and communication. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the KIM program's implementation, covering aspects of planning, execution, and its impact on the community. The research method employed is a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and document studies. The evaluation results indicate that the KIM program has positively contributed to improving community information literacy, particularly in rural areas. However, several challenges were identified, such as limited human resources, uneven technological infrastructure, and low community participation in certain activities. Therefore, strategic measures are needed, including enhancing the capacity of KIM members, expanding access to information technology, and optimizing synergy between local government, local communities, and other stakeholders. This study is expected to serve as a reference for developing a more effective and sustainable KIM program in the future.

since the 2004 elections. This policy aims to increase women's participation in politics and ensure women's voices are represented in decision-making. However, even though this policy has been implemented, women's representation in parliament is still far from the expected target. In the 2019 elections, women's representation in the People's Representative Council (DPR) only reached 20.5%. This research analyses the implementation and effectiveness of gender quota policies in Indonesia using a qualitative approach. Findings show that the main obstacles to implementing gender quotas include the dominance of patriarchal culture, lack of support from political parties, discrimination against female candidates, and weak supervision and law enforcement. On the other hand, this policy has made a positive contribution in the form of increasing the number of women elected as legislative members, although this contribution is still limited. In conclusion, the effectiveness of the 30% quota policy for women in parliament requires strengthening commitment from various parties, including political parties, society, and election management institutions. Research recommendations include strengthening the capacity of female candidates, increasing supervision of quota implementation, as well as wider outreach about the importance of women's representation in politics. With these steps, it is hoped that gender equality in parliament can be achieved better in the future.

Meskipun memiliki potensi besar, pemberdayaan masyarakat menghadapi tantangan seperti ketergantungan pada bantuan eksternal dan ketidaksetaraan akses terhadap sumber daya. The informants in this study were 6 people. The data analysis technique in this study by means of data reduction, data presentation, conclusions and verification. This study aims to determine the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises on increasing Village Original Income in Sukajadi Village, Sadananya District, Ciamis Regency. The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques through data processing of interview results and observation results to draw conclusions so as to answer the problems in the study. The results showed that the Management of Village-Owned Enterprises in Efforts to Increase Village Original Income in Sukajadi Village, Sadananya Subdistrict, Ciamis Regency is already running, but it is not optimal because problems are still found, including: unprepared cooperation with the private sector, limited number and quality of labor, limited budget for new business development, management training programs that are rare and less than optimal, readiness and skills of BUMDes members in management and administration are still lacking, financial reporting that is not ready to be carried out.

ng Sub-District, Ciamis Regency. The research method employed was qualitative with a descriptive approach, involving 12 informants including village officials and Karang Taruna administrators. The findings indicate that youth empowerment by Karang Taruna in Dewasari Village has been initiated but not yet optimal according to empowerment theory. Challenges identified include low youth interest in training, lack of awareness about the importance of organizations, and constraints in entrepreneurship and funding. Efforts to address these barriers involve more intensive approaches, enhanced socialization and networking, and knowledge enhancement through seminars, workshops, and training sessions. Additionally, providing financial support is crucial to enhance empowerment effectiveness. This study provides insights into real challenges faced in enhancing youth participation in community development. By implementing appropriate strategies, it is expected that youth empowerment through Karang Taruna will become more effective and significantly contribute to Dewasari village's progress.

The informants selected were key informants, namely the village head and a community figure, as well as additional informants consisting of two company officials, four employees who lived in Wonua Morome Village, and four community members. So the total informants in this investigation were 12 people, and several key informants came from village officials. The emergence of industrial areas in an area is believed to bring positive and negative factors to the lives of people in that area, such as positive social impacts, namely that industry can provide employment opportunities for local residents. The presence of the business world in Wonua Morome Village opens up employment opportunities for the local community. And the negative social aspect is contact with crocodiles which can cause social conflict. The presence of the business world in Wonua Morome Village has led to land conflicts between immigrants and local residents. The positive economic impact is to increase village cash income. The presence of businesses in Wonua Morome Village increases the village's cash income. Negative economic impacts include industrial waste which is dangerous for the environment and pollutes people's agricultural land, causing losses.

Pokdarwis kini memiliki struktur organisasi, dua paket wisata yang dapat ditawarkan kepada wisatawan, serta kemampuan untuk mempromosikan Sapomi secara digital. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam kegiatan ini adalah rendahnya keterampilan teknis pelaku UMKM dalam pengolahan daging rusa serta belum adanya inovasi produk olahan yang berorientasi pada pasar. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan langsung, praktik mandiri, serta monitoring dan evaluasi pascapelatihan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sebesar 68% berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test, serta munculnya lima kelompok usaha kecil yang mulai memproduksi sosis secara mandiri. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan berbasis kearifan lokal dapat mendorong transformasi sosial ekonomi masyarakat secara nyata. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan ini memiliki potensi untuk direplikasi di wilayah lain yang memiliki sumber daya lokal serupa.
