Dari hasil penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa dissenting opinion yang muncul dari para hakim justru menegaskan pentingnya reformasi di Mahkamah Konstitusi baik secara kelembagaan dan juga dasar pembentukkan hukum yang jauh lebih positif dan terstruktur di masa depan.

Data collection techniques used are material validation sheets and application display; practicality sheet; test sheets (pretest and posttest); and student opinion sheets. The application developed in application design is with figma.com and for software development using visual studio code. Questionnaire instruments and questions on systems of linear equations were given to 22 TI21A4 students in the Linear Algebra course. Based on the data that has been obtained and processed, the score for improving student learning outcomes is 0.71 which is considered effective. The improvement is classified as high and includes effective, and the average score of the practicality assessment is 4.2 which is included in the high category. This application also received a positive response from students who have used it, so the Gauss Jordan 3x3 application is suitable for use in learning and determining solutions to linear equations.

ehavior that stretches family interactions. Communication contributes significantly to the development of teenage behavior; it can be explored based on the mother's experience as a caregiver. This study examines in-depth mothers' experiences in communicating with their adolescent children. Participants in this qualitative study using a phenomenological approach were mothers who lived with their teenage children, a total of 11 participants. The determination of participants was done by applying a purposive sampling technique. The conclusion of the number of samples is based on the saturation of the results of in-depth interviews conducted using video call technology. The Colaizzi method with the Haase adaptation was applied in analyzing the results of in-depth interviews that had been recorded to make it easier when compiling the transcript. Four themes have been generated in this study: The fabric of family love as a communication goal, undeniable dependence on communication, Vulnerability to give each other space to face communication challenges and the need for space and time to explore the importance of good communication. To ensure the trustworthiness of the research results, peer debriefing and member checking are carried out. It is necessary to have a common perception between mothers and adolescents in understanding the importance of Communication and instilling family commitments consistently by paying attention to the youth's freedom of opinion which must be optimally utilized according to the developmental tasks of adolescence.

i latar belakang teknis, kesulitan dalam mengevaluasi spesifikasi perangkat secara objektif. Hal ini menyebabkan keputusan pembelian sering kali didasarkan pada opini subjektif, promosi, atau tren semata. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) menggunakan metode ELECTRE sebagai pendekatan dalam pengambilan keputusan multikriteria. Metode ini dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam membandingkan alternatif berdasarkan dominasi relatif dari sejumlah kriteria sekaligus. Penelitian ini menggunakan lima alternatif merek smartphone dan lima kriteria utama, yaitu harga, RAM, ROM, kualitas kamera, dan kapasitas baterai. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner, dokumentasi, dan observasi pasar. Tahapan perhitungan ELECTRE meliputi normalisasi data, pembobotan, pembentukan matriks concordance dan discordance, serta penyusunan matriks agregat untuk menentukan peringkat alternatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ELECTRE efektif dalam memberikan rekomendasi smartphone terbaik secara objektif dan rasional. Sistem yang dibangun mampu menjadi solusi bagi konsumen dalam mengambil keputusan yang tepat, serta berpotensi diterapkan secara luas dalam pengembangan aplikasi rekomendasi produk berbasis data.
