public speaking, during the job interview process. It was done online through a Zoom meeting, which was opened for vocational college students in Madiun City, East Java. The activity was done in May 2024, starting from the preparation, implementation, and evaluation process. It ran well and benefited vocational college students by equipping them with and broadening their knowledge regarding the job interview process. The participants’ feedback was positive, in which the survey results showed that the community service activity improved their public speaking skills and confidence. The participants also provided a rough description of the job interview process through mock interviews. It is hoped that a similar activity will be carried out continuously in the future.

Banyak lulusan kampus vokasi yang kesulitan saat menjalani proses interviu kerja. Untuk itu, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berkomunikasi bahasa Inggris mahasiswa vokasi terutama pada public speaking di proses wawancara kerja. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara daring melalui Zoom meeting yang dibuka bagi mahasiswa vokasi di kota Madiun, Jawa Timur. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2024 yang dimulai dari proses persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Kegiatan berjalan dengan lancar dan bermanfaat bagi para mahasiswa vokasi dalam memperlengkapi dan memperluas wawasan mereka mengenai proses wawancara kerja. Umpan balik dari para peserta menunjukkan nilai positive dimana hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini meningkatkan kemampuan public speaking para peserta dan rasa percaya diri mereka. Para peserta juga mendapatkan gambaran kasar mengenai proses wawancara kerja melalui kegiatan mock-interview. Diharapkan bahwa kegiatan sejenis dapat diadakan berkelanjutan di masa mendatang.

e theme “Scaling the Future of Business: Sustainable and Responsible Innovation.†The aim of this activity is to provide in-depth understanding and practical skills in key aspects of entrepreneurship, including product development, digital marketing, and financial reporting. The bootcamp employed three main stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The preparation stage involved scheduling, selecting speakers, and arranging facilities. The implementation stage comprised lectures, discussions, exercises, and case studies delivered by competent experts in their respective fields. The evaluation stage was conducted through questionnaires to assess the success of the event and its impact on participants. The evaluation results showed that the majority of participants were satisfied with the content delivered and the relevance of the activities to their needs. The methods used were effective in enhancing participants' understanding and practical skills in entrepreneurship. Overall, this bootcamp successfully achieved its objectives and made a positive contribution to the development of entrepreneurial capacity among students at Universitas Trilogi.

Abstrak: Pengembangan kewirausahaan mahasiswa menjadi prioritas pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia untuk mengatasi pengangguran, mendorong Universitas Trilogi mengadakan Bootcamp Trilogi Got Business Founder dengan tema “Scaling the Future of Business: Sustainable and Responsible Innovationâ€. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam dan keterampilan praktis dalam aspek-aspek penting kewirausahaan, termasuk pengembangan produk, pemasaran digital, dan pembuatan laporan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam bootcamp ini mencakup tiga tahap utama: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Tahap persiapan melibatkan perencanaan jadwal, pemilihan narasumber, dan penyediaan fasilitas. Tahap pelaksanaan terdiri dari ceramah, diskusi, latihan, dan studi kasus yang dilakukan oleh narasumber berkompeten di bidangnya. Tahap evaluasi dilakukan melalui kuesioner untuk menilai keberhasilan kegiatan dan dampaknya terhadap peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta merasa puas dengan materi yang disampaikan dan relevansi kegiatan dengan kebutuhan mereka. Metode yang digunakan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis peserta dalam kewirausahaan. Secara keseluruhan, bootcamp ini berhasil mencapai tujuannya dan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pengembangan kapasitas kewirausahaan di kalangan mahasiswa Universitas Trilogi.

The team complemented the idea of public communication on intrapersonal strength, namely managing nervousness with an emphasis on practice, preparation, and the ability to overcome nervousness constructively. The team believes that knowledge of managing nervousness from an early age can help children in orphanages get used to facing various kinds of audiences in the future. This service method is tests, lectures and practice which include assignments and simulations. The result of this activity is that children can overcome nervousness by means of positive self-motivation, regular breathing, good script preparation and analyzing the audience.

died the English Training and Gathering (Estage) Language Education Institute, which implements the English system in a Metro City - Lampung area as a forum for improving the speaking skills and quality of members from elementary to advanced classes, supported by gathering activities that encourage students to dare to speak in public. The service training activities were given to helpg students at the English Village Estage understanding the elements and processes of public speaking. Participant skills in public speaking, such as the ability to think on the go, develop vocals to have a microphonic voice, and get used to speaking without primarily relying on text, some participants were found need ongoing preparation and adaptation to public speaking. The main ways of becoming prepared for public speaking were to help the participants develop courage and self-confidence, as well as to increase their knowledge and comprehension by continually practicing.

So this community service activity aims to guide the use and exploitation of the features of the teacher performance evaluation application for teacher performance ratings in learning supervision. This aims to ensure that principals, teachers, and students at SMK PPM Shadr El-Islam can understand the objective teacher rating system, which in turn will facilitate effective decision-making. The methods applied in this activity are description and practice. The speaker will explain the features of the Teacher Performance Evaluation Application in Learning Supervision and then involve participants in direct practice. In this way, teachers and students can better understand how to use the teacher performance evaluation application, and understand the material and concepts presented, so that training objectives can be achieved better.

Abstrak: SMK PPM Shadr El-Islam berada di Danau Sijabut Kec. Air Batu Kab. Asahan Provinsi Sumatera Utara dalam melakukan evaluasi kinerja guru pada supervisi pembelajaran belum memiliki sistem terkomputerisasi. Hal tersebut masih dilakukan secara manual dengan mengisi berkas instrument. Sehingga hasil penilaian terkesan lebih subjektif. Maka Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan tentang penggunaan dan eksploitasi fitur-fitur dari aplikasi evaluasi kinerja guru atas peringkat kinerja guru pada supervisi pembelajaran. Hal ini bertujuan agar kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa di SMK PPM Shadr El-Islam dapat memahami sistem peringkat guru yang objektif, yang pada gilirannya akan memudahkan pengambilan keputusan yang efektif. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah deskripsi dan praktik. Pemateri akan memberikan penjelasan tentang fitur-fitur Aplikasi Evaluasi Kinerja Guru dalam Supervisi Pembelajaran, dan selanjutnya melibatkan peserta dalam praktik langsung. Dengan cara ini, para guru dan siswa dapat lebih paham menggunakan aplikasi evaluasi kinerja guru, paham atas materi dan konsep yang disampaikan, sehingga tujuan pelatihan dapat tercapai dengan lebih baik.

f students’ ability to apply vocabularies (mufradat) in form of sentences (jumlah) based on the direct survey to students at the first preliminary research. Therefore, this training was focused to improve the speaking skill (maharah) of the students through Snowball Throwing model by utilizing the origami papers. The method of conducting the training was mix methods (intiqodiiyya) namely combination of speech delivery method or lecturing (ilqoiyyah) and direct method (mubasyarah). The program was carried out within one day and was followed by 27 female students. Some steps were done at implementing this program comprising opening, core agenda, evaluaton, giving reward and closing. The results showed that students’ ability increase very well where they could express simple sentence (jumlah) with related given materials and were actively practicing Arabic orally in front of the classroom by turn.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara (Maharah Kalam) siswa Madrasah Tsanawiyah Hifzil Qur’an Islamic Centre Medan. Alasan dipilihnya Madrasah ini adalah karena kurangnya kemampuan siswa dalam menerapkan kosa kata (Mufrodat) dalam bentuk kalimat (Jumlah), hal tersebut diperoleh dari hasil survey berbicara langsung dengan siswa pada kunjungan awal, oleh sebab itu pelatihan ini difokuskan untuk peningkatan kemampuan maharah kalam siswa melalui melalui Model Snowball Throwing dengan pemamnfaatan media kertas origami. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode Campuran (Intiqoiyyah) yaitu gabungan antara metode Ceramah (Ilqoiyyah) dan metode Langsung (Mubasyarah). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan satu hari dan diikuti oleh 27 siswi. Beberapa tahapan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu, pembukaan, kegiatan inti, evaluasi, pemberian reward dan penutup . Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini yaitu adanya peningkatan kemampuan siswa, hal ini dibuktikan dengan kemampuan mereka dalam mengungkapkan kalimat (Jumlah) sederhana terkait materi yang disampaikan serta keaktifan mereka dalam praktek berbicara bahasa arab di depan kelas secara bergantian.

In addition, this public speaking training is needed in youth organizations so that in internal and external communication there is no miscommunication and expressing opinions. The method used in this activity is a participatory act review. This activity received a positive response from the participants, as seen from the enthusiasm of the participants and active in asking, discussing, and answering questions posed by the presenters. In addition, based on the Pre-Test and Post-Test questionnaires that have been given to 22 training participants, the results are very good. Where based on the post-test filled by 22 people, there are 17 people who get good results with a vulnerable value of 76-100, only 5 people with a value (56-75) this shows much improvement from the results of the previous pre-test, which only 5 people get good grades

Abstrak: Public speaking merupakan skill yang penting untuk dimiliki oleh setiap orang maupun organisasi. Dalam melakukan public speaking dibutuhkan latihan yang matang agar terbiasa dalam menyampaikan suatu topik di depan banyak orang. Namun kenyataannya, banyak masyarakat maupun pemuda yang memiliki kemampuan public speaking rendah, yang menyebabkan mereka sulit menyampaikan pendapat di depan banyak orang, maka diadakanlah pelatihan public speaking bagi karang taruna ini agar peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan memahami pentingnya mempunyai keterampilan public speaking dan bagaimana meningkatkan keterampilan tersebut. Selain itu, pelatihan public speaking ini diperlukan dalam organisasi karang taruna agar dalam komunikasi internal maupun eksternal tidak terjadinya miscommunication dan menyampaikan pendapat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah kaji tindak partisipati. Kegiatan ini mendapatkan respon yang positif dari peserta, yang dilihat dari antusiasme para peserta dan aktif dalam bertanya, berdiskusi, dan menjawab pertanyaan yang dilontarkan oleh pemateri. Selain itu, berdasarkan angket pengisian Pre-Test dan Post Test yang sudah diberikan kepada 22 peserta pelatihan menunjukan hasil yang sangat baik. Dimana berdasarkan post-test yang diisi oleh 22 orang terdapat 17 orang yang mendapatkan hasil baik dengan rentan nilai 76-100, cukup 5 orang dengan nilai (56-75) hal ini jauh menunjukan peningkatan dari hasil pre-test sebelumnya, yang hanya 5 orang mendapat nilai baik

The aim of this community service is to improve skills related to the diversification of processed potato products and knowledge of types of food packaging. This community service method includes counseling regarding the packaging of souvenir products, demonstrations on making potato ronde, potato brownies and potato galantine as well as several participants who practice directly making these products. This activity took place at the Tosari village hall, Tosari District, Pasuruan Regency. The community service participants totaled 30 pokdarwis members from all over Pasuruan Regency. Participants were enthusiastic and active during the community service activities. The participants asked many questions to the speakers and were active in direct practice of making potato-based products. Pokdarwis members in Pasuruan Regency have skills in making various kinds of potato-based processed products such as potato brownies, potato galantine and potato ronde and they have knowledge about food packaging that can increase the economic value and the shelf life of product.

Abstrak: Kecamatan Tosari Kabupaten Pasuruan merupakan salah satu daerah akses menuju kawasan wisata Gunung Bromo. Hasil bumi di daerah ini yaitu kentang. Namun kentang hanya sebatas dijual sebagai produk mentah dan belum banyak dimanfaatkan sebagai olahan produk jadi. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan terkait diversifikasi produk olahan kentang dan pengetahuan jenis pengemas makanan. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu penyuluhan terkait pengemasan produk oleh-oleh, demonstrasi tentang pembuatan ronde kentang, brownies kentang dan galantin kentang serta beberapa pe-serta praktik langsung membuat produk tersebut. Kegiatan ini berlangsung di balai desa Tosari, kecamatan Tosari, kabupaten Pasuruan. Peserta pengabdian masyarakat ini berjumlah 30 orang anggota pokdarwis se-kabupaten Pasuruan. Peserta antusias dan aktif selama kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berlangsung. Peserta banyak mengajukan pertanyaan kepada nara-sumber dan aktif dalam praktik langsung pembuatan produk berbasis kentang. Anggota pokdarwis se-Kabupaten Pasuruan telah memiliki ketrampilan dalam membuat berbagai macam produk olahan berbasis kentang seperti brownies kentang, galantine kentang dan ronde kentang serta anggota pokdarwis tersebut telah memiliki pengetahuan tentang pengemas makanan yang dapat meningkatkan nilai ekonomi produk dan mendukung umur simpan produk.

Therefore, through the Spelling Bee competition, the team tried to improve the students’ skills and interest in learning English language, especially their ability to write and spell words correctly. In this competition, there were 280 students previously trained before join the competition. This competition is divided into three rounds, namely the preliminary round, the semi-final round and the final round. In addition, the English teachers also helped to coordinate the competition. During the activity, students were also given lessons on writing and spelling correctly. As a result, students’ enthusiasm in participating in competition can be one of the factors that triggers the enthusiasm and interests in learning so that they get more satisfying learning outcomes. During the competition, students were guided by the English teachers and given clear instructions. After participating in Spelling Bee competition, the students were not only given rewards but also some improvement in their English writing and spelling skills.

Abstrak : Spelling Bee merupakan permainan mengeja kata dengan menilai keakuratan kata dan ketepatan pengucapan huruf yang disebutkan dalam Bahasa Inggris. MTSN 7 Bungus, Padang dipilih sebagai mitra PKM karena kemampuan dan minat Bahasa Inggris siswanya yang sangat rendah. Oleh karena itu, lewat kompetisi Spelling Bee, Tim PKM berusaha untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan minat siswa terhadap Bahasa Inggris terutama pada kemampuan menulis dan mengeja kata. Dalam Kegiatan Spelling Bee ini, sebanyak 280 siswa dilatih sebelum mengikuti kompetisi Spelling Bee yang terbagi atas tiga babak, yaitu preliminary Round, Semi Final Round dan yang terakhir Final round. Selain itu, guru Bahasa Inggris di sekolah tersebut turut membantu demi kelancaran kegiatan kompetisi ini. Siswa diberikan pelajaran tentang menulis dan mengeja bahasa Inggris dengan benar. Antusias siswa dalam mengikuti kompetisi dapat merupakan salah satu faktor yang memicu semangat dan daya tarik siswa dalam belajar sehingga memperoleh hasil belajar yang jauh lebih memuaskan. Selama kompetisi, siswa dipandu oleh guru bahasa Inggrisnya dan diberikan instruksi yang jelas. Setelah mengikuti kompetisi Spelling Bee ini, siswa siswi MTSN 7 Bungus tidak hanya diberikan reward namun juga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis dan mengeja Bahasa Inggrisnya.

The speaker made explanations about the application of Microsoft Power Point 2010, then utilizing the results of Microsoft Power Point 2010 applications, so that they are interesting as well as examples of their application in business applications. after that practice directly using the application. Some important points are explained and practiced in this activity, namely the design of interactive learning media, how to arrange the display to be interesting, and the addition of tools integrated in power points, conversion to videos. Community service activities at the Lembaga Kursus Pendidikan (LKP) completed on 5-6 October 2018 and attended by twenty students, two tutors and three administrative staff. The material delivered to participants reached 90% of all multimedian concepts and learning media. Based on the results of the discussion and testing of the participants through questions and discussion, that ± 95% had mastered and understood the material presented.

Abstrak: Lembaga Kursus Pendidikan (LKP) Mandiri merupakan lembaga pendidikan yang bergerak dalam pelatihan aplikasi perkantoran. Lembaga Kursus Pendidikan memiliki sudah modul yang bagus. Namun dalam penerapan aplikasi perkantoran di dunia nyata belum dibahas khususnya untuk Microsoft Power. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah deskripsi materi dan praktek. Pemateri melakukan penjelasan-penjelasan tentang aplikasi Microsoft Power Point 2010, pemanfaatan hasil aplikasi Microsoft Power Point 2010 sehingga menarik serta contoh-contoh penerapannya dalam aplikasi bisnis, setelah itu praktek langsung menggunakan aplikasi tersebut. Beberapa point penting yang dijelaskan serta dipraktekkan dalam kegiatan ini, yaitu perancangan media pembelajaran interaktif, cara merangkai tampilan agar menarik, dan penambahan tool terintegrasi pada power poin, konversi ke vidio. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat pada Lembaga Kursus Pendidikan (LKP) Mandiri Computer Telah selesai dilaksanakan tanggal 5-6 Oktober 2018 dan dihadiri oleh peserta didik sebanyak dua puluh orang, tutor sebanyak dua orang serta bagian administrasi sebanyak tiga orang. Materi yang disampaikan kepada peserta mencapai 90% dari semua konsep multimedian dan media pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dan dilakukannya pengujian terhadap peserta dengan melalui pertanyaan-pertanyaan dan diskusi, bahwa ±95% telah menguasai dan memahami materi yang disampaikan.
