THE INFLUENCE OF MARKET RESEARCH, CONSUMER BEHAVIOR AND WORD OF MOUTH COMMUNICATION FOR SUSTAINABLE MARKETING OF ELECTRIC VEHICLE IN INDONESIA

Abstract: The rapid transition to electric vehicles (EV) is driven by global environmental concerns and the need to reduce dependence on fossil fuels. In Indonesia, EV adoption faces challenges related to market dynamics, consumer… behavior, and effective communication strategies. Marketing research and understanding consumer behavior aims to collect and obtain more detailed information and knowledge about customers towards electric vehicle products. Through this, it can understand customers and their tastes, preferences, reflect the future, and also help reduce the risk of product and business failure. Using Word of Mouth communication as part of a marketing strategy that can be carried out by companies in maintaining their business desires. In this article, the author tries to understand the concept of market research, consumer behavior, and the Word-of-Mouth communication model using a qualitative library observation approach, this study analyzes existing research on how these three factors contribute to the growth and long-term survival of the electric vehicle market. Market research provides insight into consumer preferences and market trends, offering important data to align EV products with consumer needs. Understanding consumer behavior is essential in overcoming perceived barriers, such as cost and infrastructure limitations, that hinder EV adoption. Meanwhile, word of mouth communication plays an important role in influencing consumer decisions by fostering trust and awareness of the benefits of EVs. The findings highlight the interconnections between these factors and their collective impact on the development of sustainable marketing strategies for EVs in Indonesia. This study provides valuable insights for stakeholders, including automotive companies and policymakers, in designing more effective marketing approaches that support the sustainable growth of the EV sector.

PENGARUH KESADARAN WAJIB PAJAK, SANKSI PAJAK, PENGETAHUAN PERPAJAKAN DAN PELAYANAN FISKUS TERHADAP KEPATUHAN WAJIB PAJAK KENDARAAN BERMOTOR DI KABUPATEN ACEH TENGGARA

Abstract: Taxes are the main source of government and state revenue used to finance government spending and national development. This research aims to examine the effect of taxpayer awareness,tax penalties, tax knowledge, tax service… vice quality to the taxpayers compliance of motor vehicles in District Southeast Aceh. The population used in this study is taxpayers who own motorized vehicles registered at the SAMSAT Office in Southeast Aceh Regency. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents with the sampling method using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The data used in this study is primary data from the result of distributing questionnaires. The test method uses the Valadity and Reliability test, Classical Assumption test, and Multiple Regression Analysis with the SPSS for Windows Version 25 program. The results of this study found that the variables of Taxpayes Awareness, Tax Sanctions, Tax Knowledge and Fiscus Services have a positive and significant effect on Motor Vehicle Taxpayer Compliance in District Southeast Aceh. With the result of this study it is hoped that the Southeast Aceh District SAMSAT office will continue to improve its performance so that people have confidence in paying taxes

Tradisi Mamat: Budaya Makan Sirih Pinang sebagai Pemersatu di Komunitas Timor Lelogama

Abstract: The Mamat tradition as a betel nut chewing practice within the Timor Lelogama community faces significant challenges due to the forces of modernization, which have the potential to weaken social cohesion and collective identity.… dentity. This condition raises critical questions regarding how Mamat functions as an effective cultural instrument to maintain unity, nurture solidarity, and preserve noble intergenerational values. This study aims to analyze the role of the Mamat tradition as a living and dynamic cultural system amid ongoing social transformation. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed through observation, in-depth interviews, and literature review to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the symbolic meanings and social functions embedded in the tradition. The findings reveal that Mamat is not merely a habitual practice of betel nut consumption, but a cultural mechanism that strengthens social integration, serves as a medium for conflict reconciliation, and reinforces kinship relations and social respect. The tradition also functions as a vehicle for transmitting cultural values that shape the collective character of the Timor Lelogama community. The novelty of this research lies in its analysis of Mamat as an integrated cultural system encompassing the dimensions of ideas, activities, and cultural artifacts, thereby enriching perspectives on local cultural studies grounded in social practice. The study concludes that preserving the Mamat tradition constitutes a relevant cultural strategy for strengthening social cohesion and sustaining community identity amid the dynamics of globalization.

Makna Teologis dan Nilai Antropologis Tradisi Natoni dalam Kehidupan Masyarakat Kristen

Abstract: The Natoni tradition, as an oral cultural heritage of the Timorese community, embodies religious and social dimensions that reflect the relationship between Christian faith and local wisdom. However, the currents of modernization… rnization and shifts in the lifestyle of younger generations have led to a diminishing understanding of its symbols, ritual language, and moral messages, thereby placing its existence at risk of marginalization. This study addresses the question of how the theological meaning and anthropological values of Natoni are understood and actualized within Christian communities, and to what extent this tradition contributes to the formation of faith identity and social cohesion. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, utilizing in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the practice and its meanings. The findings reveal that Natoni functions as a contextual medium of prayer, a means of internalizing faith teachings, a bond of communal solidarity, and a vehicle for transmitting values of respect, responsibility, and intergenerational togetherness. The tradition provides an integrative space between incarnational theology and local cultural realities, thereby enriching contextual expressions of Christian spirituality. The study concludes that the revitalization of Natoni requires synergy among the church, traditional leaders, families, and educational institutions to ensure its continued relevance and responsiveness to contemporary challenges. The novelty of this research lies in its simultaneous integration of theological and anthropological analyses of Natoni as a contextual praxis of faith rather than merely a cultural phenomenon, thus offering a conceptual contribution to the development of Indonesian contextual theology.

PEMETAAN LOKASI RAWAN KRIMINALITAS PADA SATRESKRIM POLRES ASAHAN

Abstract: Abstract: One of the very dangerous and unacceptable crimes is called criminality, which is related to the morals of society, is detrimental to society, and violates the law. In this case, the law enforcers, namely the police,… olice, play an essential role in dealing with crimes in society. The crimes that often occur are cases of theft which can be divided into three forms, namely motor vehicle theft (Curanmor), Theft with Weighting (Curat), and Theft with Violence (Curas). As for the Satreskrim Polres Asahan sub-section of Crime and Violence, in this case, they want to provide information to the public about places or locations prone to crime, so an application is made that will help the people in obtaining information about crime-prone areas which can later be used to prevent and monitor these crimes. This study uses a Geographic Information System (GIS), which is part of knowledge based on computer software that is utilized to present information in digital form and analyze the earth's geography to form spatial information. This study aims to apply web-based geographic information in providing information on crime-prone locations in Kisaran City and later to assist the public in obtaining information on crime-prone sites in Kisaran City. The results of this web-based GIS can help and facilitate the community and users in knowing crime-prone locations in the City of Kisaran in knowing crime-prone places or locations at the Asahan Police Criminal Investigation Unit.       Keywords: GIS; criminality; polres asahan; kisaran city  Abstrak: Salah satu tindak kejahatan yang sangat membahayakan dan tidak bisa diterima disebut dengan kriminalitas yang berhubungan dengan moral masyarakat, merugikan masyarakat, dan melanggar hukum. Adapun tindak kejahatan yang sering terjadi berupa kasus pencurian yang dapat dibagi dalam 3 bentuk yaitu pencurian kendaraan bermotor (Curanmor), Pencurian dengan Pemberatan (Curat), dan Pencurian dengan Kekerasan (Curas). Adapun pihak Satreskrim Polres Asahan sub bagian Jatanras dalam hal ini ingin memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat mengenai tempat atau lokasi rawan kriminalitas,  sehingga dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi yang nantinya akan membantu masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi mengenai lokasi rawan kriminalitas yang nantinya dapat digunakan dalam mencegah dan memantau tindak kriminalitas tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografi (SIG) yang merupakan bagian dari pengetahuan berdasarkan pada perangkat lunak komputer yang dimanfaatkan dalam menyajikan informasi dalam bentuk digital dan analisa terhadap geografis bumi sehingga membentuk suatu informasi keruangan. Tujuan penelitian ini menerapkan informasi geografis berbasis web dalam memberikan informasi lokasi-lokasi rawan kriminalitas di Kota Kisaran dan nantinya membantu masyarakat dalam mendapatkan informasi lokasi rawan kriminalitas di Kota Kisaran. Hasil dari SIG berbasis web ini dapat membantu dan memudahkan masyarakat dan user dalam mengetahui titik lokasi rawan kriminalitas di Kota Kisaran dalam mengetahui tempat atau lokasi rawan kriminalitas pada Satreskrim Polres Asahan.   Kata kunci: SIG; kriminalitas; polres kab.asahan; kota kisaran.

KLASIFIKASI JUMLAH KENDARAAN DI SUMATERA UTARA DAN SUMATERA BARAT MENGGUNAKAN ALGORITMA NAIVE BAYES

Abstract: Abstract : The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) is a non-departmental government agency established as a provider of data or information based on Law No. 6/1960 on Census and Law No. 7/1997 on Statistics. The Central Statistics… tatistics Agency (BPS) recorded the number of motorized vehicles such as cars, buses, trucks, and motorcycles in the provinces of North Sumatra and West Sumatra in 2020-2021 reaching 3,043,892 million units. The purpose of this study is to classify the number of motorized vehicles in the form of cars, motorcycles, buses and trucks. This research uses quantitative research with Naive Bayes Algorithm analysis model. The data used in this study is data from several regions in North Sumatra Province and West Sumatra Province in 2020-2021. Evaluation of model performance is based on accuracy parameters, precision and total recall of the confusion-matrix. The results of testing the dataset and calculating the model performance parameters have obtained an accuracy value of 100%. With the percentage value of the description of each dataset class, namely a little 70.6%, moderate 21.6%, and a lot 7.8%.   Keywords :classification;confusion-matrix; data; motor vehicles; naive bayes   Abstrak : Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) adalah lembaga pemerintahan non-departemen yang dibentuk sebagai penyedia data atau informasi berdasarkan UU Nomor 6 Tahun 1960 tentang Sensus dan UU Nomor 7 Tahun 1997 tentang Statistik. Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) mencatat jumlah kendaraan bermotor seperti mobil, bus, truk, dan sepeda motor di  Provinsi Sumatera Utara dan Sumatera Barat pada tahun 2020-2021 mencapai 3.043.892 juta unit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengklasifikasikan jumlah kendaraan bermotor berupa mobil, sepeda motor, bus dan, truk. Adapun penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan model analisis Algoritma Naive Bayes. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data dari beberapa daerah di Provinsi Sumatera Utara dan Provinsi Sumatera Barat tahun 2020-2021. Evaluasi kinerja model didasarkan pada parameter akurasi, presisi dan recall total dari Confusion-Matrix. Hasil pengujian dataset dan perhitungan parameter performa model telah didapat nilai akurasi 100%. Dengan presentase nilai keterangan setiap kelas dataset yaitu Sedikit 70,6%, Sedang 21,6%, dan Banyak 7,8%.   Kata kunci :confusion-matrix;  data; kendaraan bermotorklasifikasi; naive bayes    

Penerapan Sistem Pengereman dan Parkir Mobil Listrik Menggunakan Sensor Ultrasonik Berbasis Arduino UNO

Abstract: Abstract: Most of the braking systems used still use the drum system so that an automatic braking system is needed so that collisions rarely occur due to sudden braking which results in many accidents that claimed lives.… This automatic brake control system is a device that functions as an automatic braking controller on four-wheeled vehicles without the driver having to press the brake pedal or brake manually. This system uses ultrasonic sensors to detect the distance of the car to objects that are in the way both in front and behind the car. Controlled by Arduino Uno microcontroller which is connected to servo motor and buzzer. The system can control the speed of vehicles and parking cars in the parking lot by designing and making a braking and parking system that works using ultrasonic sensors so that it can notify objects or things that are blocking both in front and behind the car. The car can stop quickly and accurately so it doesn't touch the object in front of it and the car can also park properly in the designated parking space.   Keyword: Ultrasonic Sensor; Microcontroller; Arduino Uno; Servo Motor; Buzzer     Abstrak: Sistem Pengereman kebanyakan digunakan masih menggunakan sistem  tromol sehingga dibutuhkan system pengereman otomatis sehingga jarang terjadi tabrakan karena pngereman yang tiba-tiba yang mengakibatkan banyaknya kecelakaan yang menelan korban jiwa. Sistem kendali rem otomatis ini adalah sebuat alat yang mempunyai fungsi sebagai pengendali pengereman otomatis pada kendaraan roda empat tanpa si pengemudi harus menekan pedal rem atau pengereman secara manual. Sistem ini menggunakan sensor ultrasonik untuk mendeteksi jarak mobil terhadap benda yang mengahalangi baik di depan maupun di belakang mobil. Dikendalikan oleh mikrokontroler Arduino Uno yang terhubung ke motor servo dan buzzer. Sistem dapat mengendalikan laju kendaraan dan pemakiran mobil pada tempat parkir dengan merancang dan membuat sistem pengereman dan parkir yang bekerja dengan menggunakan sensor ultrasonic sehingga dapat memberitahukan benda atau sesuatu yang menghalangi baik di depan maupun di belakang mobil. Mobil dapat berhenti dengan cepat dan akurat sehingga tidak menyentuh benda did depannya dan mobil juga dapat parkir dengan tepat di tempat parkir yang telah ditentukan.   Kata kunci: Sensor Ultrasonik; Mikrokontroler; Arduino Uno; Motor Servo; Buzzer

Where digital measuring instruments have advantages over analog measuring instruments, where the readings of digital measuring instruments are clearer and more accurate and digital measuring instruments when viewed from an aesthetic point of view, digital measuring instruments are more attractive, and in motor vehicles digital speedometers are very rarely used, mostly motorized vehicles. still using an analog speedometer. It is necessary to apply a sensor system to detect the speed of the wheel mechanics of the electric car and connect it to the Arduino Uno microcontroller to control the value of the vehicle and display it on the LCD. By using this tool, it can determine the speed of the electric car vehicle so that the driver can calculate the speed of the vehicle and can be a reference for safety in driving.   Keywords: Microcontroller; Arduino Uno; Sensor; Electric Car Prototype     Abstrak:   Pada  STMIK Royal Kisaran telah dilakukan penelitian untuk pembuatan Protipe motor listrik yang masih dalam tahap pengembangan sehingga memerlukan penerapan sistem otomatis yang membantu kerja dari sistem mobil listrik yang diinginkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pemakai. Pada saat ini untuk prototipe yang telah dirancang belum menggunakan alat pengukur kecepatan mobil. Dimana alat ukur digital mempunyai keunggulan dibanding alat ukur analog, dimana pembacaan alat ukur digital lebih jelas dan lebih teliti serta alat ukur digital jika dipandang dari segi estetika maka alat ukur digital lebih menarik, dan dalam kendaraan bermotor speedometer  digital sangat jarang digunakan, kebanyakan kendaraan bermotor masih menggukan speedometer  analog. Perlu dilakukanpenerapan dari sistem sensor untuk mendeteksi kecepatan dari mekanika roda dari mobil listrik tersebut dan dihubungkan ke mikrokontroler Arduino Uno untuk mengendalikan besar nilai dari kendaraannya dan ditampilkan pada LCD. Dengan menggunakan alat ini dapat mengetahui kecepatan kendaraan mobil listrik sehingga pengendara dapat memperhitungkan laju kendaraan serta dapat menjadi acuan keamanan dalam berkendaran.   Kata Kunci: Mikrokontroler; Arduino Uno; Sensor; Prototipe Mobil Listrik.

Analisis Tingkat Pelayanan Service Kendaraan dan Penjualan Produk Sepeda Motor dengan Service Quality

This resulted in several types of motorcycles that did not reach the sales target and affected operating… ting income. The Panca Prima Abadi dealer realized that customers would return to buy motorcycles if they received good service. There are some customers who feel that the quality of service is relatively low so that in solving problems that cannot be solved optimally. The problem of vehicle service quality is supported by evidence of the changing number of customers who have performed service for the last 3 (three) years. To overcome this problem, a decision support system is made that will make it easier for Panca Prima Abadi Dealers to find out how the quality of motorcycle service has been provided to customers so far. Based on the calculation of the analysis of the level of service vehicle service and sales of motorcycle products using the Service Quality method, it can be concluded that the vehicle service has a "satisfied" predicate with a percentage value of 79.17% and a "very satisfied" predicate has a percentage value of 20.83% and product sales have a percentage value of 20.83%. the "satisfied" predicate gets a percentage value of 81.25% and the "very satisfied" predicate gets a percentage value of 18.75%. Keywords: Vehicle Service, Product Sales Service, Service Quality     Abstrak: Berdasarkan data yang ada diketahui bahwa penjualan sepeda motor di Dealer Panca Prima Abadi mengalami fluktuasi setiap Tahunnya. Hal ini mengakibatkan ada beberapa tipe sepeda motor yang tidak mencapai target penjualan dan mempengaruhi pendapatan usaha Pihak Dealer Panca Prima Abadi menyadari bahwa pelanggan akan kembali membeli sepeda motor jika mendapatkan pelayanan yang baik. Ada beberapa pelanggan yang merasa kualitas pelayanan yang relatif rendah sehingga dalam penyelesaian permasalahan yang belum dapat diselesaikan secara maksimal. Permasalahan kualitas pelayanan service kendaraan didukung oleh bukti jumlah pelanggan yang melakukan service selama 3 (tiga) tahun terakhir yang berubah-ubah. Mengatasi masalah tersebut maka dibuat suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang akan memudahkan Dealer Panca Prima Abadi untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan service sepeda motor yang telah diberikan kepada pelanggan selama ini. Berdasarkan perhitungan analisis tingkat pelayanan service kendaraan dan penjualan produk sepeda motor dengan metode Service Quality dapat disimpulkan bahwa service kendaraan memiliki predikat “puas” mendapat nilai persentase 79,17% dan predikat “sangat puas” mendapat nilai persentase 20,83% serta penjualan produk memiliki predikat “puas” mendapat nilai persentase 81,25% dan predikat “sangat puas” mendapat nilai persentase 18,75%.   Kata Kunci: Pelayanan Service Kendaraan, Pelayanan Penjualan Produk, Service Quality  

Perancangan Pintu Penyiram Cairan Disinfektan Untuk Mengantisipasi Penyebaran Covid 19 Di Smk Negeri 2 Tanjungbalai

Abstract: Corona virus (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Since the spread of Covid-19, many government agencies in Indonesia have received the impact, including SMK Negeri 2 Tanjungbalai. The spread… ad of the corona virus has resulted in this school no longer being able to carry out face-to-face learning starting from 2019 to 2022. To anticipate the spread of covid-19 in the SMKN 2 Tanjungbalai area, the community service team designed a security system at the school entrance to anticipate the spread of covid, so that if there are people or vehicles that want to enter the school will be sprayed automatically with disinfectant liquid, besides that the tool can also read the body temperature of visitors. This service uses the consultation and science and technology method, where the service team consults with the school principal about existing problems, namely to anticipate the spread of Covid-19 in the school area. or hands, then the temperature is set at 30 0C and do not water, while if the object does not have a fever, the temperature is in the range of 330C-360C and watering is carried out. Meanwhile for objects with a fever, the temperature is >= 370C and no watering is carried out, and they are not allowed to enter. All module voltages use the 5VDC input voltage, which is supplied from the controller. Meanwhile, the pump voltage uses a 12VDC inverter, which is reduced to 5.68 VDC.   Keywords: automatic disinfectant sprinkler; corona; ultrasonic sensor; microcontrollers     Abstrak: Virus corona (COVID-19) adalah penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus SARS-CoV-2. Semenjak penyebaran covid-19 banyak instansi pemerintahan di indonesia yang mendapatkan imbasnya, diantaranya SMK Negeri 2 Tanjungbalai. Meluasnya virus corona mengakibatkan sekolah ini tidak lagi bisa melakukan pembalajaran tatap muka dimulai tahun 2019 sampai dengan 2022. Untuk mengantisipasinya penyebaran covid-19 diwilayah SMKN 2 Tanjungbalai ini, maka tim pengabdian merancang sistem pengaman dipintu masuk sekolah untuk mengantisipasi penyebaran covid, sehingga jika ada orang atau kendaraan yang ingin memasuki sekolah tersebut akan di semprot secara otomatis dengan cairan disinfektan, selain itu alat tersebut juga bisa membaca suhu tubuh pengunjung. Pada pengabdian ini menggunakan metode konsultasi dan ipteks, dimana tim pengabdian berkonsultasi dengan kepala Sekolah tentang masalah yang ada, yaitu untuk mengantisipasi penyebaran covid-19 di area sekolah.. Setelah dilakukan pengujian medapati bahwa Ada  3 kondisi pembacaan objek yaitu, ketika tidak ada objek, atau tangan, maka suhu diseting 30 0C tidak melakukan penyiraman, sementara jika objek tidak demam, suhu di range 330C-360C dan dilakukan penyiraman. Sementara untuk objek yang demam, maka suhu >= 370C dan tidak dilakukan penyiraman, serta tidak diperbolehkan masuk. Seluruh tegangan modul, menggunakan tegangan input 5VDC, yang disupply dari controller. Sementara untuk tegangan pompa menggunakan inverter 12VDC, yang dikecilkan menjadi 5,68 VDC.   Kata kunci : microcontroller; penyiram disinfektan otomatis; sensor ultrasonic; virus corona.
