This ability is crucial for the safety of the ship, especially when operating in restricted waters or near ports. The blackout occurs as a result of generator overload or the inability of an electrical voltage and current to flow too high or too large. The load is too high because the bow thruster consumes too much electrical voltage. In fact, on KM. Dharma Kartika IX, the generator has already supplied a significant amount of electricity to various parts of the ship, including the lighting system throughout the ship, from the mast to deck 3, the cooling system, and several navigation systems. The aim of this research is to understand and explain the causes of blackouts in the electrical system of KM Dharma Kartika IX during maneuvering and to find solutions that should be implemented in case of problems with the generator unit. This research shows the results that the role of village apparatus as organizers in the development of human resources (HR). The way of village apparatus in developing human resources in the village by implementing work discipline, improving education and good service to the community. Then there are 4 factors that affect the development of village apparatus resources: 1) Village head / leader, the village head is someone who has been directly selected by the community to be a good leader and is entrusted to be able to do good things that can be used as an example for the community. 2) Education, education is a process that can educate and improve the quality of human resources. 3) Training, training is a process of improving human resources by improving community skills. 4) Economy, economy is one of the drivers in increasing human resources in the village.

The research method uses descriptive qualitative in describing and explaining specifically with literature studies in data collection. The purpose of this research is to find out specifically about the types and qualifications of sharia sales that do not contain gharar and usury. In Islamic economics, payments in sales contracts can be deferred or paid in installments without involving interest or riba. This allows the buyer to pay according to an agreed schedule. Sales contracts in the Islamic economy differ from interest-bearing loan contracts, where there is an exchange of goods or services at a predetermined price. Islamic banks use sales contracts as a legitimate alternative to interest-bearing loan contracts, allowing them to provide financing that is fair and compliant with sharia principles. In the Islamic economy, there are also contracts for the sale of future commodities (salam), the sale of manufacturing (istisna'), and currency exchange (sarf). Islamic banks have an important role to play in facilitating these sales contracts, as intermediaries who ensure the contracts adhere to Shariah principles and meet applicable legal requirements. With a good understanding of the different types of these sales contracts, economic actors can choose the ones that suit their needs while complying with sharia principles.

Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama satu hari dengan menggunakan metode 4D Appreciative Inquiry yang meliputi tahap Discovery, Dream, Design, dan Destiny. Metode ini dipilih karena berfokus pada identifikasi kekuatan, pengalaman positif, serta perumusan visi bersama untuk pengembangan organisasi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran karyawan terhadap pentingnya pelayanan prima. Pada setiap tahapan 4D, peserta mampu mengidentifikasi praktik pelayanan terbaik yang telah dimiliki perusahaan, merumuskan harapan pelayanan di masa depan, menyusun strategi penguatan budaya layanan, serta berkomitmen untuk menerapkannya dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari. Luaran utama kegiatan ini adalah tercapainya kesepakatan bersama mengenai nilai pelayanan prima perusahaan, yaitu menjadi perusahaan yang melayani jamaah sepenuh hati dan sesuai sunnah. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan Appreciative Inquiry efektif dalam membangun kesadaran dan komitmen karyawan terhadap budaya pelayanan prima.

Namun, hasil wawancara dengan bagian HR Bosowa Transportation mengidentifikasi adanya tantangan terkait kualitas pelayanan yang dipicu oleh kurangnya komunikasi antar divisi, kerja sama, dan sikap profesionalisme karyawan. Untuk merespons kebutuhan ini, diselenggarakan program psikoedukasi mengenai Service Excellence. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara luring di PT Mallomo Trucking pada 27 November 2025 , melibatkan 15 orang karyawan. Materi psikoedukasi dirancang untuk memperkuat komunikasi internal dan eksternal, membangun kepercayaan tim, serta menanamkan pemahaman mendalam tentang Service Excellence. Hasil evaluasi pasca kegiatan menunjukkan respons yang sangat positif. Peserta menilai dan menyatakan Sangat Puas 38% dan sisanya merasa Puas 62% terhadap penyelenggaraan kegiatan. 54% peserta menilai materi yang dibahas Sesuai dan 46% Sangat Sesuai dengan tuntutan pekerjaan mereka. Peserta menunjukkan tingkat Paham 54% hingga Sangat Paham 46% terhadap materi yang disampaikan. Selain itu, peserta juga menilai penjelasan pemateri Jelas 46% dan 54% Sangat Jelas. Oleh karena itu, psikoedukasi ini dinilai efektif dalam membangun fondasi pengetahuan yang kuat, yang diharapkan mampu mendorong peningkatan sikap profesionalisme dan kualitas Service Excellence PT Mallomo secara menyeluruh.

Structuralism is a perspective that underlines analysis of structures in English language, especially through English literary works. It is also known that structure in English language is meant to be universal rather than particular. Through an exploratory approach within qualitative research, this manuscript underscores structuralism as a way to identify aspects of literature regarding training of writing couplets. Couplet is a work that pays attention to pouring imaginations from the authors’ mind towards a structured sense of lyrical poem. Though the ideas come from various authors’ imaginations, this kind of literature and its writing process may still open to various possibilities in advance. In conclusion, the training of writing couplets is essential not only to give knowledge about patterns of poems in English literature, but also to get it in line with students’ everyday experience and imaginations.

To address this issue, the program involved renovating the Literacy Corner, adding relevant educational materials, and conducting various educational activities. These activities included reading sessions, discussions, and workshops focused on maritime culture, as well as involving maritime experts and local leaders to provide in-depth insights. Program evaluation showed a significant increase in maritime cultural knowledge among participants, particularly among the younger generation. Pre- and post-program surveys indicated substantial improvement in understanding maritime traditions, such as boat-making and fishing techniques. The optimized Literacy Corner has become a more active hub, with increased visitation from the community. Support from the village government, local schools, non-governmental organizations, and the local community was crucial to the program's success. This program demonstrates that a participatory and collaborative approach in developing literacy centers can effectively enhance cultural knowledge and engage the community in preserving local heritage. The results of this program are expected to serve as a model for other coastal villages facing similar challenges in cultural preservation
