is conducted through qualitative method and explorative approach in unpacking meaning from the narrative, with the contention that hopes for love functions as a central vehicle for self-transformation. It is in this quest for love that this story wrestles through the tension of aloneness with man's need to connect, representative of the complex, intertwined relationship between individual independence and the world outside. Ultimately, through this story, how it unfolds existentialism culminates into the relentless, sometimes painful pursuit of love—thereby bringing out the core role of existentialism in the journey towards self-actualization and insight into the human condition.

Project Management in the Development of Air Without Tire (Case Study in Polytechnic Indonesia National Army)

Abstract: This in a Defense Industry project that can run smoothly towards project goals with predetermined specifications, good project management is needed. Airless Tires is a defense research and development activity as one of… the support programs for the readiness of the ground forces. The expected result of this R&D activity is the achievement of the level of readiness of the defense equipment and facilities/sarpras in order to achieve the target of developing the strength of the TNI AD capability towards MEF. Poltekad has an initial plan that is motivated by the role and task of Poltekad to conduct research and observation of obstacles in the process of mobilizing troops who still use tires with air pressure on Rantis. Poltekad sets a long-term goal to create defense technology innovations that can benefit the TNI, which is realized through the short-term goal of making Airless Tires. In this article, the author hopes that this research can continue to the commercialization stage, so that Airless Tires can be used in tactical vehicles for the Indonesian National Army Army, Indonesian Navy, and Indonesian Air Force.
