kepala daerah berdasarkan studi kasus di tiga kabupaten/kota di Riau, yakni Kota Dumai, Kabupaten Bengkalis dan Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Tulisan saya menganalisa respon elite dan kader partai di daerah terhadap kebijakan baru tersebut serta dinamika konflik yang ditimbulkannya. Selain itu, tulisan juga menganalisa faktor yang menyebabkan kemenangan dan kekalahan calon yang diusung Partai Golkar di Dumai, dan faktor kemenangan calon di Indragiri Hulu. Sumber data berasal dari kombinasi data yang diperoleh melalui teknik kuantitatif maupun kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kebijakan pimpinan pusat Partai Golkar menerapkan survey sebagai pertimbangan dalam rekrutmen calon kepala daerah, secara institusional diterima dan dipahami pimpinan partai di Riau. Namun, kader di daerah yang memandang survey kurang menguntungkan bagi penerapan strategi pemenangan partai di daerah, ataupun menghambat kesempatan kader mencalonkan diri dengan menggunakan perahu Partai Golkar; sehingga merespon kebijakan tersebut secara kritis. Mekanisme rekrutmen terbuka yang memberi kesempatan setara antara kader internal partai dan calon dari luar partai dinilai kurang menghargai kontribusi kader internal di daerah yang selama ini sudah bekerja keras untuk membesarkan partai.

The results showed that transformational leadership plays a central role in shaping a positive and inclusive organizational culture, focusing on empowerment, shared vision, and open communication. The dimension of individual empowerment through responsibility and autonomy creates a work climate that supports creativity and growth. A shared vision clearly articulated by the transformational leader provides strong direction for team members, creates meaning in every action, and increases employee engagement. Open communication maintained by transformational leaders provides space for ideas and opinions to flourish, creating a collaborative work environment. The importance of applying transformational leadership in the context of educational organizations is also recognized in the implications of this research. Contributions to the understanding of transformational leadership can help educational leaders develop more contextualized and relevant leadership strategies. The practical implications of this research include the development of leadership training and development programs as well as the formulation of educational policies that support organizational growth and educational quality improvement. Although this study provides a deeper understanding, recognition of the critiques and limitations of previous studies provides a foothold for further research in exploring the complexities of transformational leadership in educational organizations.

Untuk penelitian ini, penulis melakukan penelitian literatur dan mengumpulkan data tentang implementasi SAP di DKI Jakarta melalui jurnal dan laporan keuangan online. Laporan Realisasi Anggaran DKI Jakarta Tahun 2023 adalah contoh penelitian yang dia lakukan. Hasil penelitian melihat keselarasan prosedur penyusunan laporan realisasi anggaran dengan PSAP No.2 yang berkaitan dengan perolehan opini WTP. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa DKI Jakarta telah menerapkan SAP dengan baik dalam penyusunan LRA, meskipun ada keterlambatan dalam penyampaian laporan. Penelitian ini membahas evaluasi berkala terhadap penerapan SAP untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan peraturan yang berlaku dan menyesuaikan diri dengan perubahan standar atau peraturan. Ini juga bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pelatihan karyawan di bidang akuntansi pemerintahan untuk memastikan pemahaman dan penerapan yang konsisten dari SAP.

Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka (library research) dengan metode analisis historis-intelektual dan epistemologis, penelitian ini menganalisis literatur klasik dan kontemporer bidang Ulumul Qur'an. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tafsir bi al-ra'yi bukan sekadar penafsiran berbasis pendapat pribadi, melainkan proses intelektual terstruktur yang berpijak pada tiga sumber epistemologis utama: akal ('aql), bahasa Arab (lughat al-'Arab), dan prinsip metodologi hukum Islam (usul al-fiqh). Secara metodologis, penafsiran ini mengikuti prosedur sistematis: pembacaan teks, analisis linguistik, elaborasi rasional, dan validasi normatif melalui kaidah syar'i. Tujuh karakteristik utama tafsir bi al-ra'yi berhasil dirumuskan: rasional-argumentatif, berbasis linguistik, bersifat istinbati, terbuka terhadap konteks, tidak bebas nilai, integratif antara naql dan 'aql, serta bersifat ijtihadi. Secara historis, metode ini berkembang bertahap dari era sahabat hingga periode klasik dan modern. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa tafsir bi al-ra'yi terbagi menjadi dua kategori: al-ra'yi al-mahmud (terpuji) yang mengikuti kaidah ilmiah, dan al-ra'yi al-madhmum (tercela) yang didasarkan pada opini tanpa landasan keilmuan memadai.

adiran AI membuat proses pembelajaran lebih fleksibel, namun juga berpotensi menimbulkan ketergantungan jika tidak diimbangi dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan etika digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran AI dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang meliputi kemampuan mengevaluasi informasi, menilai kualitas informasi, dan menarik kesimpulan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed method dengan sampel 60 siswa yang dipilih melalui simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner 15 butir dan wawancara selama satu bulan, lalu dianalisis menggunakan persentase. Hasil menunjukkan sebagian besar indikator memperoleh skor di atas 95% dengan kategori sangat baik. Namun, kemampuan membedakan fakta, opini, dan asumsi (95%) serta menyaring informasi relevan sebelum menyimpulkan (97%) masih perlu diperkuat. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya literasi digital dan pembiasaan berpikir kritis dalam pemanfaatan AI di lingkungan pendidikan.

In order for the irregularity of the waqf assets to be in accordance with the waqf pledge made, the owner of the waqf rights takes over the waqf assets. The validity of Nazir as the owner of the waqf rights in the event of misappropriation of waqf assets based on Resolution no. 22/Pdt.G/2017/MS-MEDAN is reviewed from the provisions of Article 42 of Law Number 41 of 2004 concerning Waqf which explains: "It is the duty of nazhir to manage and dispose of waqf assets for their intended use, according to their function and designation." So that the waqf assets that were originally borrowed by the owner of the waqf rights can be disposed of if there is misuse of waqf assets. The Judge's reason for permitting the takeover of misused waqf assets in Decision no. 22/Pdt.G/2017/MS-MEDAN, based on the findings of the facts by the Judge, is of the opinion that legally there is no legal justification for the Defendant/Applicant to hold objects that are unlawfully and unlawfully owned and managed as YPI Bireuen's claim items.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Naive Bayes mampu mengidentifikasi kecenderungan opini publik secara akurat, baik berupa dukungan maupun keluhan terkait prosedur distribusi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi pemangku kebijakan dalam mengevaluasi sistem penyaluran bantuan logistik agar lebih transparan dan responsif terhadap aspirasi masyarakat di ruang digital.
